拷贝硅谷:一种聚集网络理论解释

介绍了目前在关于拷贝硅谷问题上国内外不同的观点,提出聚集网络理论。在此基础上,通过对韩国大德科学城和我国台湾新竹科学工业园的成功实践考察,分析了它们各自成功发展高技术产业的原因,在于根据各自的实际,市场性和建构性、网络资本和风险资本网络的有机结合,适应了高技术发展的本质要求。认为我国应注重网络资源管理,营造风险资本网络体系发展的环境。     

Co-evolution of physical and social technologies in clinical practice: The case of HIV treatments

In this paper, we investigate the interplay of clinical knowledge and technological capabilities in the recent development of HIV/AIDS treatments and offer qualitative and quantitative evidence from the empirical setting of Italian practice. The study contributes to the literature on the co-evolution of physical and social technologies in medical innovation by showing how professional guidelines, systematic evaluative research and local coordination mechanisms contribute actively to the resolution of the uncertainty that surrounds technological advances, while leaving room for largely discretional therapeutic choices. The resulting variety in implementation strategies improves health outcomes, but may reduce productive efficiency.     

Influence of social media on operational efficiency of national scenic spots in china based on three-stage DEA model

An increasing number of national scenic spots around the world use social media, such as micro-blogs and Twitter, to promote their popularity and improve their operational performance. National scenic spots may adopt different social media behaviors that lead to unbalanced operational performance. This study takes the perspective of social media adoption in national scenic spots by looking into the influence of social media adoption behaviors on operational performance based on the three-stage data envelopment analysis model. We found that most of the national scenic spots in China have low pure technical efficiency and that operational performance, including social media popularity and operational performance, is significantly determined by various social media adoption behaviors.     

Model and experimental development for Business Data Science

While Data Science has become increasingly significant for business strategies, operations, performance, efficiency and prediction, there is little work on this to provide a detailed guideline. We have proposed a Business Data Science (BDS) model that focuses on the model and experimental development that allows different types of functions, processes and roles to work together collaboratively for efficiency and performance improvements. Details with examples have been illustrated to show that BDS model can be a robust model. Future directions have been discussed to ensure that business intelligence, security, analytics and research contributions to BDS can be achieved.     

国家科学基金视角下图书情报与档案管理学科发展分析

[目的/意义]深入分析图书情报与档案管理学科的国家科学基金资助项目立项情况,从基金视角呈现学科发展态势,为研究人员提供系统性参考。[研究设计/方法]运用统计分析、词频分析及可视化方法,对图书情报与档案管理学科国家社会科学基金(1994-2018年)、国家自然科学基金(1997-2018年)资助项目进行了立项数量、立项地区、立项机构及立项主题分析。[结论/发现]图书情报与档案管理学科发展渐趋成熟,但地区、科研机构间的立项分布不均衡;研究主题变迁体现出学科发展的延续性与变革性特征。[创新/价值]较为全面地考察了图书情报与档案管理学科的国家科学基金资助项目立项情况,明确了基金立项在地区及机构间的扩散态势,直观呈现立项主题词的历时演化,兼顾热点主题与新兴主题,较好地区分了延续型与涌现型词汇。     

重大突发事件社交媒体信息归档与管理——基于新型冠状病毒肺炎战疫的思考

信息社会不断发展,新兴媒体影响越来越广泛,社交媒体不仅是政府和公众沟通重大突发事件的主要渠道,也成为记录重大突发事件社会记忆的重要平台。重大突发事件社交媒体信息归档有助于提高政府应对突发事件的能力水平,健全国家应急管理体系,留存珍贵历史记忆。文章根据重大突发事件社交媒体信息的突发性、持续性、多样性、价值性特点从归档目标、归档主体、归档范围、归档方法四方面提出归档管理建议。     

社会力量参与全民阅读的制度保障比较研究

社会力量参与全民阅读需要健全的制度予以保障。本文采用文献调研、政策文本分析、对比研究等方法,从国内外现存社会力量参与全民阅读的制度保障研究入手,通过分析美国、德国等发达国家全民阅读制度保障及我国已有制度,提出加快出台全民阅读促进法、完善社会力量参与儿童阅读的制度保障、促进社会力量合作和连接的融合发展机制、激励社会力量参与阅读扶贫,构建全民阅读制度保障体系。

非医学专业出版社出版医学图书面临极大挑战.本文以华中科技大学出版社为例,探讨了非医学专业出版社利用相关的医学院机构和资源出版医学图书的策略及定位,即依托教学单位,出版医学教材教辅图书;依托附属医院品牌,出版医学临床参考书;依托科研机构,出版医学前沿图书.     

ICPSR meets OAIS: applying the OAIS reference model to the social science archive context

This paper reviews the archival process at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), a repository of digital social science data, and maps ICPSR’s Ingest and Access operations to the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) Reference Model. The paper also assesses ICPSR’s conformance with the archival responsibilities of “trusted” OAIS repositories, with the proviso that audit criteria for archival certification are still under development. The ICPSR to OAIS mapping exercise has benefits for the larger social science archiving community because it provides an interpretation of the reference model in the quantitative social science environment and points to preservation-related issues that may be salient for other social science archives. Building on the archives’ long tradition of shared norms and cooperation, we may ultimately be able to design a federated system of trusted social science repositories that provides access to the global heritage.

20世纪初在中国思想文化界发生的"科玄之战"一直受到学界关注,然而人们较为重视的是科学能否指导人生观及由此引发的西方科学主义与中国传统文化的冲突如何消解,至于论战事件的内容及形式对我国现实社会民主制度建设与科学文化发展,对中华民族文化主体意识的真正觉醒和社会全面进步所具有的现实意义,还有许多方面值得深入研究与探讨,面向21世纪的中国仍然需要完成在科学与文化的融合中实现社会全面进步的历史使命。
