余额宝的可持续性研究——基于4Cs分析法

2013年6月13日新一代网络金融理财产品——余额宝,一经推出便对传统理财产品产生巨大冲击,余额宝门槛低、收益稳定、流动性强等特点受到投资者的认可。文章运用4Cs分析法,从投资者的角度分析得出,余额宝具有广泛的投资群体,相对传统银行理财产品受众更广,具有可持续发展的动力。但风险防御体系不健全以及政策擦边球,使得余额宝发展被迫放缓,并据此提出政策建议。     

体育术科高考乒乓球专项考试方法与标准的探讨

本文通过对１９９７年浙江省体育术科高考宁波师院考点各项成绩的对比分析和乒乓球专项考试原始成绩的统计分析，认为乒乓球专项成绩远远优于其它项目，主要原因是其考试方法不够科学，评分标准明显偏低所致。因此，重新审定乒乓球考试方法和标准是深化我省体育术科高考改革中急待解决的重要课题之一。     

论加强师范生教师职业意识的途径

教师职业意识是指成为一名优秀教师应该具有的基本意识和观念,加强对师范生教师职业意识的培养,有助于师范生教师专业化的发展以及教师队伍素质的提高。现阶段师范生的教师职业意识存在认知度偏低、价值取向偏差、从业意识不强等特点。学校应在提高师范生的教师职业兴趣、培养师范生的专业技能、引导师范生树立正确的职业价值观等方面提高师范生的教师职业意识。     

自闭儿童:治疗还是教育

帮助自闭儿童的成长的方法主要有治疗模式和教育模式两种。治疗模式主要包括应用行为分析、感觉统合训练和游戏治疗、精神统合疗法。教育模式采用了不同于治疗模式的道路,它更重视对自闭儿童的教育而不是治疗。影响较大的教育模式是结构化教育。自闭儿童需要的既不是治疗也不是教育,而是敬畏。

幼儿期是人的情感发展的关键期和敏感期,在此期间对幼儿进行儿童文学教育意义重大.本文首先论述了儿童文学促进幼儿情感发展的情育、催化、取向等三个方面的独特功能.然后论述了儿童文学与幼儿情感发展的密切联系,即情感教育离不开儿童文学教育、情感熏陶离不开儿童文学渗透、情感发展离不开儿童文学接续.最后,论述了儿童文学促进幼儿情感发展的优化策略,即泛灵原则：开发幼儿潜在天性;游戏原则：叩响幼儿情商之门;互动原则：指引幼儿审美途径.     

The challenges of using the Communicative Approach (CA) in the teaching of English as a Second language (ESL) in Zimbabwe: Implications for ESL teacher education

Abstract

This article examines studies done on the use of the CA locally, in addition to insights from studies done abroad, as well as critically examining the nature of the CA and the language situation in Zimbabwe, to identify and discuss the main challenges associated with the use of this approach to the teaching of ESL in Zimbabwe and its implications for ESL teacher education. It explores the status of the CA as ‘imported technology ’, that has been grafted to address the teaching of English as a second language in the local context, necessitating its adaptation and the development of local versions of the approach. It argues that, to address these challenges, various stake holders such as teacher educators, material developers, examination bodies, and other relevant authorities such as the ministry of education should each play their part to ensure the success of the implementation of the CA.     

Teaching mathematics that addresses learners’ multiple intelligences

Abstract

To meet the demands of our highly technological and globally competitive society, it is becoming increasingly important for all learners in South Africa to obtain skills and knowledge in mathematics. However, South Africa performed the worst of all the countries who participated in the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMMS). Education in South Africa is now confronted with the dilemma of how to improve the mathematics performance of learners. One way of dealing with this dilemma is to apply Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences in the classroom. This intervention should contribute positively to the South African Government's Foundation for Learning Campaign. This article suggests specific ways in which teachers can incorporate the different intelligences in their teaching and learning activities in the mathematics classroom. Recommendations are made for the application of the Multiple Intelligences Theory in the mathematics classroom, and topics for future research are suggested.     

Single-Record versus Separate-Record Approaches for Cataloging E-Serials in the OCLC WorldCat Local Environment

Libraries have been making decisions on whether to use a single- or separate-record approach for cataloging e-serials based on what works best in their local library integrated systems and which approach is likely to save cataloging time. However, in the new network-level cataloging and OCLC WorldCat Local environment, we need to make cataloging decisions based on what works best in a network-level platform. This article discusses the OCLC WorldCat Local environment, the concept of network-level cataloging, and why Washington State University has responded by migrating from a single-record to separate-record cataloging policy for e-serials.     

词汇法在开放英语语法教学中的应用

语法教学在英语语言教学中占很大的比重。但由于受传统语法教学模式的影响,教师在进行语法教学时,往往只注重对语法结构及语法规则的讲解,结果导致语法教学难以收到预期的效果。分析其存在的问题之一就是语法和词汇的教学脱节。基于Halliday等人的观点,我们应该改变过去把语法和词汇孤立开来的做法,要注重词块的作用,注重语法和语境的结合,把词汇法应用于开放英语语法教学中,改变开放英语语法教学和词汇教学相分离的状况,以使教学效果达到最佳。

随着社会的发展和科技的进步,现代信息技术在学科教学中得到了广泛应用,现代信息技术与学科教学的整合应用也有效地提高了课堂教学效率。为此,本文分析了利用现代信息技术促进教学现代化的途径,并提出了几点结合的注意事项。
