清代山东丧俗及其音乐研究——以清代山东地方志为例

根据方志记载,清代山东丧俗活动中,主要采用了鼓吹、百戏、梨园、杂剧等音乐表现形式,当事人通过这些音乐形式,表达悲伤、哀怨、激奋等情绪。丧俗音乐在实际应用中,具有传递信息、强化气氛、稳定规范、调节生活、传承教化、情感寄托等功能,而这些功能的背后则隐藏着人们的审美情趣、价值取向和人生追求,可以起到稳定社会的作用。     

荷兰大学教师发展研究轨迹探析

20世纪60年代以来,荷兰的大学教师发展研究顺应了其教师教育研究的发展,走过了一条从稚嫩到相对成熟的发展之路,至今仍呈现出国际化水平不断提升的良好发展态势。本文对荷兰教师教育研究的历程作简要的回顾,在此基础上,以荷兰跨校教育研究中心和莱顿大学教师教育研究院为例,具体分析该国以研究促发展的大学教师发展研究的内容与特点。     

论文发表系统:完备分类与中长期格局演化

[目的/意义]互联网时代出现看多种新论文发表系统,对多种论文发表系统之间逻辑分类关系以及彼此之间的中长期格局演化进行讨论。[方法/过程]从论文发表系统对一篇论文是否进行评议、评议是否分级、是否拒稿3个维度提出论文交流系统分类框架,将期刊、预印本、F1000 Research、在线评级平台4种论文发表系统全部统一在一个分类框架中。另外,基于研究者与研究管理部门对论文交流系统的不同需求,定性分析了论文交流系统的中长期演化格局。[结果/结论]中长期看,在线评级平台将对期刊系统形成明显冲击,期刊内部两极分化。     

Sustainable career development for R&D professionals: Applying a career development system in Basque country

The goal of this study is to measure the effectiveness of a career development system implemented at a research and technology organization at satisfying the context requirements of a decree issued by the Basque Country government. Through in-depth surveying of 80 R&D professionals over the five years, the authors aimed to determine whether a career development system, when it is linked to context requirements and researchers’ contributions, could offer researchers feedback about their career aims and increase their job satisfaction. During the five years of the study, the researchers’ capacity to meet career requirements improved by 20%, and job satisfaction, although it declined at first, increased substantially in the last two years, reaching a historic high for the employee satisfaction survey.

Leveraging microgrants to support capacity-building workshops in low- and middle-income countries for meeting the Sustainable Development Goals

Twenty fifteen marked the year of assessment for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The MDGs that achieved the greatest success were those where evidence-based practice (EBP) interventions were implemented. The ability to practice evidence-based medicine is grounded in the creation of and access to medical literature that synthesizes research findings. The role that global health literature played in the success of the MDGs demonstrates that medical libraries and librarians have a role to play in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Librarians can hold capacity-building workshops that provide instruction on how to access evidence-based literature and also train health professionals to conduct synthesis research. Research findings conducted by in-country health professionals are more likely to address issues being faced by local communities and will afford the possibility of obtaining the necessary evidence-based answers that can then be used to implement policies to resolve public health issues identified in the SDGs.This paper discusses how an international team of librarians leveraged funding from a Medical Library Association/Librarians without Borders/Elsevier Foundation/Research4Life grant to hold a capacity-building workshop in Zimbabwe and follow-up online trainings. The workshop focused on accessing evidence-based resources and conducting synthesis research. Outcomes included the creation and policy implementation of evidence-based knowledge products in alignment with local needs and galvanizing a multisectoral group of key individuals who have gone on to collaborate toward the vision of creating a Zimbabwe innovation hub. Looking ahead, such grants can be leveraged to conduct capacity-building to support knowledge translation and other local training needs.     

东京奥运会延期举办背景下东道主形象修复策略研究

新冠疫情对东京奥运会各项筹办工作和东道主形象产生了负面的影响,日本方面因时而变、因势利导,积极引导国际舆论走向,维护奥运会东道主的良好形象。东京奥运会延期举办事件的决策过程经历了4个发展阶段,对东京奥运会延期举办背景下各方定义的新闻议程进行了分析,结合新闻议程内容对奥运会东道主形象修复策略展开了研究。日本方面根据全球疫情变化、本国疫情防控形势和国际舆论走向,针对不同的发展阶段,采取了建立信心、推卸责任、拖延、诚意等形象修复策略,试图强化人们对于东京奥运会东道主安全条件的形象认知,致力于维护日本"安全之手"的国际形象,增强世界各国对于东京奥运会顺利举办的信心,在危机应对中实现国家利益最大化,其中不乏成功经验值得借鉴参考。     

对我国少数民族学生汉语写作研究发展的调查和思考

考察和分析了1980-2012年间“中国期刊全文数据库”所刊载的中国少数民族学生汉语写作研究论文历时性发展进程,旨在了解当前国内对中国少数民族学生汉语写作相关研究的发展脉络、研究内容和特点,通过查漏补缺,为今后国内对少数民族学生汉语写作研究提供参考依据。     

韩国学术伦理建设评介

做学问的人应当遵循道德规范。近年来韩国接二连三地发生各类违反学术伦理的研究行为,韩国政府和学术界由此开始致力于学术伦理的建设,通过规范学术伦理准则、重建学术伦理促进机制等举措取得了一定成效,了解这些措施对于中国学术伦理的建设也有所裨益。
