宋代地方官学建校资金来源探究——侧重于对学记文本的分析

宋代掀起四次大规模的兴学高潮,地方州县学校遍及全国各地。文章通过对学记的分析,考察了宋代地方州县修建学校的资金来源,发现地方官学筹集资金是一个多渠道的方式:或朝廷和路级官府拨款,或州县官府自筹经费,或民间捐献。不同的州县有不同的筹款方式,具有复杂性和多样性的特征。     

Talent,Schmalent: An Instructional Design/Action Research Framework for the Professionalization of Teaching in Academic Libraries

When myths become canonical beliefs within a professional culture, they can have a profound impact on professional practice. In this paper we identify as a pernicious educational myth the belief that the ability to teach well is a naturally occurring innate talent or skill. The first two sections of the paper aim to demonstrate (i) that the concept of the naturally gifted teacher is a myth based on factually incorrect assumptions about expertise development and (ii) that this myth has several major negative implications for professional practices around teaching in academic libraries. We then we draw on the education literature to offer an alternative model for the cultivation of teaching excellence, an instructional design/action research framework that prioritizes ‘deliberative’ practice over innate talent. We close with suggestions for how academic librarians and library administrators can implement this framework within their institutions.     

生存与发展：对贵州新生代农民工的实证研究

当前,贵州新生代农民工在生存方面,以＂非正规＂和＂弹性＂就业为主,行业分布呈＂两升一稳＂的态势,职业的＂内在性流动＂增强,人均工资性收入呈＂偏低＂状态,群体内部贫富分化程度较大,人均月生活消费支出突破千元,实现了从＂温饱＂向初级＂小康＂的转变;在发展方面,面临着复杂而多元化的困境,表现为劳动就业与生存需求的双重压力、理想预期与现实发展的巨大反差、法律公正与暴力自卫的尴尬局面、二元心理与观念畸变的社会失范等。     

基于本体和相关反馈的邮票检索系统研究

信息检索技术成为用户在海量的网络数据中查找和准确获取网络信息的重要手段。但是由于多媒体信息内容的复杂性,查准率不高仍然是存在的重要问题。在特殊领域的应用,如邮票图像检索的研究,还相对较少。针对这种情况,本文提出一种基于本体和相关反馈技术相结合的邮票检索方法,并通过实验验证了检索方法的准确性和实用性。     

研究生教育内部质量保障机制的现状及对策--基于北京某市属高校硕士毕业生的实证分析

完善研究生教育内部质量保障机制,坚持内涵式发展,进一步提高研究生教育质量是当前我国研究生教育工作的重要任务。以北京某市属高校2012届硕士毕业生跟踪调查数据为依据,藉此系统分析研究生内部质量保障机制的现状及存在的问题,提出以下建议：合理构建课程体系,加强实践环节;加强学位论文过程管理,严守撰写规范;加强导师队伍建设,提高师生交流效率等。     

论中国少数民族服饰中蕴含的图腾文化

针对我国少数民族服饰中的图腾文化,介绍了图腾文化的源流,论述了图腾在服饰上的物态化体现及常见的物态化手段,分析了服饰图腾的缤纷化特征,以及在不同民族和相同民族的不同支系两个层面上的含义,并以动物图腾中常见的老虎、公牛、神鹰、犬、蛇和青蛙为例,归纳了常见共用图腾纹样及其共有民族,总结出服饰图腾纹样的广谱化特征。     

高中生对英语写作反馈的倾向性研究

做好写作反馈是提高高中生英语写作能力的一个重要途径。根据文献中有关写作教学和写作反馈的内容,从师生两方面进行了问卷调查和访谈,旨在探讨英语书面表达教学中教师和学生对写作反馈的态度和倾向;提出写作反馈需形式多样,反馈评价重点要明确、具体,引导到位。     

Using statement banks to return online feedback: limitations of the transmission approach in a credit-bearing assessment

Electronic marking tools that incorporate statement banks have become increasingly prevalent within higher education. In an experiment, printed and emailed feedback was returned to 243 first-year students on a credit-bearing laboratory report assessment. A transmission approach was used, students being provided with comments on their work, but no guidance as to how they should use these remarks. A multiple-choice question test, undertaken before and after the return of feedback, was used to measure learning. Although returned comments included model answers, test scores showed no overall enhancement, even when students’ marks for their laboratory reports were initially hidden. A negative and significant (p = .010) linear trend between relative test scores and test date suggests that even modest improvements in subject knowledge were lost over time. Despite this, students could accurately guess their mark based on emailed feedback alone, estimated and awarded marks being linearly correlated (p < .001). It is concluded that statement banks organised according to published assessment criteria can ultimately help students to appreciate how their work was graded. However, students should be encouraged to produce a structured response to received feedback if self-assessment is to occur.     

‘I like the sound of that’ – an evaluation of providing audio feedback via the virtual learning environment for summative assessment

This study aims to ascertain student and staff attitudes to and perceptions of audio feedback made available via the virtual learning environment (VLE) for summative assessment. Consistent with action research and reflective practice, this study identifies best practice, highlighting issues in relation to implementation with the intention of redesigning activities in the light of the findings. It utilises four case studies where audio feedback was provided to students using the Wimba voice authoring tool within Blackboard Learn+ for various types of summative assessment. The intention was to identify how and in what context audio feedback via the VLE is effective and why. The research was undertaken via a combination of techniques, including a student survey and staff reflective logs. The findings indicate that students liked the convenience, effectiveness, flexibility and personalised nature of this feedback, but raised concerns with some aspects of the technology. This paper also makes practical recommendations for the use of the feedback mechanism, focusing on the most effective use of the digital medium, and highlights directions for future research.
