娱乐排球在全民健身中的价值探讨

本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查等科研方法,分析娱乐排球在全民健身中的价值,同时就当前娱乐排球在全民健身中价值推广受限的原因进行剖析,提出娱乐排球价值推广的思路,使娱乐排球更加的服务于全民健身运动。     

马克思主义基本原理教学中的整体性认知困境

马克思主义的整体性认知是我国马克思主义思想理论研究界的共识。在当前教学实践改革中,加强整体性认知的教育也是《马克思主义基本原理概论》需要担负的一项重要任务。本文从马克思主义整体性认知过程中的前沿问题出发,联系当前《基本原理概论》教学实际状况,论证马克思主义整体性认知在理论教育过程中的重要意义及其遇到的相关性问题,并初步提出将二者有机结合的方法。     

Leveraging Sunken Investments in Communications Infrastructure: A Policy Perspective From the United States

Bridging the digital divide between information and technology haves and have-nots has waned from the top of the national policy agenda in the United States during a time in which the sunken investments of the 1990s need to be leveraged. A national information network now exists yet this infrastructure--largely hardware--needs to be continually modernized and parlayed with commitments to building human capacity, developing relevant content, and scaling socially beneficial technology applications, such as telemedicine, in order to optimize these initial multi-billion-dollar outlays. This article makes the case that sidestepping public-private initiatives aimed at accelerating digital opportunity is imprudent, given the mounting empirical evidence highlighting the payoffs of information and communications technologies, when properly integrated and applied, especially in enhancing the life chances of underserved Americans. Policy next steps should advance the goals of expanding universal service initiatives, including hastening broadband deployment to homes and learning institutions, and deepening programs which leverage the utility of the existing infrastructure, such as expanding human-capital development, producing relevant content, and innovating socially beneficial technology applications.

几十年改革开放中,国人的体育观念与体育态度也在发生着重大变化,而这种观念和态度的变化决定着体育消费市场的微妙变化。休闲娱乐体育的兴起呼唤着体育产业同步实现转型,即：从竞技体育和学校体育为主导的体育产品生产向休闲娱乐体育主导型体育产品生产转变,娱乐体育是未来体育产业发展的方向。     

论少林“禅武”文化的娱乐式传播方式

文章根据当今大众文化、娱乐消费的时代背景,提出少林禅武文化的娱乐式传播方式。即相对于传统学校教学师徒传授等正统方式而言,通过大众媒介、有组织的娱乐活动等方式,以娱乐休闲、审美性内容为主的传播方式。其具体传播方式包括以大众媒介为渠道、舞台表演和文化旅游参与体验三种方式。     

Accessibility of U.S. federal government home pages: Section 508 compliance and site accessibility statements

U.S. federal websites are required to be accessible for people with impairments. However, despite the existing regulations and guidelines, many federal websites continue to be inaccessible, and accessibility policy statements available on federal websites often do not provide any useful information. This paper provides three contributions to the research literature: (1) an accessibility evaluation of 100 federal home pages using both human and automated methods, (2) a content analysis of existing website accessibility policy statements, and (3) a discussion of the relationship between actual Section 508 compliance and the existing accessibility policy statements on a website. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving policy related to Section 508 compliance for websites.     

The evolution of the policy objectives of South Korea's Broadband Convergence Network from 2004 to 2007

The purpose of this study is to explore the South Korean government's policy objectives for the Broadband Convergence Network (BcN) between 2004 and 2007. The BcN is envisioned as conduit for broadband content and applications. This paper uses generativity as a conceptual framework to determine whether the objectives for the BcN, based on a content analysis of policy documents and interviews with experts, empowered the network to sustain a generative critical information infrastructure. This study is designed to be useful for executives in the private sector, officials in government and academics in university settings who are interested in drawing insights from Korean experience to inform their own work.

当代教育家朱永新通过发轫于苏南地域的“新教育实验”,并以“书香校园”建设为抓手,形成了独树一帜的“新阅读观”,传递了教育是“为了一切的人”与“为了人的一切”的新人文理念。论文通过回望朱永新的读书求学经历、“新教育实验”的实施过程、推进全民阅读的不懈努力及对未来教育生态的展望,解析了其教育及阅读观的形成过程和丰富人文内涵,认为这种努力追求理论与实践相结合并不断创新的知行合一精神,为助推“书香中国”、建设“学习型社会”发挥了独特的作用和别树一帜的贡献。     

娱乐化背景下我国体育传媒与信息服务产业现状与应对

该文采用文献资料法、调查法等,从传播媒介、生产者及受众的角度,举例分析我国体育传媒与信息服务产业在娱乐化背景下的现状,解释说明娱乐化、泛娱乐化产生的原因,即媒介发展导致信息爆炸;资本家逐利导致内容低俗化;生产者准入门槛低导致内容良莠不齐;大众审美有待提高;政府监管把控不足。为此,提出如下应对:用辩证的态度看待现代媒介的发展;提高资本家的社会责任意识;提高从业者的职业素质;提高大众的审美能力;加强政府的监管职责。     

UG模式下的对外汉语语法教学

基于普遍语法的第二语言教学理论UG模式日益引起第二语言教学研究者的关注,而其在对外汉语教学领域还应用不多。我们欲在UG模式下对汉语语法教学进行探讨。我们认为,首先,汉语形式句法研究的逐步展开与深入,是UG模式下对外汉语语法教学的汉语本体研究的重要基础。其次,对于具有学术探讨和研究精神的成年学习者而言,形式句法重解释的研究倾向使得UG模式具有极大的吸引力,可以有效推进当今居于主流的对外汉语成人教学的发展。
