论新时期民族关系和谐与构建和谐新疆

民族关系是我国社会生活中一项重要的社会关系,发展和谐民族关系是构建和谐新疆的前提和基础,是新疆社会稳定的重要保证,对构建和谐新疆具有重要意义。和谐的民族关系有助于形成一体化的国家意识,从而自觉维护国家的统一和新疆的和谐稳定。目前,影响新疆民族关系的不和谐因素仍然存在,构建和谐新疆,就是要结合新疆的特殊区情,在解决各种民族矛盾中推进新疆和谐建设。     

近20年吉尔吉斯斯坦转型与稳定的悖论

苏联解体后,西方政治制度在吉尔吉斯斯坦并未开花结果。吉国政治结构体系出现了功能紊乱与协调失灵,持续的政治动荡,整个国家出现了治理危机,"最小国家"演变为"威权国家"、"民主斗士"颠覆"民主政府"、政治精英操纵"街头政治"、"利益集团"掠夺公共资源的治理困境中,对此,重新思考政权有效性与合法性之间的关系、国家治理模式与实现稳定繁荣的目标的关系、主流价值观与价值多元取向的关系,有利于进一步分析吉尔吉斯斯坦在具体治理困境中的症结,为"维护社会稳定"提供一个理论依据。     

企业安全伦理的审视与构建

企业安全伦理是企业伦理的重要组成部分。企业安全伦理的缺失,严重损害了企业的道德人格形象。加强企业安全伦理建设,可从确立“安全为天”珍惜生命的安全伦理理念、树立企业大安全伦理共同体意识、建立他律与自律相结合的伦理制度内化模式、提升主体的道德境界等方面入手。     

沥青混凝土路面结构车辙机理研究

伴随我国物流业的发展,重载交通量剧增,我国高速公路沥青路面早期车辙现象也日益严重。由于沥青混合料道路产生车辙的机理极为复杂,各因素之间往往又是相互作用,因此一般需要通过试验判断。本文通过在室内进行车辙试验,获得沥青混凝土路面破坏的原因,并得出较佳的集料级配区间。     

一类具有两时滞的恒化器模型的分支研究

研究了一类具有离散和分布时滞的恒化器模型,得到了时滞对系统稳定性的影响：当时滞小于临界值时,正平衡点是局部渐近稳定的;当时滞经过l临界值时,时滞破坏了正平衡点的稳定性,Hopf分支产生了一族经过正平衡点的周期解,并通过数值仿真验证了结果．     

On the castor dynamic behavior

In this paper, a model describing the castor three-dimensional dynamic behavior, is presented. A procedure, based on the Udwadia-Kalaba formulation has been implemented to write the castor non-linear motion equations. The model takes into account the flexural and lateral compliance of the castor frame and the phenomena related to the wheel rotation. To prescind from the wheel-road interaction parameters, the hypothesis of no sideslip of the wheel has been adopted but other tire models can be easily implemented. The non-linear system stability is evaluated integrating the motion equations and performing a fitting procedure on the natural steering oscillation.     

Control of PDE-ODE cascades with Neumann interconnections

We extend several recent results on full-state feedback stabilization and state estimation of PDE-ODE cascades, where the PDEs are either of heat type or of wave type, from the previously considered cases where the interconnections are of Dirichlet type, to interconnections of Neumann type. The Neumann type interconnections constrain the PDE state to be subject to a Dirichlet boundary condition at the PDE-ODE interface, and employ the boundary value of the first spatial derivative of the PDE state to be the input to the ODE. In addition to considering heat-ODE and wave-ODE cascades, we also consider a cascade of a diffusion-convection PDE with an ODE, where the convection direction is “away” from the ODE. We refer to this case as a PDE-ODE cascade with “counter-convection.” This case is not only interesting because the PDE subsystem is unstable, but because the control signal is subject to competing effects of diffusion, which is in both directions in the one-dimensional domain, and counter-convection, which is in the direction that is opposite from the propagation direction of the standard delay (transport PDE) process. We rely on the diffusion process to propagate the control signal through the PDE towards the ODE, to stabilize the ODE.     

USP11通过去泛素化p53调控p53稳定性

研究目的：深入研究p53的泛素化及稳定性的调控。创新要点：发现一个新的调控p53去泛素化的酶USPll,它可以通过与p53的结合去泛素化并稳定p53,从而揭示了一个新的p53去泛素化调控的机制。研究方法：通过免疫共沉淀发现p53可以与USP11结合（图1a）,通过泛素化检测试验发现USPI1可以去泛素化p53（图3a和3b）,最后通过逆转录．聚合酶链式反应（RT—PCR）试验发现在DNA损伤后,USP11对p53转录活性的提高是非常重要的。     

广义Banach框架及其稳定性

本文引入了广义Banach框架的概念,研究了该框架所对应的框架算子的特点,利用框架算子给出了一个广义Banach框架判定的充要条件.并且对该框架稳定性进行了研究,推广了Hilbert空间中的广义框架与可测空间上定义的（Ω,μ）框架稳定性的有关结论.     

降雨对膨胀土边坡稳定的影响

降雨会改变地基表层土的含水率,影响土的强度,诱发山体滑坡。本文基于室内直剪实验,测定了某高速公路边坡膨胀土在不同含水率下的物理力学参数,并通过有限元软件计算不同参数下此边坡的稳定系数,得出的计算结果与工程实际情况相一致,初步探讨降雨对膨胀土边坡稳定系数的影响。
