TC码在多机位录制教学课中的应用

多台摄录机在同一现场拍摄后再进行编辑合成是电视节目制作常用的方法之一。其优点是不需要繁多的现场制作设备,到现场拍摄灵活便捷。缺点是编辑合成对位困难。利用TC码精确编辑已有不少论述文章,但涉及到TC码在多机位录制中的应用文章很难查到。我们采用统一设置录像机TC码初始值和记录模式的方法,在编辑合成中取得了比听声音、看动作对位快捷准确的显著效果。     

基于SMS的监控与数据采集系统的设计

本文论述了采用AT89C52单片机控制GSM模块TC35，并利用短消息传输来实现SCADA系统的方案。该系统通过RUT采集各类数据，整理后由TC35模块发送到监控中心，再由监控中心作出相应的处理。该系统适用于对移动目标的间断监控。     

Revising the ISSN ISO Standard

ABSTRACT

The ISSN ISO standard (ISO 3297) is under revision. The ISO Working Group established to prepare this revision (ISO/TC46/SC9/WG5) includes representatives of the various communities interested in publishing, distributing, accessing, and identifying serials and other continuing resources. ISO/TC46/SC9/WG5 has developed revisions to the standard and additional proposals and recommendations that should result in some very positive and exciting changes for ISSN users and the ISSN Network.

This paper focuses on the most important changes that will be brought about by this revision: changes in ISSN scope, clarification of the ISSN assignment policy, development of a new concept and function-the “collocating issn”¹-and development of an ISSN link data distribution and look-up service.² The paper briefly mentions the use of ISSN in conjunction with DOIs, OpenURL, and URN, and concludes with a discussion of the place and role of ISSN users in the ISSN standard revision process and in the ISSN system.

Comparison of two methods of estimation of low density lipoprotein cholesterol, the direct versus friedewald estimation

Current recommendations of the Adult Treatment Panel and Adolescents Treatment Panel of National Cholesterol Education Program make the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels in serum the basis of classification and management of hypercholesterolemia. A number of direct homogenous assays based on surfactant/solubility principles have evolved in the recent past. This has made LDL-C estimation less cumbersome than the earlier used methods. Here we compared one of the direct homogenous assays with the widely used Friedewald’s method of estimation of LDL-C to see the differences and correlation. We used direct homogenous assay kit to estimate serum LDL-C and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Serum Triglyceride (TG) and Total Cholesterol (TC) was estimated and using Friedewald’s formula LDL-C was calculated. The LDL-C level obtained by both methods in 893 fasting serum samples were compared. The statistical methods used were paired t-test and Pearson’s correlation. There was significant difference in the mean LDL-C levels obtained by the two methods at the TG levels <200 mg/dl (p<0.02) and TC levels >150 mg% (p<0.001). The correlation coefficient (r) between Friedewald’s and direct assay estimation was 0.88. Friedewald’s method classified 23.5 % of patients as high cardiac risk whereas there were 17.58% by direct assay. Both had good correlation even though the serum triglyceride and total cholesterol levels affect the difference in LDL-C estimated by both methods. Taking into account the cost and performance, Friedewald’s method is as good or even better for classifying and managing patients.

本在对已有学习研究成果评析和梳理的基础上，提出了TC学习新模型。通过此模型，意在表明学习的认知建构观、社会建构观及学习的情意因素、学习环境因素和多样化的外部学习活动对学习的认知加工过程具有重要影响等学习观念，为进行有效教学设计提供更全面、更系统的理论指导。     

空竹锻炼对老年人高密度脂蛋白的影响

以河南师范大学经常参加空竹运动的老年人（n=30）为研究对象,同时,以未参加任何训练的同龄老年人作为对照组,研究此项运动对老年人身体血脂指标的影响。结果显示,在48周空竹运动后,老年人高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）浓度有显著性上升（P〈0．05）,胆固醇（TC）浓度有显著性下降（P〈0．05）。分析认为,空竹运动可以有效改善老年人血脂水平,提高老年人心血管机能,并对老年人的心理健康起到积极的作用。     

90 min游泳及强化肉碱对高脂饮食小鼠血脂指标的影响

通过对高脂饮食小鼠施以90 min的游泳运动以及强化肉碱的方式观察小鼠血脂指标HDL-C、TC、T的变化情况.结果发现,纯运动组体重与高脂对照组小鼠相比较,体重明显降低;运动结合肉碱后,小鼠的重量较高脂对照组有显著的降低,但与纯运动组比较,体重没有显著差异;纯运动组及运动结合肉碱组均升高了血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度.纯运动组、运动结合肉碱组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度明显高于高脂对照组.
