应对方式在体育锻炼与女大学生抑郁之间的中介效应分析

利用Bootstrap交叉验证的方法对女大学生应对方式在体育锻炼与抑郁之间的中介作用进行检验.结果发现,问题解决纬度在体育锻炼对抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用,其中介效应值为-0.0193,中介效应置信区间为[-0.0433 -0.0053],中介效应量占总效应量的28.4%;其他8个应对方式纬度中介效应都不显著.结论认为,积极应对方式在体育锻炼对女大学生抑郁的影响中起中介作用.     

新形势下高职生择业观现状调查及教育对策研究——以安徽国防科技职业学院机电一体化专业为例

通过对安徽国防科技职业学院机电一体化专业学生的择业观和就业意向进行持续性调查和深入分析,剖析高职学生择业观教育过程中的影响因素及存在的问题,并从教育环境、教育机制、教育评价机制等方面提出解决对策,以期引导大学生树立正确的择业观。     

Heritage sporting events: theoretical development and configurations

ABSTRACT

Although sports heritage is increasingly recognized as a potential catalyst of tourism, heritage sporting events (HSEs) are still an emerging concept in the academic literature. Notions that associate sports events and heritage remain rare, and are usually analysed through the scope of nostalgia sport tourism. This can be partly explained by an inclination to associate the notion of heritage with conventional ideas about folklore and traditional culture. Through a constructivist approach of heritage, this contribution argues that contemporary sports events, which would generally have competition as their primary focus, might also be perceived as HSEs. A comprehensive framework, built on a multi-disciplinary literature review, is presented to show the process that transforms an initial resource (a sports event) into an accomplished resource (a HSE), which might represent a competitive advantage for the territory. A qualitative–comparative analysis is conducted among 24 sports events in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, to observe the configurations of HSEs and understand which characteristics are necessary for the perceptions of a sports event as a heritage good. Interestingly, this contribution shows that if the event needs to be sustainable in the territory to be perceived as a HSE, it is not sufficient. Indeed, a differentiation strategy should be set up to distinguish the event from other more or less similar events, to be perceived as an authentic feature of the territory by the local population.     

我国企业体育文化质量预警研究

摘要：以我国企业体育文化质量预警为研究对象,运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国企业体育文化质量预警的基础、质量建设情况和质量建设过程中存在的关键问题以及我国企业体育文化质量预警机制建设的策略等4个方面所涉及的我国企业体育文化发展与其企业体育文化核心竞争力等问题运用数学模型的形式进行定量、定性分析,得出主要结论：1）我国企业体育文化建设过程中的力量、体育文化效用、体育文化核心竞争力等都表现为较弱,各个企业的发展很不平衡,与其经济基础有着密切关系。2）我国企业体育文化在企业的影响力不足,而企业领导和企业体育管理者及其有关专家对目前的企业体育文化状况基本认同,基层体育工作者和参与者意见不尽统一,存在着较大的问题与危机,必须引起高度重视。3）我国企业体育文化的教育与培训情况不佳,导致对其文化的理解不够深入,身在中国企业体育文化环境之中,却无法准确表达其企业体育文化的内涵等问题,是除了领导不重视以外,教育培训工作薄弱是关键,影响了企业体育文化的传播与发展,也影响着我国企业文化建设及其企业经济效益与社会效益。4）我国企业体育文化质量预警策略是更新理念策略、加大投入策略和培训策略,从而保护和发展我国企业体育文化。这项研究对提示、提醒、发掘、完善我国企业体育文化建设具有引导、警示、促进作用,对进一步发挥企业体育文化建设对增加企业经济效益和社会效益起到积极的推动作用。     

Associations among Attachment Style,Maintenance Strategies,and Relational Quality across Cultures

Previous research has suggested that attachment style is an indicator of relationship behavior and perception universally across cultures; however, research comparing the effect of attachment style on relational maintenance in culturally distinct societies is still non-existent. The present study investigated the effect of the secure or insecure attachment style on commonly used relational maintenance strategies and desired relational features in three geographically distant cultures: the US mainland, Hawaii, and South Korea. Results indicated that as predicted, regardless of culture, secure attachment style was associated with higher ratings of relationship quality (trust, commitment, liking, control mutuality, and satisfaction) and the self- and partner-perceived uses of Stafford and Canary's (1991 Stafford, L and Canary, DJ. 1991. Maintenance strategies and romantic relationship type, gender and relational characteristics. Journal of Social and Personal Relationships, 8: 217–242. Culture did not change the effect of attachment style on the dependent factors; however, culture, as an independent factor, contributed to the variance in the self-/partner-perceived maintenance strategies and relationship quality.     

射箭运动员应对策略的研究

为了探讨运动员在应激情况下的应对策略。本文采用相关的心理量表对 3 9名射箭运动员进行了研究。结果显示 :射箭运动员与体院学生比较更倾向于采用“解决问题”、“求助”应对方式 ,而较少采用“自责”、“回避”应对方式 ;男女运动员在急难情况下采取的应对策略有所不同 ;运动员的个性特征与应对方式的相关性比较明显 ,外向性格者或情绪较稳定者倾向于采用积极的应对方式 ;内向性格者或情绪不稳定者则倾向于采用消极的应对方式 ;不同的应对方式对运动竞赛状态焦虑也有不同的影响。

第三届世界杯女子足球决赛阶段射门前战术的分析

为研究射门与战术手段提供定量化的参考。对第三届世界杯女子足球决赛阶段 8场比赛进行统计分析 ,寻找女子足球运动员射门前战术运用的基本规律和特征 ,对射门与射门前战术手段运用之间的内在规律进行了探讨。结果表明 :当今世界女足制造射门机会主要手段依次为中路传切战术、斜长、传切战术。任意球、远射、角球、边路传切。D E区是制造射门和破门的最佳区域     

我国职业足球运动员的压力来源与应对策略研究

采用半结构式访谈法深入探讨我国职业足球运动员的压力来源和应对策略。结果发现,我国职业足球运动员的压力来源主要有比赛的压力、人际关系的压力、生涯发展的压力、身心状况的压力、他人和自我期望的压力;采用的应对策略主要为心理积极准备、比赛压力管理、消极应付、宣泄、寻求社会支持与忍受,其中积极性应对策略占61.07%,消极性应对策略占38.93%。依据研究结果分析其原因和特点,并提出相应的建议。     

巴渝武术文化的现状及传承对策研究

巴渝武术文化是独具地域特色的区域武术文化,在全国具有一定的代表性。文章针对巴渝武术文化发展中存在的问题,提出了巴渝武术文化传承思路以及建议。
