定向士官生能力素质培养体系的构建 ——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

定向培养士官工作是贯彻落实军民融合发展战略、创新军事人力资源生成渠道、提高士官人才培养质量、满足军队现代化人才需求的重要举措。为此,以提升士官生能力素质培养质量为切入点,在明确构建素质能力培养体系意义的基础上,着力构建以“军事政治素质、专业技能素质、身心健康素质、管理组织素质、思想工作素质、人文艺术素质”为核心的能力素质培养体系。     

高职高专英语教学中应注重跨文化交际能力的培养

高职高专教育培养的是高级应用型人才,主要从事技术、生产、管理、服务等领域的工作,其中很多都是涉外行业。对外交流中,一个不可避免的障碍就是文化。不同的文化之间,由于地理环境、社会经济发展的不同而存在巨大的差异。如何在对外交流中克服这一障碍,从而使彼此的沟通更加顺畅、高效,就成了外语教学中一个重要的课题——跨文化意识的培养。本文主要就高职高专英语教学中培养学生跨文化交际能力的必要性及途径作了初步的探讨。     

Gross motor coordination in junior tennis players

The purpose of this study was twofold: (1) to determine the gross motor coordination performance levels of junior tennis players and (2) to analyse the effects of age and gender. Participants were junior male (n = 50) and female (n = 51) tennis players aged 6–14. Körperkoordinationstest für Kinder (KTK) was used to assess the gross motor coordination of the participants. Results revealed that none of the participants performed lower than normal level in motor coordination. Besides, 40.6% of the participants performed above normal level. No gender differences were found on all subtests of KTK and also on total motor quotient. Although older players performed better on each test than their younger counterparts for the raw scores, no significant age effect was observed on motor quotient scores among different age groups.

Loneliness and physical activity: A systematic review

This article aims to provide an overview of the current state of research on the relationship between loneliness and physical activity (PA). A systematic literature search was conducted to identify all empirical studies assessing this relationship. A total of 37 studies stemming from 36 publications met the inclusion criteria. Study analyses comprised an individual consideration of each study and a systematic summarization of the studies. The majority of eligible studies focused on adolescent or elderly populations. Direct negative associations between PA and loneliness were found in half of the 24 cross-sectional studies. Of the seven identified longitudinal studies, one found a direct negative influence of PA on loneliness. Four longitudinal studies found evidence for a reverse influence, namely of loneliness on PA. Five intervention studies found PA to reduce loneliness. Two of the cross-sectional studies and one of the intervention studies found social support and social competence to moderate or to mediate the relationship between PA and loneliness. The findings indicate that PA can contribute to a decrease in loneliness. However, studies also indicate that any beneficial effect is dependent upon the quality of relationships present during physical activity. Additionally, loneliness itself might reduce the probability of being physically active.     

基于临床工作过程设计的助产学实训教学模式

随着国家二孩政策的全面放开,高龄产妇随之增多,这对助产士提出了更高要求。助产士不但要有扎实的理论知识,还要有熟练的助产技能。在助产学实训教学过程中,以临床工作过程为主线,设计实训模块,在此基础上引入BOPPPS教学模式,并结合客观结构化临床考核模式,可使学校教学更好对接临床工作,提高助产士的临床助产技能。     

中国区域教育竞争力与区域经济竞争力的关联分析--兼复胡咏梅教授等

教育竞争力是区域经济竞争力的关键和重要内容，一个地区经济竞争力的强弱最终体现于其教育竞争力的强弱。本文在回复胡咏梅教授等提出问题的基础上，采用因子分析、相关分析、回归和Ganger因果分析等方法，多侧面、定量地对中国各省级区域教育竞争力和区域经济竞争力进行了综合评估，探求了二者之间的关联关系和相关程度，以及区域教育竞争力对区域经济竞争力的贡献，并验证了区域教育竞争力与经济竞争力之间关联的密切程度和因果关系，得出了相应的结论和建议。     

试论城市旅游核心竞争力的确定与提升——以福建龙岩市为例

从阐述城市旅游核心竞争力内涵入手,在龙岩市旅游业发展现状基础上,提出了要发展龙岩旅游业应确定龙岩市旅游核心竞争力,并围绕这一核心竞争力提出提升对策。     

以学生为中心的针灸教学方法改革探析——与临床规范化培训要求相结合

如何在中医药类大学办好针灸专业本科教育,突出教学特色,一直是我校教师认真思考的课题。本文分析了针灸教学存在的问题,针灸类医学专业教学方法的改革和实践,多种教学手段的应用,以期学生更好地掌握相关的医学专业知识,提高综合能力。     

基于岗位核心能力培养的课程体系构建与实施——以物联网应用技术专业为例

良好的课程体系是职业学校人才培养的有力保障。针对物联网职业岗位能力需求,构建基于岗位核心能力培养的物联网应用技术专业课程体系,包括知识类课程、技能类课程、实践类课程和综合类课程四个部分,并从项目化课程设计、课程资源开发、考核方式选择三个方面提出了具体的课程体系实施方案。实现了理论知识、专业技能与企业岗位技能要求的有效契合,提高了物联网课程的教学效果。经过三年的教学实践,学生的就业率、岗位适应能力、企业满意度均明显提升,有效提升了物联网应用技术专业人才培养效果,满足各行业对物联网人才的需求。
