苏南地区农村体育公共服务供给的有益探索

当前中国农村地区体育公共服务供给是呈差异性存在的,不同地区体育公共服务供给规律不同。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及实地调研法以苏南农村地区为例,对发达地区农村体育公共服务供给状况进行了分析,提出了当前苏南地区农村体育公共服务供给的特征,以及供给中产生的问题,最后提出了相关建议。     

高端装备制造企业数字化成熟度测度及影响因素研究

    从“投入-产出”视角分析影响企业数字化成熟度的关键因素,通过模糊粗糙集法和随机前沿法构建指标体系,运用“VHSD-EM”模型赋权指标。基于2015—2020年49家高端装备制造上市公司年报数据,测算企业数字化成熟度,结合K-means聚类划分成熟度层级。在此基础上借助Tobit模型检验影响数字化成熟度的外部因素。研究表明：①实证测度方面,数字化投入产出效率_利润效率、数字化投入产出效率_成本效率、数字化设备投入和数字化软件投入是数字化成熟度的关键测度指标。研究对象数字化成熟度分化明显,在指标维度上具有集聚效应,可以划分出五个成熟度层级（高,较高,一般,较低,低）。②外部影响因素中,政府补贴、金融科技对高端装备制造企业数字化成熟度具有显著正向影响。     

Teaching Specialized Legal Research: Administrative Law

In an effort to provide more attention to the legislative and administrative law processes than typical first year legal research instruction can provide, the author created a specialized legal research course on legislation and administrative practice and procedure. Set forth within this article is a very brief background on the substantive law an instructor for a course on this topic would need to know. Also included is an overview of the resources taught, assignments given, and evaluation tools used.     

Bankruptcy: A Legal Research Course

Several aspects of the subject matter and practice of bankruptcy law lend themselves to use as the underlying subject matter for a course in advanced legal research. Although the unique institutions and procedure in bankruptcy cases call for specialized instruction, the structure of the substantive field around an integrated, codified statute and the intersections of state and federal jurisdiction provide plentiful jumping-off points to reinforce important general concepts of strategic and thoughtful legal research practice. The first half of this article presents an introduction to the field as a basic substantive grounding necessary to any law librarian pondering a legal research course grounded in bankruptcy law. The article also familiarizes the prospective research instructor with the major sources of law in the field and assesses numerous secondary sources and research tools covering the field with an eye to which print and online sources will be of the best anticipated value to today's legal research students. Model syllabi are proposed for either a larger, three-credit course or for a one-credit minicourse in specialized research that might either stand alone or serve as a supplement to a substantive course or seminar in the field.     

Learning to Facilitate Advance Care Planning: The Novice Social Worker’s Experience

Professional leaders have identified clear roles for social workers involved in advance care planning (ACP), a facilitated process whereby individuals identify their preferences for future medical care; yet information about effective teaching practices in this area is scant. This study reports on the experiences of 14 social workers who participated in a nationally recognized, evidence-based ACP facilitator certification program. Researchers first analyzed data consisting of participants’ in-depth reflective writings using an inductive thematic analysis process. Identified themes were subsequently grouped into three categories to characterize the “novice” experience of participants: theoretical knowledge, skill development, and self-reflection. Findings underscore the importance of ACP training in social work education and the need for teachers to help learners better understand the process of professional skill development.     

Intersecting work and learning: assembling advanced liberal regimes of governing workers in Australia

Much had been written over the past few years on the intersections of work and learning. This article suggests that the analysis of the intersections of work and learning can benefit greatly from understanding the ways in which governing workers as individuals and populations has changed in Western liberal democracies in the latter part of the twentieth century. Through the use of an analytics of government perspective based on the later governmentality work of Foucault and others, the article analyses the shifts in ways of governing paid workers through the programmes of reforms in industry, industrial relations and vocational education and training in Australia. These shifts can be understood, it is suggested, as shifts in the mentalities of governing – from social liberal regimes to advanced liberal regimes of government. The article foregrounds the assembling of a new subjectivity and character of the post-industrial paid worker – the ‘worker as learner’ as the lifelong learner who is continually required to reskill to maintain paid work in economic life in order to sustain desirable and normal lifestyles. The article concludes with a discussion of the implications for researching work and learning.

分析了柔性制造系统在先进制造领域的地位和作用,指出构建开放式柔性制造实践教学系统是提高高等学校机械工程专业学生工程实践能力的最佳选择。基于“独立制造岛”概念,提出了开放式柔性制造实践教学系统的建设思路,介绍了该系统的组成与实现、系统的特点和功能,并对此系统在未来实践教学中的作用进行了展望。     

数学建模在推动理工类“高等数学”教学改革中的作用

“高等数学”教学改革是一项长期复杂的工作,数学建模的融入推动了教学改革的进程,发挥非常重要的作用。数学建模的推动作用主要表现在两个方面,一是推动“高等数学”教学内容的优化和升级,二是推动“高等数学”教学方法的改革,使之向启发式、互动式、信息化教学方法转变。     

科技论文数学公式序号编排的标准化问题

对国内外多种科技期刊中数学公式序号编排格式进行了对比分析,发现不同科技期刊中数学公式序号编排格式存在许多差异,同时对相关标准进行了比较研究,发现很多标准中还没有对公式序号编排格式作出特别详细的规定,甚至有些细节的规定各标准也不完全一致,没有统一的标准是造成不同期刊数学公式序号编排差异的主要原因。基于分析结果,结合编辑工作的经验,对科技论文公式序号的编排提出一些改进方法和建议。     

浅谈数学史在高等数学中的应用

目前高职院校的高等数学课程存在很多问题,将数学史渗透在高等数学的教学过程中,不仅能提高学生学习数学的兴趣,而且能激发学生学习的潜能,提高学生的学习质量。并且丰富了高等数学的课堂,提高教师的素养。
