大学生创业者胜任特征模型建构及其启示

通过文献检索与分析、发放开放式问卷、访谈,收集调查问卷条目,编制初始调查问卷。预试后,通过对预试问卷及结果进行定量分析,对问卷进行进一步修订,编制成正式调查问卷。在研究过程中,通过统计检验,对研究结果的可靠和可信度进行了全面检验。研究结果表明：大学生创业者的胜任特征包括创业意识、创业精神、心理承受力、自我反省与学习、人脉搭建与维护、商业洞察力六个方面;本研究所编制的大学生自主创业胜任特征调查问卷信效度较高,具有良好的预测力和实用性。     

美国重要癌症基金资助现状分析

本文综合美国主要癌症基金过去7年中对癌症项目的资助情况,从项目的领域分布、项目的数量变化、项目的类型分布、癌症种类情况等多个角度,分析美国癌症基金的资助现状和特点,对了解和把握国外癌症研究方向有借鉴意义,同时为我国癌症基金工作提供有益思路。     

Reducing subjectivity in special education referrals by educators working with Latino students: using functional behavioral assessment as a pre-referral practice in student support teams

Over the past several decades, the Latino population throughout the USA has demonstrated significant growth and exceeded that of other ethnic minority groups. This influx is particularly evident in the student enrollment of US schools as the number of Latino students has increased by approximately 10 million within the past 10 years. With this dramatic increase, there are a number of critical issues that present significant barriers to a high-quality educational experience for Latino students, specifically overrepresentation of Latinos receiving disciplinary actions and the high number of referrals to special education evaluation for emotional and behavioral disorders. This paper will discuss the impact of the Latino population in US schools, the concern of overrepresentation and biased referrals, and the use of a culturally attuned functional behavioral assessment as a pragmatic solution to better serve this growing population.     

移动网络和社交网站对大学生思想行为模式的影响——基于中国石油大学（北京）的调查

对中国石油大学（北京）276名大学生的问卷调查显示,移动网络式的社交使得大学生有一种更加强烈的被需要和被尊重的心理满足。但网络的虚拟性普遍消解了人际信任,弱化了道德的约束力。部分学生采用匿名或化名的方式参与信息传播,反而会加大其孤独、苦闷、焦虑和压抑等心理问题的发生。     

外语专业大学生的特点及教育对策

外语专业学生面对“多元文化交融”的学习环境,表现出思想开放、思维活跃、善于表达、行为多样、个性鲜明、注重自我价值等思想和行为特点。因此,外语专业学生特别要加强理想信念教育、爱国主义教育、社会责任感教育和国际视野教育,在教育路径上应坚持课内课外并举,教育管理并重,重点一般兼顾。     

一例一般心理问题的咨询案例分析

本案例中,来访者因为网恋受骗而形成了创伤,沉浸于对男朋友的憎恨之中,又因为自身性格及身边的环境而未能获得很好的疏导,从而沉浸于压抑的情感中不能自拔,严重影响了生活和工作。在咨询过程中,咨询师根据来访者的主诉及对她的观察判断,将其诊断为重大生活事件应激方面的问题。在咨询中,咨询师在精神分析理论的基础上,使用认知领悟疗法以及空椅技术、释梦等技术针对来访者进行了有效的咨询,使来访者解决了面临的问题。     

体质健康信念对大学生体育锻炼行为意向及行为习惯的影响

以"实施体质健康测试及评价,促进大学生体质健康发展,及鼓励大学生以高度的热情积极参加体育锻炼,继而养成良好的锻炼身体的习惯。"为主要目标的《国家学生体质健康标准》既是对学生进行体制健康检测、评价的重要制度之一,也是一种主要的激励及教育手段,这也是体育实践教学必须贯彻和落实的重要宗旨。至此,笔者依据自己多年的工作经验,针对当前研究不多的体质健康信念对大学生体育锻炼行为意向及行为习惯的影响问题谈谈自己的看法。     

Applying user analytics to uses and effects of social media in China

ABSTRACT

We introduce what user analytics can do in the first half of the paper and then illustrate how to do user analytics in the second half. In the current context, user analytics refers to a set of diverse communication research methods on uses and effects of social media. User analytics has evolved from TV ratings research to online user research. The history illustrates what data sources, measures, and analyses can be used for what types of research questions under user analytics. We discuss the similarities of and differences between user analytics and other methods of computational communication research (e.g. content mining and online experiments), and compare the strengths and weaknesses of user analytics with traditional quantitative methods (e.g. survey). Finally, we present an application study of Chinese bloggers to demonstrate how to employ user analytics methods to study the production, consumption, and effects of user-generated content.     

Social media and students’ behavioral intentions to enroll in postgraduate studies in Kenya: a moderated mediation model of brand personality and attitude

ABSTRACT

Using cross-sectional data from 504 students from four Kenyan universities, this study evaluates the indirect effect of brand personality on the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions to enroll in postgraduate studies. Additionally, the study examines the moderating effect of attitude on the relationship between social media and brand personality, social media and students’ behavioral intentions, brand personality and students’ behavioral intentions. Finally, it investigates the moderating effect of attitude on the indirect process of brand personality on the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions. The study is guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model and Self Congruity Theory. Process Macro is used to analyze data. Results indicate that social media significantly predicts students’ behavioral intentions and this relationship is partially mediated by brand personality. Besides, attitude moderates the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions and also the relationship between brand personality and students’ behavioral intentions. Finally, attitude has a conditional effect on the indirect relationship between social media and student’s behavioral intentions via brand personality and this effect is much stronger with a higher level of attitude. These findings contribute new knowledge to literature and theory.     

儿童期自我概念的发展及影响因素研究综述

描述了儿童自我概念在从小学到中学这一年龄段的发展轨迹及性别差异,并对父母教养、同伴关系及个体行为模式在儿童自我概念发展中所起的作用进行了论述,最后对学业自我概念形成中的BFSPEs现象进行了简要介绍。
