Digital library (DL) evaluation is essential to the success and enhancement of DLs. However, there is a lack of research on the assessment of comprehensive evaluation criteria across multiple dimensions of DLs. In particular, limited research is available on criteria prioritization to determine which criteria are perceived important by different stakeholders. This study was conducted to compare similarities and differences in perceptions of the importance of different DL evaluation criteria by heterogeneous stakeholders in academic settings. Ninety subjects were recruited with 30 from each of the group representing DL scholars, DL librarians, and DL users. Subjects were instructed to fill in an in-depth survey consisting of 10 evaluation dimensions with 94 criteria. ANOVA and t-test were applied to examine the similarities and differences among the three groups. This study reveals consensus and divergence in perceptions of criteria importance among the three groups, and indicates an inherent tension among the stakeholders. Moreover, the differences identify gaps not only between user expectations and the DL practice but also between what's desirable and what's possible in the academic environment. The findings provide a comprehensive list of criteria to guide practical evaluation of DLs, and contribute to the narrowing of the identified gaps.  相似文献

随着国家投资体制改革的不断深化,PPP模式在水利工程领域得以运用,设置合理的项目回报机制并在实践中不断发展和完善是水利PPP项目持续良性运行的关键。基于NPV模型,考虑全生命周期投入产出效果,建立政府补贴模型和补贴调整模型,从172项重大水利工程中选出典型工程作实证分析,比较理论补贴额与实际补贴额,从社会资本方角度分析项目可行性并总结实践经验,进而提出政策建议,为水利PPP项目稳健推行之策做参考。  相似文献

当前我国高中语文教学无论是在写人、记事、写景等教学过程中都需在文末对作文的主旨进行升华,进而变成了一种僵化的、缺乏真情实感的作文模式。这种作文模式显然缺少了学生的真情流露,导致文中语句多呈现出一种“假、空、大”的特点,无法使语文作文写作达到抒发真情实感的目标。本文便基于高中语文写作教学,提出了一系列完善高中语文写作教学的相关建议,以解决语文写作教学中存在的顽疾。  相似文献

The Study sampled the views of 120 teachers across 30 schools in a rural school district and analysed documentary data across the school, district and national levels to investigate the socio-economic impact of the rural-urban inequality in pre-tertiary education in Ghana. The Study identified a 50 % loss in human capital or productivity annually in Ghana due to the rural-urban gap in pre-tertiary education. The Study estimates that an additional 2% of GDP investment into rural education improvement annually for 12 years will eliminate the rural-urban socio-economic gap in Ghana. However, the real GDP must grow above 8.5 %, and the additional investment must hinge on rural, equity and context-based strategies. The Study concludes that closing the gap will double Ghana's GDP within a decade, aside from the spillover benefits of improved social and health wellbeing of the people.  相似文献

发展现代学徒制是推进我国经济转型发展、技术技能人才培养的重要举措。我国在推进现代学徒制建设的过程中,面临的主要困境是动力不足,具体表现为“政府、职业院校‘热’,企业、学生‘冷’”。开展现代学徒制试点,涉及政府、职业院校、企业、学生等多个利益相关者。文章通过对利益相关者的特征分析,构建利益相关者动力模型,试图破解我国实施现代学徒制所面临的动力不足的困境。我国要顺利开展现代学徒制试点,不仅需要完善相关制度,强化政府部门职能转变,增强职业院校自身吸引力,同时也需要落实企业参与现代学徒制中的育人责任、学生主体责任。  相似文献

Over the last decade many governments across the world have intensified their efforts to improve efficiency of public services through Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-enabled transformation of Local Government Authorities (LGAs). Many of these efforts involve implementing new Information Systems and Technology (IS/IT) and integrating various disparate legacy systems to deliver improved services. While there is a surfeit of literature that have outlined the various organizational and technical challenges posed by Technology Integration Solutions (TIS), few studies have examined the role of stakeholders and surrounding challenges when implementing TIS in LGAs. The TIS adoption process involves several stakeholders, each with specific domain knowledge and expertise that are crucial to the success of TIS projects. In this paper, the authors use the concept of stakeholder theory to analyze the role of stakeholders during the TIS adoption process with regards to their perceptions on the factors influencing TIS adoption in LGAs and their involvement on the adoption lifecycle phases. A qualitative multiple case study approach is adopted to empirically highlight the different categories of stakeholders involved in the TIS adoption process, the dynamic nature and importance of their role, and why their domain knowledge and expertise are vital for TIS projects.  相似文献
