程序正义视角下的审判流程管理制度

审判流程管理是一个系统工程,不仅涉及到相关制度的完善和改革的推进,还有赖于相关理论基础研究的深入展开,更取决于司法主体法治理念的更新和民众法律感情的培养。在综合运用比较分析、实证分析、价值分析等研究方法,以程序正义为视角揭示审判流程管理制度的理论基础和内在价值的基础上,明确实行审判流程制度的核心在于权力的分离与整合。     

Organizational culture,values, and routines in Iranian medical schools

In Iran, restructuring of medical education and the health care delivery system in 1985 resulted in a rapid shift from elite to mass education, ultimately leading to an increase in the number of medical schools, faculties, and programs and as well as some complications. This study aimed to investigate views on academic culture, values, and routines held by faculty members. A nation-wide survey conducted in six public medical schools in Iran. The research findings show weak organizational culture and values, together with routine behaviors sensed as a negative and low satisfaction with academic leadership. The research evidence suggests bureaucracy, politicization, conservativeness, and centralization as common features of medical schools in Iran and also suggests suitable supervisory skills to tackle the tension between governmental management and academic leadership with cultural changes, the creation of new values, and adoption more efficient routines.     

新农村建设中社会管理问题探讨

一种基于碎片化页面元素的网站集群构建模型

随着信息化社会的发展,网站集群建设日渐普遍,集群内网站页面更新也逐渐加快,从而导致网站集群维护成本升高,甚至制约了企事业单位信息化的发展。针对该问题,提出一种基于页面基础元素构建多版本网站集群的模型,该模型基于页面结构、单元块及其它页面基础元素动态组合构建页面模板,实现页面元素复用与快捷变更;通过网站版本管控,实现网站多状态快捷切换;将网站版本与栏目信息及模板整合,实现站内多版本页面内容复用与批量更新。实践结果表明,基于该模型的内容管理系统能够快捷应对页面频繁变更和网站多版本切换,实现页面基础元素和页面模板的高效复用与更新。     

高校旅游管理专业“3＋1”教学模式探讨

长期以来,我国高校旅游管理专业本科教学大多实行的是传统的课堂教学模式,其特点是重理论轻实践,导致了学生实践动手能力差、毕业生业内就业率低等一系列问题。随着我国旅游业的快速发展,旅游企业对高素质的专业人才求贤若渴,旅游人才供需矛盾日益凸显。如何才能有效地培养业内需求的高级管理人才,使旅游管理本科毕业生能在业内充分就业,探讨国内旅游管理专业本科教学全面推行＂3＋1＂模式具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在分析高校旅游管理专业本科教学存在问题的基础上,探讨了旅游管理专业本科教学实行＂3＋1＂模式的必要性和可行性,重点提出了实施＂3＋1＂教学模式的相关建议。     

提高我院院、系两级教学管理效益的研究

本课题着重研究解决高职高专院校院、系两级在教学管理方面采取的措施和途径,整个研究过程贯穿"创新发展"的主题,并提出了一些具有创新性的对策措施.     

What does school size do： Safety perceptions of educators and students

The purpose of this study is to find out how teachers, principals, vice principals and students perceive school safety and how that differs related to school size. 194 educators and 1420 students＇ views were elicited by two self-deviced school safety inventories conducted in 10 state high schools in Istanbul in 2008. Cronbach alpha value for educators＇ safety perception inventory Cronbach was found to be 0.941 and 0.902 for Student School Safety Perception Inventory. Frequency, percentage, t-test, Kruskall Wallis H-analysis and Man Whitney U-techniques were used as statistical analysis. After analysis, it appeared that perceived safety problems in school as disciplines, interpersonal relations, school building, school counseling differ related to school size. When the school size increases, teachers reported that safety problems increase as well. Schools with 500-1000 students were perceived less problematic in discipline and interpersonal relations. Violence, drug dealing, carrying gun, stealing, appeared as common safety problems at schools. Principals and vice principals appeared as more optimistic than teachers in safety problems at schools. Female teachers and principals perceived building related problems, counseling problems more serious then male colleagues. School principals should scrutinize school safety problems, should develop school safety plans comprehensively and should update it regularly. Standards related to school size should be developed and number of students in a particular school should be determined according to those criteria. Social and cultural facilities should be built in connection with the number of students studying at school. Arrangements related to school size should take into account students grade, sex, duty of educators. School environment＇s safety should be paid more attention.     

论教练员教育知识管理的建构

摘要：科技知识发展所体现出知识的巨大价值促使关于人才知识素养的培养成为重要研究课题之一。教练员作为专业技能人员,是运动员竞技表现优劣的重要影响因素。教练员的专业素质、道德以及社会素质反映着我国的运动总体水准并影响着运动发展前景。本论文在梳理国内外知识管理研究的基础上,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法对我国教练员知识管理的现状进行调查,从教练员的素质内容与教育知识、教练员教育知识管理的目标与原则、教练员教育知识管理的模式三个方面对我国国家队教练员教育知识管理进行分析与论述。指出在三目的、三原则（专、享、控）以及三流程的“三--三--三”相统一的建构模型下将教练员的教育知识进行有效化、系统化地分析并组织成一个更具有生命力的知识系统平台,从而促进教练员教育知识的生产与创新的过程。
