陌生人社会的邻里交往

邻里互动是社区共同体存在的基础,转型期的中国城市社会是否可以培育出“社区共同体”？针对这一问题,本文以石家庄某个典型的新建商品房小区为研究田野,通过深入访谈、参与观察以及问卷法等揭示出转型期背景下城市邻里交往的真实状态,分析了社区场域下行动者的行为逻辑,发现邻里交往行为是嵌入于整个社会的文化背景中的,邻里互动使得“社区共同体”的构建成为可能。     

社会转型时期温州商会的作用和组织结构

社会转型时期对温州商会提出了新的要求,即温州商会应有更明确的民间性、自治性、规范性和非营利性。通过追溯和借鉴温州商会发展历史,分析社会转型时期温州商会存在的局限性和不足,并就完善温州商会法律制度,提出了明确商会的法律地位、完善商会的法律职能的建议。     

Walking backwards into the future: Indigenous wisdom within design education

This research parallels Tongan academic Hūfanga ‘Okusitino Māhina’s assertions in the 1994 Contemporary Pacific article Our Sea of Islands, that ‘People are thought to walk forward into the past and walk backward into the future, both taking place in the present, where the past and the future are constantly mediated in the ever-transforming present’ alongside those of Professor Terry Irwin and fellow Transition Designers in which they discuss the use of Indigenous Wisdom to enable designing for the Long Now as defined by Brand in his 1999 book The Clock for the Long Now: Time and Responsibility. In the 2015 Transition Design Monograph Irwin asserts that, ‘Transition Design draws on knowledge and wisdom from the past to conceive solutions in the present with future generations in mind’. This paper draws on the pre-industrial wisdom of indigenous knowledge, specifically that of the Pacific regions, Moana, who have lived and designed sustainably in-place for generations to illustrate the value it holds for the formulation of sustainable and sustaining futures.     

Teaching science skills and knowledge to students with developmental disabilities: A systematic review

A comprehensive review of the literature was conducted to identify current practice on teaching science to students with intellectual disability (ID) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in relation to two review questions—students' science outcomes and students' and teachers' experiences of the interventions. Six databases related to education, psychology, and science were systematically searched. A detailed protocol can be viewed on PROSPERO (registration number: CRD42017057323). Thirty studies were identified that reported on science interventions and 20 on student/teacher experiences of the interventions. The majority of the studies targeted science vocabulary and concepts. Other targets included inquiry skills and comprehension skills. The majority of the interventions used components of systematic instruction (n = 23). Five studies focused on self-directed learning and two on comprehension-based instruction. Students and teachers reported positive experiences of the interventions. The findings suggest that components of systematic instruction in particular might be effective in teaching science content to students with ID and/or ASD. Further research is needed to explore the effectiveness of identified interventions on teaching more complex science skills and with students with severe disabilities. Some limitations related to the search strategy are highlighted.

论灾后教育重建的阶段性评价——一种教育发展的理论分析

汶川地震至今,灾后社会重建工程如火如荼进行。教育重建是灾后社会生活重建的重要部分,不仅要恢复到灾前水平,更要达到一种可持续发展的状态和目标。对灾后教育重建的阶段性评价应当着眼于两方面:一是教育重建目标定位的发展性程度,包括教育重建的数量、规模以及教育重建的质量;二是教育生活重建与社会生活重建的相关性程度,即教育生活重建对社会生活重建的示范和引领程度。     

从EGP向ESP转型中英语教师知识体系的调整与构建

ESP越来越成为高校英语教育的主体,而ESP教师培养问题也日渐紧迫。早期的教师转型的探讨带给教师更多的是压力与困惑。事实上,ESP仍然是语言类课程,外语教学知识仍然是ESP教师知识结构的主体,这既符合课程需求分析,与目前教师的总体知识体系也并不矛盾,因此ESP教师只需扩大知识面而非一味追求过于专业化的跨专业深造,这一定位也有助于教师更积极、有效地进行知识调整与构建。     

高校实施发展性教师绩效评价研究

绩效评价是教师评价的重要内容。近年来高校教师绩效评价问题受到广泛重视,绩效评价指标设计方法可谓五花八门,设计出的指标之多令人眼花缭乱,然而,始终不能摆脱奖惩性高校教师绩效评价的束缚。本文以x大学为例,总结了当前教师绩效评价的诸多弊端,结合发展性评价理念,高校应建立校、院两级教学和学术委员会,实现“教授治校”、完善区分性评价指标、将评价纳入绩效管理的全过程,这样才能保障发展性高校教师绩效评价的实施效果。     

我国本科生导师制的实施困境及发展策略

本科生导师制在我国高校的建立体现了高等教育大众化背景下的制度创新,但在实施过程中还面临着师生比例失调、有效的导师资源稀缺、缺乏监督和激励机制等诸多困境。因此,需要建立完善的规章制度、实现师资力量的高素质化和构建和谐的师生关系,以便为本科生导师制的发展提供有力保障。     

转型时期地方高师院校专业建设的问题与思考

专业建设是地方高师院校在转型过程中亟待解决的问题。地方高师院校必须找准定位,既要确保教师教育特色,又要立足于地方经济社会发展需要,适度发展非师专业,才能顺应当前趋势,在转型中得到更好的发展。
