试论中小企业对扩大就业、促进经济发展的作用

本结合十六大的报告精神，从三个方面论述了中小企业在扩大就业、吸纳社会富余劳动力、保护社会稳定、促进国民经济增长诸方面的作用，即中小企业有着旺盛的生命力，其发展有着深刻的理论基础、法律基础和正反两方面的经验教训；中小企业的发展有着其自身的优势与有利的外部条件；我国中小企业在国民经济发展中有着重要地位。     

Enhancing comprehension in small reading groups using a manipulation strategy

Having young readers manipulate objects to correspond to the characters and actions in a text greatly enhances comprehension as measured by both recall and inference tests. As a step toward classroom implementation, we applied this manipulation strategy in small (three-child) reading groups. For successive critical sentences, one child would read the sentence aloud and then manipulate the objects, then the next child would read and manipulate, and so on. Children in a reread control condition also alternated reading the text. For the reread condition, one child would read the critical sentence and then reread it, followed by the next child, and so on. Children who manipulated were substantially more accurate in answering questions about the texts. Thus, the manipulation strategy meets at least some of the criteria for being applicable in a classroom setting, namely it is effective when applied in small groups.     

怀化地区小水果资源调查初报

本文首次报道了怀化地区小水果及野生果树资源的种类、分布和蕴藏量。该地区现有小水果272种及品种,野生果树83种及变种,它们分别隶属于18科,33属。本文为合理开发利用该地区的果树资源,提供了依据和建议。

Quality education and the role of the teacher in Fiji: mobilising global and local values

Abstract

This article reports on the findings of original field research carried out in the small island developing state of Fiji, in the South Pacific. A North-South research partnership was built upon previous collaboration between team members and, in so doing, pioneered the blending of Pacific and Western research approaches sensitive to a postcolonial positioning. The study interrogates practitioner perspectives on: the nature and quality of teachers and teaching in Fiji; the challenges of teachers’ work and lives; priorities for successful qualitative reform; and theoretical implications for the processes of education policy transfer and qualitative improvement. The analysis draws upon work on the politics of aid and international development, revealing tensions between existing learner-centred policy frameworks and emergent neoliberal and performativity oriented initiatives influenced by international surveys of student achievement, related league tables and the experience of the regional reference societies of Australia, New Zealand and India.     

中小城市发展会展经济的探讨--以温州为例

会展业的迅猛发展，会对城市经济起到很大的推助作用；中小城市作为人口与经济的次级聚集中心，可以凭借突出的产业优势，优越的区位条件，独特的旅游资源以及完善的基础设施条件，发展成三级会展中心城市；并要走专业化、服务先行、横向联合的道路。

本文分析了中小型企业的信息需求特点和信息化影响因素,并结合调研提出了对中小型企业信息技术投入的评测模型,由于作者能力及时间有限而未涉及更深的分析。     

中小企业自主创新与财税政策激励

自主创新是中小企业发展的必由之路,提高自主创新能力是中小企业竞争发展的内在动力。目前我国的中小企业受各种制度、体制和内在障碍因素的影响,自主创新能力不强,而促进中小企业自主创新的财税政策又比较分散、政策手段比较单一,难以达到预期目的,因此制定有效的促进中小企业自主创新的财税政策体系成为政府的首选。从我国中小企业自主创新现状及障碍因素入手,分析了现行促进中小企业自主创新的财税政策及存在的问题,并提出进一步完善促进我国中小企业自主创新的财税政策建议。     

中小企业公共关系的运用及对策

公共关系作为一种管理艺术,在大型企业中已经得到了充分的运用,发挥着重要的作用,而中小企业由于缺乏公共关系知识,对公共关系重视不够,在管理中不能科学有效地运用公共关系,使中小企业在市场竞争中面临的困难越来越多。本文在对中小企业公共关系现状进行分析的基础上提出了改进的对策。     

弱非局域介质中的高斯型损耗空间光孤子

利用变分法研究了1＋1维傍轴高斯光束型在含有小损耗的弱非局域非线性介质中的传输特性,得到了光束各参量的演化方程和一个临界功率。在介质损耗足够小的前提下,当光束初始功率等于临界功率时,得到了一个束宽随传输距离缓慢展宽的准空间光孤子——损耗空间光孤子。
