素质教育下高校课堂教学方法的探索

课堂教学作为高等学校培养人才的基本形式,关系到素质教育能否在高校落实和推进。为了克服传统教学方法的不足,高校教师必须将传授知识与培养学生能力有机结合起来,通过充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,灵活运用联系的教学方法,围绕分析解决问题的思路,充分运用现代化的教学手段来提高课堂教学效果,培养具有创新能力的高科技人才。     

教学质量评估:高等教育发展中一个被忽视的环节

在高等院校不断扩大招生规模的背景下,高等院校的教学质量问题也日趋突出,并将直接对高等教育的发展产生影响.课堂教学是教育的主体部分,是实现教育目标的最基本途径,建立起教师、学生、教研室和督导组构成的层级结合的评估主体,形成"报、审、听、评"的制度规范,建立起科学的评估指标体系,对于加强课堂教学管理,提高教学质量具有十分重要的意义.     

Partnership Programs in U.S. Schools: Their Development and Relationship to Family Involvement Outcomes

This study examined data from over 300 U.S. schools on their efforts to develop high quality programs of school, family, and community partnerships. Analyses show that elementary schools, schools with greater support from parents, teachers, and the community; and schools that evaluated progress reported higher quality partnership programs over time. Higher quality programs were associated with wider implementation of parent-child interactive homework, higher levels of parent volunteering, and more parents on school decision-making committees. Results identify factors that could help schools develop quality partnership programs and suggest that these programs translate into higher levels of family involvement in students’ learning.     

Characterizing Mathematics Classroom Practice: Impact of Observation and Coding Choices

Large‐scale observational measures of classroom practice increasingly focus on opportunities for student participation as an indicator of instructional quality. Each observational measure necessitates making design and coding choices on how to best measure student participation. This study investigated variations of coding approaches that may be feasible in large‐scale studies, and the ramifications of these variations for drawing inferences about instructional quality. Using data from classroom videos, we found that decisions about whether to keep track of individual students in the coding, observe multiple contexts in the classroom (e.g., whole‐class and small‐group discussions), and capture nuances of student participation changed the resulting characterizations of classroom practice. Most importantly, simplifying the coding approach did not fully capture and even misrepresented the level and nature of student participation in many classrooms.

高校教师对学生心理的影响

学生的心理活动是动态变化的,任课教师能否在课堂教学中把握学生变化的心理而进行有针对性的教学,是提高教学效果的关键;班主任能否根据学生心理活动的规律,在学科理论指导下,采取各种方法与措施,促进学生整体素质提高,是高校德育工作的重要组成部分,也是高校班级管理的重要工作。从任课教师和班主任两个方面阐述高校教师对学生心理的影响。     

Reliability as Argument

Reliability consists of both important social and scientific values and methods for evidencing those values, though in practice methods are often conflated with the values. With the two distinctly understood, a reliability argument can be made that articulates the particular reliability values most relevant to the particular measurement situation and then the most appropriate evidence and theory to support an argument for the presence of that value. The steps in making a reliability argument are explained and an extended example is given. The article is intended to provoke discussion, debate, and the development of additional reliability methodologies.

从马克思主义哲学课的性质、教学内容、教学目的教学任务三点论述了社会主义荣辱观引入马克思主义哲学课堂的必要性;从马克思主义哲学的知识传播、道德教化、反思和批判功能上探讨了马克思主义哲学对构建社会主义荣辱观的效能性。通过这两个方面的论述,使我们明确:社会主义荣辱观引入马克思主义哲学课堂,是必要的;马克思主义哲学课堂对构建社会主义荣辱观,是有效的。只有从思想上明确了认识,社会主义荣辱观才会真正引入课堂。     

《实用英语》课堂教学的设计与组织

英语课堂教学是一个连贯的整体,一项完整的系统工程。它由课前设计、课堂组织和课后总结三大部分组成。课前设计包括编写教案和作好相应的准备。而课堂组织主要阶段则是集中活动阶段,这是教学组织手段应用最多的地方。
