安徽省高校中外合作办学的调查分析与对策研究

安徽省高校中外合作办学规模不断扩大,质量稳步提高,已经成为安徽省高等教育国际合作与交流的重要途径和手段之一,为深化教育教学改革、创新人才培养模式提供了崭新的实践平台。但同时也存在着认识不到位、体制不完善、办学质量保障体系不健全、引进优质教育资源总量不足、学科专业设置结构不平衡等问题。从宏观上说,促进中外合作办学真正成为继公办教育、民办教育后的又一重要办学力量,需要从教育理念和体制机制两个层面入手。     

医药企业知识基础、合作能力与技术并购创新绩效

以2007-2018年我国沪深A股生物医药行业发生的109起技术并购事件为研究样本,构建含有中介变量的回归模型,在实证检验并购方技术特征与创新绩效关系的基础上,探究了吸收能力的中介效应。研究表明：企业知识基础和合作能力对创新绩效有显著正向影响;吸收能力在知识基础、合作能力与创新绩效关系中均起到部分中介作用。进一步研究发现,并购方CEO接受技术类教育水平越高,企业技术特征的敏感度更高;互补型技术并购加强了主体知识基础对创新绩效的正向影响,相似性技术并购则加强了合作能力对创新绩效的正向影响。     

基于校企合作的高尔夫球运动管理人才培养理论与实践研究

我国迅速发展的高尔夫球产业与起步较晚、相对滞后的高尔夫球教育之间产生了巨大的矛盾,高尔夫球专业人才缺口巨大。鉴于高尔夫球项目特点,有必要采取校企合作来进行人才培养。依据我国深化高等教育改革要求和高尔夫球人才培养特征,河北体育学院积极开展校企合作,确立了"院企联合、学训结合、分段教学、特色培养"的人才培养模式,在对该模式理论内涵进行分析的基础上,从基地遴选、共建机制、教学活动和管理工作等方面,对该校高尔夫球运动管理人才培养模式进行研究,旨在为我国高尔夫球人才培养工作提供借鉴。

为提高汽车服务工程专业人才培养质量,坚持产学研合作是必由之路。本文依托地域汽车行业优势,积极创新校企合作人才培养模式,探索实践出一些强化校企合作的措施,效果明显,凝练打造出了鲜明的专业方向和培养特色。     

高职高专产学研合作教育体系初探

产学研合作教育的提法由来以久,其活动也方兴未艾。但产学研合作教育的社会认同度、互动深度以及合作过程的稳定度是非常不够的,还存在诸多问题,现结合我们的工作实际,提出一些不成熟的见解,希望能抛砖引玉,共同为职业教育的繁荣贡献力量。     

Cooperative R&D and firm performance

We analyse the impact of R&D cooperation on firm performance differentiating between four types of R&D partners (competitors, suppliers, customers, and universities and research institutes), and considering two performance measures: labour productivity and productivity in innovative (new to the market) sales. Using data on a large sample of Dutch innovating firms in two waves of the Community Innovation Survey (1996, 1998), we examine the impact of R&D cooperation in 1996 on subsequent productivity growth in 1996–1998. The results confirm a major heterogeneity in the rationales and goals of R&D cooperation. Competitor and supplier cooperation focus on incremental innovations, improving the productivity performance of firms. University cooperation and again competitor cooperation are instrumental in creating innovations generating sales of products that are novel to the market, improving the growth performance of firms. Furthermore, customers and universities are important sources of knowledge for firms pursuing radical innovations, which facilitate growth in innovative sales in the absence of formal R&D cooperation.

Determining factors in the success of R&D cooperative agreements between firms and research organizations

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of a series of contextual and organizational factors on the success of 800 cooperative agreements between Spanish firms and research organizations, run between 1995 and 2000. Findings show that the most outstanding factors are, in the case of firms, commitment, previous links, definition of objectives and conflict, whereas for research organizations previous links, communication, commitment, trust and the partners’ reputation are more relevant. These study not only provides a comprehensive theoretical model to analyze the success of these agreements but is useful both for improving management of cooperation and for fostering collaboration both at a national an international level.     

双语聋教育中聋听教师合作关系的研究

双语聋教育作为一种新的聋教育理念与方法,其成功实施需要聋人教师与听人教师的密切合作。采取质的研究方法,通过对N校双语聋教育实验项目的个案研究,指出我国目前双语聋教育在聋听教师合作方面所存在的一系列问题,并在此基础上针对"如何建立起聋听教师间积极的合作关系"提出了相关的管理建议。
