黄土高原水保基本模式对福建水土流失治理思路的启示

黄土高原是我国水土流失严重的地区之一。在长期的防治过程中,以因地制宜、因害设防、除害兴利、为发展地方经济服务的原则,坚持工程措施、生物措施、农业措施相结合的综合治理思想,根据水土流失区的实际条件制定相应措施,在黄土高原地区总结了许多行之有效的基本治理模式,积累了许多成功的治理经验,其中主要包括五道防线基本治理模式、三道防线基本治理模式、小流域综合基本治理模式及县域水土流失基本治理模式。这些基本治理模式和成功经验对福建及我国其它地区水土流失防治有着重要的帮助及借鉴作用。     

“They Even Speak Tsotsitaal with Their Teachers at School”: The Use (and Abuse) of African Urban Youth Languages in Educational Contexts

Abstract

African Urban Youth Languages (AUYLs) are increasingly coming under the spotlight of linguists and sociolinguists across the continent, who are investigating their relationship to standard and/or vernacular varieties. Simultaneously, they are being discussed by educators and education researchers, although little has yet been published in this critical area. The difficulties for educators posed by students speaking “non-standard” varieties has been highlighted by recent studies investigating literacy and language in the classroom. This article presents an overview of some of the challenges posed to education by AUYLs. It considers recent studies of AUYLs in educational contexts from around the continent. It then presents data from South Africa which highlights different orientations towards the South African AUYL “Tsotsitaal” in educational domains. The argument is made that the position of both teachers and pupils is vulnerable, and that the legitimacy of the distinction between standard language and urban vernacular language needs to be reconsidered.

湖南沅陵非夜郎国"沉睡"地考辨

《华商报》2 0 0 1年 1月 1 8日发表题为《夜郎古国“沉睡”沅陵》的文章 ,认为湖南沅陵县城南古城址西山墓区中的大型西汉墓为古夜郎国 ,值得商榷。实事是 ,楚之黔中郡城非秦代同郡之城 ,更非古夜郎国王城。上述沅陵西汉墓当为汉景帝之子、长沙国王刘发之后裔墓。     

时空视野下的互动显现--试论沙汀的巴蜀地域文化资源

在中国现代学史上，沙汀被公认为典型的地域小说作家。本从巴蜀地域呈现的角度，梳理了沙汀早期创作的现实主义探索，凸现了不同区域经历中，巴蜀地域化在其整体思想资源的存在及意义。     

Why some teachers easily learn to use a new virtual learning environment: a technology acceptance perspective

After a decade of virtual learning environments (VLEs) in higher education, many teachers still use only a minimum of its affordances. This study looked at how academic staff interacted with a new and unknown VLE in order to understand how technology acceptance and support materials influence (perceived and actual) task performance. In an experimental design, 36 participants were split into a control (online help) and experimental (instructor video) condition and completed five common teaching tasks in a new VLE. In contrast to most technology acceptance model research, this study found that perceived usefulness of the VLE was not related to (perceived) task performance. Perceived ease of use was related to intentions and actual behaviour in the VLE. Furthermore, no significant difference was found between the two conditions, although the experimental condition led to a (marginal) increase in time to complete the tasks.

社会转型时期中西封建土地制度状况及影响比较

中国封建土地制度的形成是新兴地主阶级的自觉行为，它一开始就是一种较完善的两极制的地主土地私有制形式；西欧封建土地制度则一种自发形成的比较原始的等级土地所有制。两者间的特征差异决定了16世纪前后它们能否随社会转型而顺利完成自身的转型。占有权看似不稳定的中国封建土地所有制在社会转型时期没有完成自身的转变，倒是占有权长期处于凝固状态的西欧封建庄园土地制度顺应了社会的转型，完成了封建农业向近代资本主义农业的过渡。     

古汉语判断句的活用

古汉语教材普遍把因果复句中表示原因的非名词性谓语句称判断句的活用，认为判断句活用的标准首选要根据判断的本质特征，－谓语性质是名词性的，其次须参考判断句的表现形式和逻辑关系。     

"地籍管理"中城乡地籍一体化管理教学的探讨

随着我国土地管理业务的发展,地籍管理的内容也在不断更新。作为现代地籍管理重要内容的城乡地籍一体化管理,在现行的大多数教材中涉及较少。为使现在的在校大学生毕业后能适应快速发展的地籍管理业务,应在“地籍管理”教学中强化城乡地籍一体化管理的教学,并贯穿于整个教学过程中。本文阐述了城乡地籍一体化教学的必要性,对教学内容的安排、教学重点和难点的设置、教学方法及实践环节的设计进行了探讨,以期对“地籍管理”课程的教学有所裨益。
