一种变电站内无功电压优化控制的求解方法

为了实现变电站内无功电压优化控制,提出了采用禁忌搜索算法进行无功电压优化控制问题的求解。以最大限度地降低功率损耗、提高电压质量和减少变压器的调节次数及电容器组的投切次数为目标,建立了相应的数学模型,并考虑系统潮流、控制变量、状态变量、器件动作次数的约束条件。采用数值仿真的方法进行了验证,仿真结果表明提出的方法可以得到最优解,解的质量较高。

供应链管理作为一种新的管理理念与模式,给相关企业都带来收益。供应链管理思想和动态联盟的形成,更能够从容应对难以预测的市场变化。本文主要研究了基于供应链下的动态联盟的快速货运行业的业务流程,并且给出了相应的设计和架构。     

A data science and open source software approach to analytics for strategic sourcing

Data science has emerged as a significant capability upon which firms compete. Although many data scientists and the high-performing companies that employ them seem to have developed robust methods to employ data sciences practices to achieve competitive advantages, there have been few attempts at defining and explaining how and why data science helps firms to achieve desired outcomes. In this paper, we describe how data science, which combines computer programming, domain knowledge, and analytic skillsets to scientifically extract insights from data, can be used to help meet the growing demand of analytic needs across an organization’s value chain. This is done through the illustration of an applied data science initiative to a strategic sourcing problem via the use of open-source technology. In doing so, we contribute to the growing data science literature by demonstrating the application of unique data science capabilities. Moreover, the paper provides a tutorial on how to use a specific R package along with an actual case in which that package use used.     

School democratic meetings: Pupil control discourse in disguise

The aim of this qualitative case study is to investigate how learning in “democratic participation” is constituted by the social interaction and conversation pattern in school democratic meetings in a Swedish primary school. According to the findings, a pupil control discourse and the Initiation-Response-Evaluation pattern dominates the conversations. The teacher initiates by asking a question, the pupils respond by answering the question, and then the teacher evaluates that response. The findings show no discursive shift from traditional classroom talk to democratic deliberative talk. Instead there is an emphasis on the “right answers” and subordinating authorities rather than deliberative dialogue and democratic participation, which influences pupils to adopt a naïve or a cynical attitude to democracy.

枷锁中的美丽符号——中国广告中的女性身体表现研究

广告中的女性身体是男权欲望的表征,是男权确立的审美标准的物化,是资本和政治权力的有力工具,是被书写、被观察、被异化的客体。广告中女性身体的在场,恰恰是女性灵魂的缺席,真正在场的是权力话语系统,是权力意志的在场。广告中女性身体表现是各种权力交织的产物,权力纷纷在女性身体上留下痕迹,通过女性身体完成自身的生产与再生产。这些“权力”包括男权、资本和政治权力。广告对女性身体的过度表现强化了女性身体的被动地位,强化了导致女性主体性缺失的社会权力结构。广告中的女性身体作为历史文本真实而又详细地记录了这一切。     

教师话语的理想架构及现实依据

在知识和权力的视角下,教师作为社会代言人,社会为其话语的获得提供了外部的保证;课程改革的不断推进也使教师课程话语的获得成为一种内存需要;同时,学生的个体差异性也为教师个体性话语获得提供了现实依据。本文从权力和知识的角度对教师话语建构的条件、依据进行了分析,认为教师话语的理想架构可以分为三个部分：即代言社会、代言学科专家以及教师的个体性话语。     

政治演讲中的突出、认同感与权势关系——以巴拉克·奥巴马的上海演讲为例

本文从功能文体学角度,分析了美国总统奥巴马在中国上海与中国青年对话中发表的演讲,讨论了演讲者如何运用及物性系统中的各种过程、情态动词以及人称词汇的突出来建立他与听众之间的认同感同时又突出自己的权势。通过分析,我们可以更深刻地了解政治演讲中语言的突出、认同感与权势三者之间的关系,同时更深刻地了解政治家如何在演讲中操控语言,以使自己的演讲达到最优目的。     

“电力电子技术”课程教学改革的研究与实践

针对目前＂电力电子技术＂课程理论教学及实践教学中存在的实际问题,结合本校的实际情况,采取了一些因地制宜的教学改革。从而提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性,加强了学生独立思考能力和创新能力的培养,取得了较好的教学效果。     

软件功耗与软件优化技术

无论设计制造还是使用计算机,功耗问题一直倍受关注。随着嵌入式系统的深入研究和广泛应用,计算机系统的功耗问题越来越突出。过去我们对降低计算机硬件功耗给予较多的关注,现在我们必须对降低由软件引起的功率损耗给予足够的重视。特别是当计算机芯片技术发展至几纳米级的时候,研究降低软件功耗的途径和方法尤为重要。对于软件质量的评价,也应将软件功耗作为综合评价软件代码优化性能的一个指标。
