研究性学习在学生学习动机培养策略与体育教学模式课题学习中的应用

本文运用实验法和逻辑分析法，在我院2000级社会体育系学生的《学校体育学》课程中的《学生学习动机培养策略》与《体育教学模式》2个教学内容的教学中，初步尝试和应用了研究性学习的教学方法，取得了较好的教学效果和一些教学经验，愿提供给大家共同探讨与研究。     

普通高校游泳课教学现状调查与改革研究

本文对普通高校游泳课教学的现状进行了调查与分析,指出了开设游泳课过程中在教学原则、教学方法、组织管理、课外锻炼与教学效果方面存在的具体问题,并依据教育、教学理论进行了游泳课改革的分析研究。     

Reconceptualising educational assessment in South Africa — testing times for teachers

This paper explores some of the problems arising when Continuous Assessment (CA) is grafted onto established pedagogic practices. It focuses on three issues: teachers' restricted understandings of assessment, teachers' emphasis on criteria that demonstrate concern with social control, and some of the problems connected with peer assessment. Two vignettes derived from fieldwork associated with a project to improve the quality of primary education are used to raise the issues. We argue that the development of desired practices is hampered above all by tacit values in tension with those underpinning the new curriculum. These values, together with the complexity of curriculum design, create serious problems of manageability and interpretation, which can only be addressed through detailed interactive in-service training, aimed at reconceptualising teachers' notions of assessment.     

近五年来我国图书馆管理研究现状分析

从 1996— 2 0 0 0年 ,国内发表图书馆管理方面的论文近 30 0 0篇。这些论文论述比较集中的问题有 :关于图书馆管理价值的认识 ,图书馆管理理论的发展 ,图书馆管理理论的创新 ,图书馆的人本管理 ,等等。对于这些问题 ,不同论文各自阐述了不同的观点。随着图书馆研究客体的新形式———数字图书馆的出现 ,图书馆管理的观念、体制和方法 ,会有更大的变化。参考文献36。

通过对台州市体育场地现状进行分析与研究,认为体育文化设施建设不仅与当地区域经济发展有直接关系,而且与当地政府对文化体育的重视程度以及与该地区的文化底蕴紧密相关.     

现代我国学校体育教育人本主义思想探究

分析人本主义思想在我国体育教学中存在的问题,在了解科学人本主义教育思想及其内涵的基础上,对现代我国学校体育教育的改革和教育内容方面提出建议.     

'I Hate You. Please Help Me': A Case Study From A Classic Boxall Nurture Group

This article is a case study of a five year old boy, Peter, and his entry and development within a classic Boxall Nurture Group. The author explores nurture groups in general as well as describing Peter's assessment, his challenging behaviour, the support he received and the final outcomes of the work.     

程序教学法在普通高校体育课的应用与研究

在普通高校体育课中的健美操课、排球课、太极拳课教学中进行了“程序教学法”的教学实验，结果表明：实验组成绩优于对照组而且有显著差异；实验组成绩趋于高分一端，从而对“学生成绩呈正态分布”的传统观点提出了挑战。应用程序教学法，能使不同层次的学生根据自己的实际情况学习适应自己水平的教材，能够充分发挥教师的指导作用与学生主体作用。有利于形成新的学生观和教学观。     

After assessment: application of the results of an acquisitions teams survey

This paper will briefly discuss the team structure at the Pennsylvania State University Libraries, and the reasoning behind a recently completed teams assessment survey. It is extremely important to act on information gathered from surveys, and not just file it away. The focus of the paper, therefore, will be on the process we developed to implement and act upon the results of the assessment survey. The work with the University’s Human Resources Development Center to develop a tool to guide the staff through the process will be examined and discussed at length.     

Sexual Harassment as [Dys]Functional Process: A Feminist Standpoint Analysis

Researchers have approached the study of sexual harassment as though it were dysfunctional. However, a feminist standpoint theory analysis would suggest that it functions differently for men and women. A study using discussion groups and stimulated recall interviews was conducted in a large health care organization. A thematic analysis revealed a primary theme of sexual harassment as a [dys]functional process. For the male participants, sexual behavior served as a coping mechanism for stress, as a form of therapeutic care, and to create and demonstrate camaraderie. For the women participants, sexual behavior tended to be either nonfunctional or dysfunctional. They did not associate it with stress reduction, therapeutic touch, and viewed group camaraderie as a means of prevention. Implications are discussed.
