韩国英才学校创新举措探析——以KAIST附属韩国科学英才学校为例

成立于2003年的KAIST附属韩国科学英才学校,作为韩国首所科学英才学校,在8年的办学实践中,不断推陈出新,践行创新理念,走出了一条独具特色的办学之路。本文拟就KAIST附属韩国科学英才学校在办学、管理、招生、课程等方面的创新举措进行剖析,以期对我国基础教育改革有所启示。     

高校学生事务管理知识体系的构建

构建高校学生事务管理知识体系对于实现辅导员工作的科学化、丰富学科体系、提高辅导员队伍素质都具有重要意义。研究以＂两层次三维度多线索模块化结构＂构建高校学生事务管理知识体系框架,提出基于学生发展的学习生命周期理论,分析学生事务管理知识模块、学生事务管理工具方法和管理成熟度模型等,并提出了构建学生事务管理知识体系的对策和建议,为全面提高高校辅导员工作科学化提供可借鉴的理论和方法。     

学习型党组织建设与大学生思想政治素养提升

当代大学生党员是执掌未来我国内政外交和实现中华民族伟大复兴的骨干力量,教育好、培养好当代大学生党员事关党和国家的前途与命运。当前,大学生党员的思想政治表现总体上是积极、健康、向上的,但也存在着对党的指导思想认识模糊等问题。时此,高校应通过建设学习型党组织,创新学习理念与方法,完善学习机制,进一步加强大学生党员的思想政治理论学习,不断提高大学生思想政治素养,以保证大学生党员思想政治上的先进性与坚定性。     

学生作为校本课程开发者的必然性分析

随着校本课程开发在我国各类学校如火如荼的进行,大多数理论研究者以及具体的实践者都是着重强调教师在校本课程开发中的主体作用,而往往忽视了学生这一关键性的校本课程开发的潜在主体,从人性、理论、实践、现实需求几个角度探索学生作为校本课程开发者的必然性。     

To be or not to be ‘a disabled student’ in higher education: the case of a postgraduate ‘non‐declaring’ (disabled) student

This paper draws on data from a research project that was funded by the UK's Higher Education Academy. The project focused on the experiences of disabled students in one English higher education institution, and a key feature of the project was to attempt to access the perspectives of ‘non‐declaring’ disabled students. This paper draws on the experiences of one of the ‘non‐declaring’ respondents, Anna, a postgraduate student. In the UK, some students declare their disabled status on entry to a higher education institution, some do so once at the institution and some never let the institution know of their impairment. It is the perspectives of this latter group that are particularly difficult to access. Anna's experiences as a postgraduate student provide some insight into what may affect decisions about declaration of impairment. Drawing on a social‐relational understanding of disability, factors that influenced her decision not to ‘declare’ and the consequent effect on her experience of higher education are explored.     

An Investigation of Non-Thesis Master＇s Program Geography Teacher Candidates＇ Attitudes Towards Teaching Profession Regarding Several Socio-Cultural Features

The purpose of this study is to examine the attitudes of non-thesis master＇s degree program： geography teacher candidates towards teaching profession regarding several socio-cultural features. The study was conducted in different universities with 218 geography teacher candidates enrolled in the geography education non-thesis master＇s degree program. The study was made by survey model. Data were collected by the ＂Attitude Scales Towards Teaching Profession＂ developed by ~etin （2006） and ＂Personal Information Form＂ developed by the authors. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA （the one-way analysis of variance） （F） and LSD （least significant difference） techniques. The results are given as follows： （1） The average of candidates＇ attitude grades are in favor of female candidates; （2） There is no difference between whether candidates work at a job; （3） According to variables of the types of high school graduated, educational level of the parents, occupations, income level and living place, there is no difference in candidates＇ attitudes scores; and （4） Candidates＇ enrolled in the geography education non-thesis master＇s degree program reason of preference influence on attitudes to teaching profession.     

高职院校大学生心理健康状况调查分析——以新疆职业大学为例

通过SCL-90精神症状自评量表问卷调查统计,新疆职业大学有3.43%的高职生心理症状较为严重。出现较为严重的主要症状因子是强迫、恐怖、人际关系。因此,高职院校要采取相应的对策和措施,进一步加强高职学生心理健康教育,增强教育的针对性和实效性。     

高校学生管理法律纠纷的主要类型与防范机制探析

当前,高校学生管理中出现了许多法律纠纷,主要集中在学生人身伤害事故、财产侵害、学籍管理与处分纠纷等领域。学校的教育管理权与学生权益之间的冲突已经成为不可回避的事实。为有效防范与妥善处理高校学生管理中的法律纠纷,应坚持依法治校的理念,坚持学生管理事务程序化,切实增强学生管理工作者的法治意识,依法建立学生管理法律纠纷的防范机制,做到防范于未然。
