为了解决"何时对应急服务进行响应是合适的?"这一问题,提出了一种增强关键服务可生存性的应急算法.首先,基于中心极限定理和假设检验理论,分别计算求得各关键服务在主、备服务器上的历史平均服务响应时间的置信区间,并且提出了一种基于时间滑动窗口的置信区间动态更新的方法;然后,根据主、备服务器上服务响应时间置信区间的5种分布情况,提出的算法可以为应急服务在不同的时间响应区选择合适的应急策略,如资源重配、服务降级或者服务迁移等,以此保证关键服务请求能够在用户期望的服务截止期内完成,且整个配置过程对用户透明.最后,仿真试验表明了该算法的可行性.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Although the talent development environment and mental toughness are critical for athletes to realise their athletic potential, there is a dearth of literature on whether the talent development environment can enhance mental toughness among those athletes who are identified with athletic potential (i.e., talented athletes). Drawing on self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan, 2000), this research examined the relationships between the talent development environment, basic psychological needs satisfaction and mental toughness. Talented athletes (n = 261) completed a survey measuring key features of the talent development environment, needs satisfaction and mental toughness. The results of structural equation modelling indicated that three environmental factors (i.e., long-term development focus, holistic quality preparation and communication) were positive predictors of needs satisfaction, which then positively predicted mental toughness. The talent development environment may be considered for promoting talented athletes’ mental toughness.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The ACL-Return to Sport after Injury (ACL-RSI) and Injury-Psychological Readiness to Return to Sport (I-PRRS) scales were developed to assess psychological factors associated with return to sports. Validity and reliability have been determined. The aim of this study was to investigate the responsiveness of the Dutch ACL-RSI and I-PRRS. Seventy patients with ACL reconstruction completed both scales twice 2 months apart, plus a Global Rating of Change (GRC) questionnaire. Distribution and logistic regression-based methods were used to study responsiveness. The Standardized Response Mean (SRM) for the ACL-RSI was 0.3 and for the I-PRRS 0.1, indicating low responsiveness. The minimally important change (MIC) for ACL-RSI was 2.6 and for the I-PRRS 0.9. Since the standard error of measurement (SEM) and smallest detectable change (SDC) were larger than MIC in individual patients, it does not seem possible to distinguish minimally important changes from measurement error in individual patients with either scale. At the group level responsiveness seemed sufficient; hence, both scales can be used to investigate the effectiveness of an intervention at the group level. Both scales can also be used in cross-sectional research and in clinical practice as screening instruments to identify patients at risk of not returning to sports.  相似文献

The author asserts that editors should publicly declare their expectations and expose the rationales for editorial policies to public scrutiny. He argues that editorial policies ought to require effect size reporting, as those at 17 journals now do. He also argues (a) that score reliabilities should be reported; (b) that stepwise methods should not be used; (c) that structure coefficients should be interpreted; and (d) that if used wisely, confidence intervals differ from hypothesis tests in important ways. The use of noncentral t and F distributions to create confidence intervals about effect sizes also is appealing.  相似文献

This paper describes a new national programme aimed at placing highly-qualified students in the best schools in the country for the whole of their primary PGCE training year. Students on this scheme are members of the National SCITT (school-centred initial teacher training) in Outstanding Primary Schools programme. The National SCITT is focused on four main functions: primarily the preparation of new teachers, but in the course of this work staff development for all partners, inquiry directed towards the improvement of practice, and the continous improvement of learning for the children in SCITT schools. 根据中国集体主义文化的特征,建立了赛前情绪5因素模型,它包括特质自信,躯体特质焦虑,个体失败特质焦虑和社会期待特质焦虑4个一级因素和赛前情绪1个二级因素。对1188名运动员的4项问卷调查结果支持了这一5因素模型,发展出的“赛前情绪量表-T及其相应的简表具有较好的信度与效度。  相似文献
