以人为本理念下的居住建筑设计

人本建筑理念在我国建筑设计中历史悠久,通过对人本建筑思想产生的过程,强调建筑设计中应遵循整体性原则、生态性原则、经济性原则、以人为本原则、社会性原则、地域性原则,提出了住区环境中绿化、道路、水景、小品及铺地的设计思路。     

正交试验联用星点设计-效应面法优化西瓜皮总黄酮提取工艺研究

以总黄酮得率为指标,采用正交试验联合星点设计-效应面法考察乙醇体积分数、提取时间和固液比对西瓜皮总黄酮提取工艺的影响。结果表明正交试验确定最佳提取工艺为30倍量90％乙醇,提取3次,每次120min;星点设计一效应面法确定最佳提取工艺为14.22倍量71.17％乙醇,提取3次,每次48.25min。通过星点设计-效应面法优选的工艺合理可行,且比正交试验设计法更为准确。

结合土木工程专业教学的重点,以高层框架结构设计为例,讨论毕业设计中的常见问题。总结了框架结构设计的流程,分析了结构布置、电算控制指标、梁柱线刚度、荷栽计算、内力计算及组合、截面设计等环节中的学生易犯的错误,提出正确的做法,为土木工程毕业设计的教学提供参考。     

均匀设计法优选鸡血藤总黄酮提取工艺研究

目的：优选鸡血藤总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。方法：利用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,以鸡血藤总黄酮含量作为评价指标,采用U（94）均匀设计表设计试验,观察与分析提取剂浓度、提取时间、料液比、颗粒度4种因素对鸡血藤总黄酮提取的影响。结果：提取鸡血藤总黄酮最佳状态是：60％的乙醇,鸡血藤粉碎程度50目,液料比为40：1,提取药材时间2.5小时,结论：本工艺操作简便合理,结果稳定可靠,重复性好,具有可行性,可推广应用。

旅游与城乡规划学院是成都理工大学进行学科调整、专业重组后成立的新学院,涉及学院各专业的规划、设计类基础实验课程是学院教学任务的重点,也是学生基础知识掌握和专业技能学习的关键环节。通过分析新形势下规划设计类专业基础实验教学的现状,对出现的问题提出相应改革方案,旨在合理利用实验教学资源,不断提高教育质量。     

适应CDIO教育理念的JEE实训平台设计与实现

针对目前高职软件开发专业课程改革中存在课程知识衔接相脱节等问题,借鉴CDIO工程教育理念,结合湖州职业技术学院软件开发专业课程体系改革实际情况,开发了一套JEE实训仿真平台。该平台旨在将软件开发各个阶段核心课程知识点在同一个系统整合,帮助学生将软件开发所需的各种理论知识快速应用于实际项目开发中,从而促进教学质量提升。

蒙台梭利在中国的发展可追溯到20世纪80年代,随着时间发展,蒙台梭利在中国幼儿教育界的关注便在持续上涨。所以在此时间,"蒙氏热"的发生从沿海延生到内地,从大城市蔓延到中小城市,从单位办园、私人办园扩展到教育部门办的园。这种"热度"不仅体现在对蒙台梭利教育思想的引进,也体现在全国疯狂的追求蒙台梭利玩教把具的使用;还体现在遍地全国的蒙台梭利幼儿园,蒙台梭利教学实验班……这种"热度"细琢磨下来,就可以追踪到蒙台梭利经典著作之《有吸收力的心灵》对我国幼儿园课程设计的影响上来。本文作者将着眼于《有吸收力的心灵》这部经典的巨作中有关蒙台梭利的教育思想及其对我过当代幼儿园课程设计的影响,并将此做必要的分析和阐述。     

Becoming More Reflective about the Role of Design in Communication

Robert Craig's constitutive meta-model of communication reminds us that while communication scholarship may feel like discovery of communication's natural properties, it is also often (if not always) on a path to invention of new possibilities and reconstitution. The constitutive meta-model suggests that every theory of communication is also a design language for communication, and that design itself may be a path to theory development. Design inquiry can be conducted in all subdisciplines of communication, incorporating and contributing to widely disparate communication theories. Design work itself takes many forms, producing artifacts as diverse as individual messages, persuasive campaigns, interaction protocols, large-scale participation frameworks for public decision-making, and more. This special issue explores design scholarship in the field of communication, with five original essays representing different subfields and different theoretical approaches. In this introduction, we argue that design work is more than application of theory; design itself is a theory-building enterprise. It is a distinct form of inquiry that builds new knowledge, complementary to, but different in kind from, empirical and critical scholarship.     

Measure Twice,Cut Once: The Temporality of Communication Design

The familiar folk saying, “Measure twice, cut once,” with origins in carpentry design certainly indicates that the issue of measurement is central to good design work. The equally important—if implicit—wisdom to which it points is that it takes more time, or a careful pace of action, to do so properly. To develop our central arguments about the temporality of communication design, we first describe how the consideration of varying time scales offers great utility in the communication design enterprise and elaborate on the designable features of temporality for human interaction. Next, we draw on Ballard's typology of work-based activity cycles to offer some temporally based design principles for the design of work. We then apply these insights to various work activities that unfold at various time scales and illustrate how concern with temporality (rather than only time) may lead to a redesign of communication. In the conclusion, we attend to an underlying issue implicated throughout the preceding discussion: the pace at which the designer proceeds.
