根据马克思主义关于人的本质理论,高职德育的人性化,要求教师要充分发挥学生主体的能动性,顺其自然地加以目标引导;充分重视学生的社会性,潜移默化地进行文化熏陶;充分考虑学生的现实需要,因势利导地予以价值导向.     

对苏州市中小学生终身体育能力和习惯的培养与全民健身计划实施研究

青少年是实施《全民健身计划纲要》的重点对象 ,他们对全民健身的认识和参与 ,将会直接影响到《全民健身计划纲要》的实施。本研究旨在通过调查 ,了解并掌握中小学生对《纲要》的认识程度和参与情况 ,为中小学生进行终身体育教育 ,树立终身体育观 ,培养中小学生终身体育意识 ,养成自觉锻炼身体的良好习惯使之终身受益 ,从而为实施全民健身制定策略与措施提供信息。     

竞技体育与全民健身在中学体育中冲突原因与协调发展的研究

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察法、分析归纳法等研究方法,对竞技体育与全民健身在中学体育中产生冲 突的原因进行了研究。指出社会环境、中学体育师资、高师体育教育以及竞技体育、全民健身与学校体育的不可分割 性是造成这种冲突的主要原因。针对原因,从管理机构、体育理论研究、中学体育师资等方面提出使二者在中学体育 中协调发展的措施,旨在为我国中学体育健康发展提供参考。     

分科·应试·招生

“高中文理分科”由“应试”导致，并非“影响教育改革发展全局重大问题”。普通高等学校招生评价内容、评价标准的缺失和错位，才是“影响我国教育改革发展全局的重大问题”。建立、完善以高等学校为主体的考生多元素质评价、高等学校多样方式选拔、录取制度是纠正“应试”固疾的必行之路。     

网络不同媒体组合的传播效果检测分析

本文通过对多通道刺激反应心理学理论的回溯 ,援引美国传播学教授斯·斯亚姆·山德尔 (S .ShyamSundar)在 2 0 0 0年所做的网站多媒体组合信息传播实验结果———在目前网络软硬件技术还有待大幅度提高的情况下 ,越多的媒体参与网络传播 ,并不一定能取得好的传播效果。本文借此提出文本 图片是目前网站较为合适的信息传播形式的观点。     

E-mail in government: Not post-bureaucratic but late-bureaucratic organizations

Empirical research provides evidence that electronic communication does not change government agencies into post-bureaucratic organizations. Structuration Theory is used to explore the interaction between e-mail use, communication patterns of civil servants, and two bureaucratic characteristics: formalization and hierarchy. Previous research suggested that the use of e-mail leads to less formalization and less hierarchy, but empirical research in three bureaucratic organizations in the Netherlands leads to different conclusions. First, the use of e-mail leads to informal formalization: the style of communication is more informal but the content focuses less on personal issues and emphasizes efficient recordings of agreements. Second, the use of e-mail leads to hierarchical horizontalization: horizontal contacts take a more central position in bureaucratic organizations but these horizontal contacts are tightly linked to vertical structures. The result of the interaction between e-mail and government bureaucracy is horizontal communication directly linked to vertical structures. Electronic communication turns government agencies into late-bureaucratic organizations.

建构主义学习理论已经渗透到学校体育新课程教学的各个层面，就建构主义理论在学校体育新课程教学中所体现出的价值意义，对学校体育新课程的具体实施具有的积极作用做了阐述。     

The Concept of Inclusive Education: Teacher Training and Acquisition of English Language in the Hearing Impaired

Three languages are widely used in schools in Kenya – English, Kiswahili and Kenya Sign Language. Many pupils with hearing impairments are taught separately from the mainstream, in specialist settings. The fact that most of the formal teaching, assessment and examination processes in Kenyan schools rely upon spoken and written English compounds the separation of these pupils from the mainstream of education and, potentially, from the mainstream of society. In this article, Gertrude Wamae, graduate assistant in the Department of English and Linguistics at Kenyatta University, and Rachael Kang'ethe-Kamau, lecturer in the Department of Special Education at Kenyatta University, discuss the relationships between language, hearing impairment and inclusion in the Kenyan context. The article suggests that the use of signed exact English would enhance opportunities for inclusion for those with hearing impairments and that programmes of teacher training need to take account of persuasive research in this area. The article closes with a plea for further research, carried out collaboratively by educationalists, linguists, teacher trainers and practitioners, to develop policies and practices suited to more inclusive futures. The article is based on a paper presented to the International Conference on Inclusive Education run by Maseno University in September 2002.
