在《企业破产法》中应建立定金债权优先清偿制度

为适应国有企业改革的迫切需要。我国已将《企业破产法》的修改提上议事日程。企业破产时,首先应划分担保债权和普通债权的界限,担保债权应优先获得清偿。现行企业破产法律、法规未明确将定金列为担保债权,这不仅未能与《担保法》的有关内容相衔接,而且也给司法实践带来操作难度。建议在修改有关法律时,应将定金列为担保债仅,债权人可以优先获得清偿。这样就可以切实增强定金的担保信用,维护市场交易的安全。     

Citizen Satisfaction with Public Meetings Used for Risk Communication

Although public meetings are a frequent method of public participation and risk communication, little research investigates what citizens think about their use in environmental management. To examine satisfaction with public meetings, residents of two neighboring communities received questionnaires following a public meeting about a local landfill. Respondents included residents who did and did not attend the meeting. Irrespective of whether respondents had ever attended a public meeting, meeting expectations and perceptions of relational/informational communication at meetings, including whether respondents thought meeting organizers were genuinely interested in participants' comments or meetings were informative, predicted satisfaction. Perceived risk associated with the recent meeting's topic and credibility of government agencies that frequently conduct meetings also predicted satisfaction.     

The Effect of Patient Self-Advocacy on Patient Satisfaction: Exploring Self-Compassion as a Mediator

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of self-compassion as a predictor and mediator of the relationship between patient self-advocacy and patient satisfaction in health care. A sample of 522 patients completed a questionnaire that asked for their perceptions of their own self-compassion, patient self-advocacy behaviors, including illness education, assertiveness, and mindful nonadherence, and patient satisfaction. This study found that both patient self-advocacy and self-compassion were positive predictors of patient satisfaction. More specifically, patients’ illness education and assertiveness positively influenced patients’ satisfaction with their physician. Self-compassion was also shown to be a mediator between patient self-advocacy and patient satisfaction. The implications of these findings and future directions are also discussed.     

THE OTHERS: The role of individual personality,cultural acculturation,and perceived value on towards firm’s social media and acculturation orientation

This paper systematically examines (i) how individual personality can influence on cultural acculturation which can impact on the higher level of perceived value in LGBTs, and (ii) how the higher level of perceived value towards social media can result in being more satisfied, (iii) consequently having a better working life at workplace and performance proficiency. The generated framework was validated through a survey from multinational corporations in multi-industries such as higher education (with more than two campuses around the world), global fashion, global retailing, tourism, hospitality, food, and electronics and information technology. Key results, implications for managers and researchers are highlighted.     

中外合作办学学生满意度调查分析——以N大学中美合作办学“2+2”项目为例

利用学生满意度理论对N大学中外合作办学项目的学生满意度进行调查分析,结果表明该项目的学生满意度总体评价较好,但不同类别学生的评价结果具有明显差异,高年级学生的满意度高于低年级学生,赴外方学习的学生满意度高于留在中方学习的学生．学生对中外合作办学过程中各具体项目的评价结果表明,课程设置、实验室条件、教学模式、教材选用等因素较大程度上影响了学生对中外合作办学项目的总体满意度水平。     

高校学生顶岗实习满意度研究综述

随着顶岗实习在我国高等教育中的不断推进,如何提升学生顶岗实习的满意度成了实习企业、高校的学生关注的焦点问题,也成了学者研究的热点问题。文章回顾了国内关于提升实习满意度的意义、现状、实习满意度、实习心理过程和心理健康五个方面的研究成果,对所取得的研究成果进行了评论,分析了其中存在的不足,并指明了未来研究的方向。     

高校图书馆读者满意度研究——以江西农业大学为例

为了解读者对高校图书馆服务的满意程度,本文以江西农业大学图书馆为例,进行了读者满意度调查,并提出了相应对策。经调查统计分析得出,读者对图书数量、质量、图书资源、文献信息检索、图书馆环境、管理人员和资源建设基本满意。文章还分析了影响读者满意的因素,提出了提高满意度的四大对策:做好检索平台建设、加大宣传与培训力度、提高馆员为读者服务的意识和质量、引导读者充分利用高校图书馆联盟。     

高校双语教学满意度与忠诚度影响因素研究--基于结构方程模型的实证分析

高校双语教学满意度与忠诚度是衡量双语教学质量的重要指标,对于培养国际化复合型人才有着积极意义。本文构建了高校双语教学满意度与忠诚度模型,分析了教学水平、教师素养、学习潜能、学习自主性、外语氛围和激励保障六个前因变量,以及学生抱怨和双语教学忠诚度两个结果变量对双语教学满意度的影响。从华南农业大学采集了540个有效样本,采用结构方程技术对模型进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,教学水平、教师素养、学习自主性和激励保障在不同程度上对双语教学满意度产生显著正向影响;双语教学满意度对双语教学忠诚度有正向显著影响,其中双语教学满意度对学生抱怨有负向显著影响,而学生抱怨对双语教学忠诚度有负向显著影响。     

浅析在新形势下如何提高骨科年轻护士临床护理能力

目的分析目前骨科年轻护士队伍中存在的主要问题,以便科室层面针对现状采取培训方法。方法制订骨科年轻护士的培训计划,从提高年轻护士综合能力入手,通过床边实境培训,培养年轻护士的护理思维能力、病情观察能力、专业知识运用能力和实际解决问题能力,变被动工作为主动工作,在深度、广度上挖掘,体现专科护理的内涵和价值。结果实施后年轻护士的个人素质提高,患者和医生满意度提升。结论这种临床实境培训方法,内容紧密联系实际,现场讲课、床边实践、即时纠正,提高了年轻护士的能力,使护士的整体技能水平有了明显的提升。     

网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务评价探析

通过借鉴传统环境下参考咨询服务评价的理论,对网络环境下的参考咨询评价的指标体系、评价方法作了初步探索。
