构建和谐的师生关系，教师首先应当做到的是热爱学生，热爱学生就要尊重学生、信任学生、平等对待学生，重赏识教育，多鼓励、少批评，而且要经常换位思考，用尊重、平等、爱护的情感去感染学生，建立良好的师生关系，使学生“亲其师，信其道”。

一个尚待解决的问题——论民主教育理念问题

素质教育要求尊重学生,主张师生平等,重视学生的意愿,强调给学生广阔的自由发展空间,这实际上体现了对人的价值、对人性和人格的尊重。但目前实践民主教育思想还有诸多困难,人们头脑里根深蒂固的封建传统观念是一个重要原因。为了孩子和未来,必须涤除传统文化中违背时代潮流的陈腐落后的东西。

我国教育发展正处在由数量发展向质量提高的转折点上,师范院校肩负培养和提高国民素质的重大责任。国家兴衰在于教育,教育成败在于教师。实施师范生免费教育是向全社会表明尊师重教、吸引优秀青年从教、提倡教育家办学的重要举措,也是教师教育改革创新的重要契机。     

江南地区元宵节考略

以灯火为亮点和核心的元宵节,是春节狂欢的最后的高潮,其活动领域包含了饮宴、庭院、广场及宇宙。元宵节人神共舞、普天同庆的场面是其他任何节日都无法比拟的。元宵节有着深厚的传统渊源和漫长的演变历程,它受到宗教文化思想、人的生存心理以及天、地、神、人四个维度的作用和影响,整个节日体现了＂闹＂、＂敬＂、＂禁＂、＂祈＂的重要特征,折射出元宵节全民狂欢的民众心理和基本精神。该文以浙江为例,通过对元宵节民俗事象全面、立体的解读,从而阐发元宵节日的重大文化哲学意义。     

African-American children's representation of personal and social responsibility

This study examines 12 grade five elementary school students' attitudes and beliefs concerning personal and social responsibility in physical education. Factors used to identify students' attitudes and beliefs were initially divided into the six levels of Hellison's Taking Personal and Social Responsibility Model (TPSR), namely: irresponsibility, respect for the rights and feelings of others, participation and effort, self-direction, helping and caring for others and transfer into real-life situations. Through a variety of data collection techniques such as drawings, narrations, interviews and observations, a representation of the students' attitudes and beliefs regarding personal and social responsibility was identified. Results from the study showed the emergence of the following themes: (1) an emphasis on one on one interactions; (2) a focus on negative actions; (3) responsibility is complying with teachers to avoid punishment; (4) responsibility is determined by the family and not the school; and (5) responsibility and race differences. Further research needs to be conducted to determine how children's entry characteristics can be used to strengthen behavioural change in models such as TPSR.

真知与尊重:学术规范的拯救

学术失范,严重影响制约了国家的核心竞争力,是一阶规则被破坏、二阶制度供给失衡的重要表现。学术失范的出现是外在诱致与内在追求双重因素作用的结果,是以求真为旨趣与以财富支配权为皈依的资本以及与权力相结合并被异化的必然产物。基本规则、道德自律在资本面前,真知在权力面前,科学常识在官学掮客面前,制度在有意混淆体裁的学阀们面前显得孱弱与无助。废止冗余的制度,官—学、管—研分离,资源配置下沉,落实以人为本的治国理念,遵守科研规律和人才成长规律,严厉打击论文造假产业链,是拯救学术规范,遏制学术腐败的基本路径。     

The force of the national rhetorical arena: Voices in tune against a disrespectful foreign sponsor

This article examines how a public relations crisis in the sport realm develops when national identity issues are at stake. Based on the media coverage of the All Blacks Rugby World Cup jersey crisis, and drawing on the concept of rhetorical arena, we explore Adidas's crisis communication strategies, identify and summarise the responses, actions, and interactions of various parties involved in the crisis. We consider how these parties influence the development of the crisis in what we call the ‘national rhetorical arena’. The article illustrates the power of the national rhetorical arena and its many voices to align over issues of national identity against a foreign sponsor making use of a national icon. When sponsoring national sport teams, foreign sponsors need to be aware they are only borrowing, not appropriating, important signifiers of national identity. They should make sure they do not impede the national public’s perceived entitlement to their national icons as any act of disrespect towards national identity is felt very strongly. In a crisis, they need to identify the potential voices in the national rhetorical arena, not underestimate the role of national media to shape and bring together these voices, not downplay the power of the national public, and not underestimate the strong undercurrent of nationalism especially during sport mega events.
