用真挚的爱心温暖留守学生

留守学生是一个特殊的社会群体。由于亲情的缺失,部分留守学生产生了心理障碍。教育留守学生,教师要用真挚的爱心营造和谐的师生关系,扮演好＂代理家长＂角色,构建学校、家庭、社会三结合的教育网络,充实他们的精神生活,对他们进行心理疏导,让每个留守学生都成为＂阳光少年＂。

图书馆员工作满意度回归分析模型的构建

本文以多元线性回归为数据分析手段,在系统考察当今图书馆员工作满意度影响因素的基础上,建立了以工作满意度为因变量的回归模型。模型的自变量涉及三类:人口学的基本信息;快乐指数因子;组织承诺因子。最后又进一步对这些因子的影响效应进行了分析。     

图书馆馆长群体现状的实证研究

以当今图书馆馆长为研究重点,对调查所得的数据进行分析比较,在主观幸福感、工作满意度两项指标中,馆长们的满意度高于总体水平。在对组织承诺水平的测评中,馆长们的情感承诺高于总体水平,而继续承诺明显低于总体水平。当今馆长群体存在三个方面的问题:高学历馆长缺乏;工作量大;高工作满意度与低继续承诺水平的矛盾。     

社会管理体系对我国的影响及对策

近年来国际社会上出现了一种新的国际标准，即社会管理体系(SA8000)，它对国际贸易，特别是发展中国家劳动密集型产品的对外贸易带来了极大的影响；因此，首先对SA8000的内容进行了详细的介绍，并对其积极和不利影响进行了认真分析，并对如何克服不利影响，提出了政府和企业应采取的对策。     

Sensemaking in Turbulent Contexts: African Student Leadership in a Postcolonial Context

This study revealed the ways that student leaders make sense of their approaches to leadership in African student organizations in the United States. Seven leaders of recognized African student organizations in universities from the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, and the South took part in interviews. Discourse analysis of interview data revealed the complexity of leadership discourses and practices in a postcolonial context in showing that African student organizational leadership (a) proceeds through the accommodation and resistance to dominant Western organizational and/or colonial discourses and (b) enables leaders to make sense of theirs and their organizations’ identities in the context of discourses that marginalize African forms of cultural expression.     

Big data management in healthcare: Adoption challenges and implications

The computerized healthcare information system has undergone tremendous advancements in the previous two decades. Medical institutions are paying further attention to the replacement of traditional approaches that can no longer handle the increasing amount of patient data. In recent years, the healthcare information system based on big data has been growing rapidly and is being adapted to medical information to derive important health trends and support timely preventive care. This research aims to evaluate organization-driven barriers in implementing a healthcare information system based on big data. It adopts the analytic network process approach to determine the aspect weight and applies VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kzompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) to conclude a highly appropriate strategy for overcoming such barriers. The proposed model can provide hospital managers with forecasts and implications that facilitate the withdrawal of organizational barriers when adopting the healthcare information system based on big data into their healthcare service system. Results can provide benefits for increasing the effectiveness and quality of the healthcare information system based on big data in the healthcare industry. Therefore, by understanding the sequence of the importance of resistance factors, managers can formulate efficient strategies to solve problems with appropriate priorities.     

涉外企业信息情报工作要做到"四个必须"

随着我国国际贸易的快速发展，进出口额快速增长，遭遇到的贸易壁垒、反倾销也迅速上升。原因固然很多，但信息情报工作的滞后也是一个重要的因素。所以要加强涉外企业的信息情报工作是当务之急。涉外企业信息情报工作要做到“四个必须”才能适应新的形势要求。
