老年性阴道炎的治疗

对１９９３～１９９７年间门诊有随访记录的７８例老年性阴道炎患者采用乙Ｄｉ酚、灭滴灵、强的松、扑尔敏、氯霉素和鱼肝油液配成的混合剂,施行阴道涂布法,每天２次,连用１０天为１疗程。７８例患者用药１疗程治愈７５例,治愈率９６．２％;随访发现复发率７％,无副作用。采用多药配伍局部治疗,可改善局部血液循歪及杀菌而达到治愈的目的,这是一种经济、方便、有效的治疗方法。

商务英语教学中促进跨文化交际能力和全球意识的培养

商务英语是在当今全球经济一体化和跨国际交流的环境之下应运而生的现代英语教学的一个分支学科,为适应时代对商务英语专业人才的需求,目前国内诸多高校已经开设了商务英语这门课程,培养了众多的商务英语的专业人才,但国内目前在培养商务英语人才的过程中往往将重点集中在商务英语人才的语言能力的培养和训练上,而忽视了在这一过程中培养学生的跨文化交际能力和商务意识和全球意识。因此本文在分析我国当前商务英语的现状的基础上指出了未来我国商务英语教学和培养的大方向,以期能为今后我国商务英语的教学和人才培养提供一点有益借鉴。     

比较分析《歌剧魅影》三个经典版的演唱

随着艺术形式的多元化,单纯的音乐已不足以表达人们的寄托,于是,音乐剧的诞生开拓了音乐戏剧发展的新领域。安德鲁·劳埃德·韦伯(Andrew Lloyd Webber)创作的音乐剧《歌剧魅影》深受广大观众喜爱,其中1986年的首演、2004年改编的电影版和2011年"25周年纪念音乐会"是其中的三个经典版本,不同演员的演唱体现了歌唱不同时期的发展特点。音乐剧之所以征服了世界,归根结底是由于它的"借鉴"、"创新"。而这一点,恰恰也是我们从事音乐艺术工作者需要认真思考的。美声和音乐剧的发展相辅相成,需要的演唱者不断地丰富音乐知识和演唱技能,更好地诠释音乐作品的情感,用心一边感受一边演唱,所谓"音由心生",才能使这些旋律不是按一定节奏堆积起来的音符,而是一个个鲜活的被创作者赋予了艺术生命的灵魂。     

Cross‐Cultural Management Learning Through Innovative Pedagogy: An Exploratory Study of Globally Distributed Student Teams

This article presents an innovative pedagogy based on student participation in globally distributed project teams. The study questions the link between student learning of intercultural competence and the global teaming experience. Data was collected from 115 students participating in 22 virtual intercultural teams. Results revealed that students learned from the teaming experience, especially those with more prior international experience. The study contributes to the body of knowledge on innovative and collaborative pedagogy on global student teams, provides an analysis of the impact of the teaming experience on student learning, and provides insights on international and collaborative course design.     

The influence of dovetailed cross beams on the dimensional stability of a panel painting from the Middle Ages

This paper describes experiments carried out to determine the influence of dovetailed cross beams on the dimensional stability of a panel painting from the Middle Ages. Besides a serious cup (transverse distortion), the panel featured an unusual longitudinal distortion, a bow, mostly originating from bending in the proximity of the middle cross beam. Because of its localized occurrence, bending appeared to be caused by the crossbeam somehow pushing on the walls of its channel. Thanks to the cooperation offered by the curator and the restorer, some non-damaging tests were performed to measure the distortions of the panel, with and without the cross beams, after conditioning it in different climates. Processing and analysis of the measurement results demonstrated that the bow of the panel increases as the wood moisture content decreases. This led to the conclusion that the bow is actually produced by forces exerted by the cross beam along the panel's length, according to a mechanism named thrust transformation. By this mechanism the cross beam partly transforms the panel's tendency towards cupping, into a bow distortion.
