技术助力下远程学习资源设计探索——开放英语(3)多媒体学习系统教学设计策略

以信息和多媒体等技术应用为特点的现代远程教育对教育工作者提出了新的挑战.总结了电大公共英语课程“开放英语3”多媒体学习系统的教学设计策略,说明在进行远程学习资源设计时应充分挖掘技术优势,解决远程开放学习的问题,发挥远程学习的特点.     

2010—2011 WCBA总决赛冠亚军球队技术运用和能力对比研究

文章运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等,对2010—2011赛季WCBA总决赛沈部、广东两队全部五场比赛进行技术统计,同时对双方攻防技术运用能力进行比较分析.结果显示：沈部女篮意志品质顽强、临场经验丰富、技战术运用熟练、球队攻防转换节奏快,广东嘉宏女篮内线身高优势明显,全队年轻有冲劲,但球队系统化能力不足,临场经验欠缺,球队战斗力深受影响.分析两队技战术特点的优势与不足可以为WCBA各队及中国女子篮球的技战术发展提供理论上的借鉴和依据.     

校本管理下的学校教育技术资源管理

根据相关的访谈调查,笔者对当前学校教育技术资源管理存在的问题进行了分析。指出将校本管理思想引入学校教育技术资源管理是解决当前资源管理存在问题、提高资源利用效率的有效途径。     

先进制造技术及其发展趋势

先进制造技术是制造业不断地吸收机械、信息、材料及现代管理技术等方面最新的成果,并将其综合应用于产品开发与设计、制造、检测、管理及售后服务的全过程,实现优质、高效、低耗、清洁、敏捷制造,并取得理想技术经济效果的前沿制造技术的总称。目前正朝着数字化、集成化、网络化、敏捷化、虚拟化、智能化、精密化、柔性化和绿色化的方向发展。     

用教育技术引领教育改革——论我国教育技术的定位(二)

教育技术是一项解决教育问题的系统技术,可用于推动教育、教学的各个层面上的改革。但二十多年来,由于认识受限,定位不当,我国这一领域的工作偏重于硬件设施建设与服务、教育媒体制作、教学方法改革等方面,且这些活动大部分在战术层面上开展,教育技术没有发挥更大的作用。当前,我们应关注在战略层面上实施教育技术,追求“效果、效率和效益”,即教育绩效,这是我国穷国办大教育的国情所要求的。战略优先,战术配合,战略战术互动,促进教育整体改革,落实科学发展观,这应成为信息化进程中我国教育技术高起点新发展的指导思想,成为我国教育技术学科知识体系构建研究的基本思路。用教育技术引领教育改革,在宏观层面上应重视需要的评估和系统规划,确保“做对的事情”;在中观层面上要推广教学系统设计,在微观层面上要加强对研究成果的运用,确保“把事情做对”。目前我国教育技术界电教人员或计算机科学人员的工作仅是教育技术的一个组成部分,教育技术也是各级教育管理者和广大教师的共同事业。     

Relational Maintenance in the Digital Age: Implicit Rules and Multiple Modalities

The present project utilized a mixed methods approach to examine how individuals use CMC to maintain proximal relationships. Nine different communication channels were examined concurrently to elucidate how frequently mediated relational maintenance is used and to examine what participants reported in terms of motives for use and avoidance of particular channels. Findings indicate that participants in proximal relationships are hyper-aware of the amount of intimacy implied by a particular communication channel and strategically engage channels to suit their needs. We propose that relationships will be difficult to maintain if people violate the implicit rules that appear to govern channel selection.     

Educational Research for Policy and Practice in Japan – With Particular Reference to Youth Education

Based upon the Fundamental Law of Education, Japanese school education system has long been a source of pride for the country as a result of the high school participation rate, the homogeneity of compulsory education throughout the country. However, the confidence of the people in its schools is now showing severe signs of strain and fatigue. In recent years, there have been many reports about the growing seriousness of a number of educational problems having to do with young people in their childhood and adolescence. Since the mid-1970s, a number of problems have been highlighted. They include violent behavior, juvenile crimes, bullying, refusal to attend school, dropping out at secondary level of education, and corporal punishment. Against the above background, based on recommendations from such advisory bodies as the Central Council for Education and the National Commission on Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) has adopted a range of policies and launched a series of educational reform programmes. For instance, what is called “Rainbow Plan”, based on the final report submitted by the National Commission on Education Reform, provides the country with basic guidelines for the educational reform in the near future. Roles of educational research for making policies have been of significance. Research initiated by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) and the National Federation of Educational Policy Research Institutes (NFERI) is an example of contributions to the development of educational qualities in the country. 对李约瑟<中国科学技术史》若干问题的消解

已故英国名科学史家李约瑟博士对中国科学技术史进行了深入探讨，其所的《中国科学技术史》对中国古代科学技术作出了实事求是的总结与概括，并提出了一些极有启发性的独创见解，对世界了解中国，消除误解与偏见作了极好的宣传。他对中国科学技术史的研究不存在“拔高”或“说好话”的倾向。他的《中国科学与明》被译成《中国科学技术史》并无不妥。否定“李约瑟难题”缺乏理论根据。     

学校亟需信息主管

改革传统教学模式,培养未来公民的信息素质,规范各类教育信息资源,学校管理创新等,在教育信息化进程中,学校亟需信息主管从深化教育体制改革的战略高度统筹规划。学校信息主管应做好教育信息化网络平台建设,教育信息化资源建设,教育信息化在教学、科研、管理行为中的渗透,学校教育信息化氛围的形成四个层面的工作。学校信息主管应同时具备教育技术学、计算机科学、现代教育管理等方面的知识。     

隧道施工缺陷整治施工技术

在隧道在施工过程中因措施不到位、控制不严等因素引起的常见缺陷主要有二次衬砌厚度不足,二次衬砌与初期支护之间存在空洞,砼表面存在纵、斜向及网状裂缝等。造成安全隐患,必须及时整治。本文结合具体隧道施工工程,详细介绍了隧道衬砌裂纹处理、渗漏水处理、脱空不密实处理、施工缝错台处理、蜂窝麻面处理、厚度不足处理等,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。
