高校科研成果管理的现状及对策

高校科研成果管理已初步走上了规范化、制度化和科学化的轨道,但依然还存在许多问题。本文在分析了高校科研成果管理的现状和面临的实际问题基础上,提出了坚持科研成果管理的导向作用、加强科研成果的全过程管理、革新管理理念等高校科研成果管理的应对策略。     

多种机制并举确保公安信息化的深度应用

为保障公安信息化建设的顺利运行,更好地服务公安实战,本文提出使用多种机制建立信息化保障体系的思路。文中借鉴国际标准ISO/IEC9000及ISO/IEC27000中所使用的PDCA模型,通过循环方式,以期发现并不断改进公安机关运行信息系统过程中爆发出的或潜在的问题,更好的保证信息化的深度应用。     

治理机制的使用与分销商知识转移——环境不确定性的调节作用研究

 研究了制造商采用交易机制和关系机制对分销商知识转移的影响作用,以及在不同程度的环境不确定性下,两种治理机制对知识转移影响效用的变化,并对比了两种治理机制对知识转移的有效性。应用多层次回归模型对来源于196家中国制造企业的数据进行实证研究,结果显示,交易机制和关系机制都促进了知识转移的进行,随着环境不确定程度的增加,交易机制中契约对知识转移的正向作用减弱,而关系机制对知识转移的正向作用加强,此时,采用关系机制会更有利于知识转移的进行。     

左撇子生理心理机制的误读——大脑左右半球机能偏侧化优势研究的反思

现代生理学研究发现,左脑主管语言、概念、数字、分析、逻辑、推理等功能,右脑主管音乐、美术、空间几何、想象、直觉、综合等功能。于是公众认为,左撇子更聪明。但科学研究更需要语言、概念、数字、分析、逻辑、推理能力。这是一个矛盾。左撇子协会网站举出许多左撇子政治家、科学家、艺术家、企业家、军事家、运动员,证明左撇子聪明,这又是一个矛盾,因为科学家和艺术家以及运动员需要不同的智慧能力。学者们只是不厌其烦地告诫家长和学校,不要强行纠正儿童的左撇子,因为左撇子聪明,却难以举例证明训练的实效性。当代中国人日常生活中也会表扬或预测左撇子聪明。可是现代生理学、心理学特别是认知神经科学的研究证明,左右利手的人在心理机能方面各有优势,所谓左撇子聪明的神话不过是一种对科学知识的误读,只不过因为人类的活动多使用右手,专家担心右脑不能很好开发而已。人类大脑两个半球虽然有功能一侧化优势,但两个半球相辅相成、协同活动,而且可以互相补充、互相替代     

政府引导基金下基金经理人薪酬激励机制研究

在风险企业家、创业基金经理人、投资者的三方动态博弈中,信息不对称可能导致基金经理人的道德风险问题。以委托代理理论为基础,研究政府引导基金下如何有效地设计基金经理人的薪酬激励机制;并通过委托代理模型的推导,探讨影响基金经理人激励强度的各种因素,从而为政府引导基金顺利、高效的运作提供承上启下的保障。     

Contextual determinants of IT governance mechanism formulation for senior care services in local governments

Recognizing the critical role that information technology (IT) can play for the aging population, local governments tend to take responsibilities for IT-enabled senior care service delivery. Formulating IT governance mechanisms is important for governments to perform their responsibilities and maximize public value. As service arrangers, governments’ actions are affected by complex external environments for legitimacy, which has been largely ignored in the existing studies. By incorporating the strategic and institutional perspectives of legitimacy into Savas’s service delivery structure, this study developed a triadic framework that accounts for different contextual determinants related to the external market environment and the institutional environment to investigate the formulation of IT governance mechanisms. A survey involving 329 town-level governments in Beijing, China, was done to validate our research model. The results illustrate that the demand-supply market forces have direct impacts on IT governance mechanism formulation in local governments. Institutional pressures exert a mediating effect by transiting the supply market force into governments’ actions. Our triadic framework reveals a dynamic service delivery structure, contributing to Savas’s service delivery structure and IT governance research.

网络语言中汉字认知机制的价值

汉字是中国网络语言的重要组成部分之一。文章从语言认知的角度,在基本范畴、意象图式、隐喻、转喻等几个层面,讨论了网络语言中汉字的语言问题。熟练运用认知机制将加深使用者对汉字以及对英语单词一词多义的理解,应用语言认知机制对网络环境下语言现象进行探索,为汉字宝库输入新鲜血液,是一项具有深远意义的工作。     

Using a theoretical model of communal coping to understand changes in language brokers’ coping patterns: Implications for Latina/o early adolescents’ brokering stress and efficacy

Language brokering occurs when immigrant youth linguistically and culturally mediate for family and members of U.S. mainstream culture. Under some circumstances, brokering can be stressful. Based on a theoretical model of communal coping, this study utilized two waves of survey data from 342 Latina/o sixth- to eighth-grade students to identify different types of copers: (a) communal copers, (b) tentative copers, and (c) declined-ownership copers. Communal copers reported greater brokering stress than tentative brokers in the middle of the year, but not by the end of the year. Communal copers reported greater brokering efficacy than tentative copers in the middle and end of the year. Declined-ownership copers consistently had the lowest brokering stress and moderate brokering efficacy.     

Conceptualizing Stress and Coping Strategies of Korean Social Work Students in the United States: A Concept Mapping Application

The number of Asian international students pursuing graduate degrees in social work in the U.S. has increased dramatically in recent years, especially among Koreans. Despite the growth and the need for culturally competent practices in higher education, no research has been devoted to the adjustment problems of this population. This study is the first of its kind in exploring stress and coping strategies of Korean international students in graduate social work education. Concept mapping revealed five major clusters of stressors: academic problems, financial difficulties, cultural barriers, psychological problems, and family concerns. Five major coping strategies emerged as well: psychological coping, physical coping, problem solving, social support, and entertainment. Social work schools and departments should demonstrate cultural competence with this population by providing support services to help these students cope successfully with their new environment.
