论班级管理中的“情”与“爱”

爱学生是教师必须具备的美德,也是教师的天职。能够得到教师的关爱,是每个学生最起码的心理需求,师爱对学生来说是一种鞭策和激励,对学生的成长和进步有很大的推动作用。热爱学生是教师的天职,是做好教育工作的基础。没有这个基础,师生就缺乏共同语言,感情就不能融洽,教学就难有成效,班级也很难管理好。一个好的班主任要懂得用自己的情来感召班级,用自己的爱来温暖每一个学生。     

大学生运动员自信心量表的检验

本研究通过对大学生运动员进行《运动员心理因素调查问卷》的测量，以检验该量表的结构是否合适。研究结果表明：修订后的量表的模型拟合都未违反基本适合标准，其因素负荷显著，整体模型拟合性较好，内在结构适合性也可接受。

给出了Bernoulli分布中未知参数的4种不同形式的近似置信区间,包括基于Hoeffding不等式和Bernstein不等式两种新的置信区间,并通过模拟比较了置信区间在大样本和小样本情形下的优劣.     

Sample Size Calculations for Precise Interval Estimation of the Eta-Squared Effect Size

Analysis of variance is one of the most frequently used statistical analyses in the behavioral, educational, and social sciences, and special attention has been paid to the selection and use of an appropriate effect size measure of association in analysis of variance. This article presents the sample size procedures for precise interval estimation of eta-squared and partial eta-squared in fixed-effects analysis of variance designs. The desired precision of a confidence interval is assessed with respect to (a) the control of expected width and (b) the tolerance probability of interval width within a designated value. In addition, sample size calculations for standardized contrasts of treatment effects and corresponding partial strength of association effect sizes are also considered.     

Some possible effects of behaviour management training on teacher confidence and competence: evidence from a study of primary school teachers in Hong Kong

This study aims to explore the relationships between the extent and perceived quality of teachers’ experience of training in behaviour management (BM), and their awareness of the nature and extent of behavioural problems among school students, and their confidence in their own competence to deal with such problems. Teachers (n = 183) from Hong Kong primary schools were surveyed. The results showed that gender, age and whether teachers have received training had no significant influence on teachers’ awareness, conception and confidence regarding BM. A negative correlation was found between teachers’ levels of satisfaction in relation to their training experiences and their perceptions of the level of problematic behaviours among students, and the impact of students’ problematic behaviour on their teaching. A positive correlation was found between teachers’ levels of satisfaction in relation to their training experiences and their confidence in their own competence to deal with students’ problematic behaviour.

《三国演义》全部一百二十回小说文本中,随故事情节发展,相继出现二百余首诗词作品,其题材类型多样,各类体裁形式纷呈,并大量引用前代文人咏三国时代人物之诗作入小说。这些诗词作品已经成为《三国演义》不可分割的有机组成部分,具有"以小说存诗"的版本价值和"以诗词论史"的艺术价值。     

健美操课“组合型教学”模式对女大学生自信心的影响

本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、实验法、数理统计等研究方法,在健美操课程中实施"组合型教学模式"主要是采用教师跟音乐分解示范——再完整示范——讲解——小组自练、自编——各小组进行表演的教学程序。"组合型教学模式"的教学方案在健美操教学中进行教学实践,结果表明该教学模式有助于学生克服自卑,提高自信心及学生学习的自主性和创新能力,还可以激发学生的学习主动性,还可以提高学习成绩。     

Introduction to Sample Size Choice for Confidence Intervals Based on t Statistics

Sample size can be chosen to achieve a specified width in a confidence interval. The probability of obtaining a narrow width given that the confidence interval includes the population parameter is defined as the power of the confidence interval, a concept unfamiliar to many practitioners. This article shows how to utilize the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) proc power procedure to determine an appropriate sample size and achieve sufficient power for a specified confidence interval. Two examples in sport and exercise science are used to illustrate sample size determination for confidence intervals in the dependent and independent t tests. The relevant SAS code and output are provided with detailed annotations. As the use of confidence intervals becomes a more integral part of studies in sport and exercise science, the reporting and analysis of their power should be considered much like that of hypothesis tests.     

基于线性回归法的网络信息资源评价模型的应用

本论文利用统计中的线性回归模型的方法建立了评价模型。然后,开展调查、获取数据,利用所得的数据估计模型中的参数,求出关于综合指标的线性评价模型。最后,利用所建立的模型对具体的网站进行评价,以检验模型的合理性。     

历史交汇期的体育强国梦——基于党的十九大精神发展中国特色社会主义体育强国之路

摘要：从十九大到二十大,是我国“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期。体育事业历来与国家发展同呼吸、共命运,在这一关键时期,为进一步发挥体育的基础功能,加快体育强国建设,就要重新审视从2018—2022年这一历史交汇期的中国体育。2018年和2019年是“历史交汇期”的开局之年,也是新时代新征程中开创加快体育强国建设新局面的关键之年,其需要纪念的体育事件的本质,是以国家独立、改革开放和对外交往为依托,使体育走上中国特色发展道路并迎来更广阔的舞台。2020年和2021年需要纪念的体育历史事件,则是体育人在正确道路上开拓进取,在国际舞台上纵横驰骋,最终形成中华体育精神,为全民族提供一笔重要的精神财富。2022年,我们将迎来党的二十大。在第二个百年奋斗目标的开篇时刻,体育强国的建设将进入新的阶段。要办好以人民为中心的体育,提高人民群众的获得感、幸福感和参与感,走新时代中国特色社会主义体育之路,以人为本、惠民共享,筹办好北京冬奥会、冬残奥会,为体育强国梦的实现打下坚实基础。对传统和精神的重视,有助于我们坚持以人为本,重视体育在促进人民群众健康、满足人民群众需求方面的重要作用;重视体育对树立国家形象、服务国家外交的重要作用;重视体育在增强民族文化自信、身体自信方面的重要作用。
