根据随机过程原理与生命科学模型。简单的就业问题可以看作是具有两个瞬态的Markov过程．通过对就业转移概率、失业转移概率以及期望逗留期与就业强度和失业强度关系的研究，结果表明：就业转移概率和期望逗留期与就业强度具有相同的增减性。失业转移概率与失业强度的增减性则正好相反．

Mechanism of Breakdown in Laminar-Turbulent Transition of Incompressible Boundary Layer on a Flat Plate

Temporal mode direct numerical simulation was done for the process of laminar-turbulent transition in an incompressible boundary layer on a flat plate. The analysis of the results showed that during the breakdown process of laminar-turbulent transition, the modification of the mean flow profile by the disturbances led to a remarkable change in its stability characteristics, manifested in the significant enlargement of the linear unstable zone and the maximum amplification rate, and led to that many more disturbances were excited and enhanced rapidly, correspondingly the turbulent energy also increased rapidly, and the mean flow profiles evolved swiftly from laminar to turbulent. It was also found that if the oblique waves in the initial disturbances did not form symmetrical pairs, the subsequent span-wise mean velocities would, in general, be nonzero due to nonlinear interaction, which would have a great effect on the stability characteristics and also implied that the turbulence obtained by direct numerical simulation might not be fully a random process.

在转型期的中国,由于社会经济、政治、文化都发生了巨大变化,人们的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式等也随之发生深刻变化,传统的廉政教育面临着种种挑战.为了促使人们适应这种社会变化和产生符合社会转型期所需要的廉洁行为.保证我国廉政建设的顺利进行和社会的和谐发展,必须在其他廉政制度的协同下,充分发挥廉政教育的作用,积极探索廉政教育的新思路、新方法.     

A Quality Math Curriculum in Support of Effective Teaching For Elementary Schools

This paper presents a curriculum, textbook and test result analysis for the new (to California) elementary school “Key Standard” mathematics curriculum, transplanted in 1998 from it's foreign roots in Asia and Europe, locations with far different cultural and economic backgrounds. Based on topic analysis methods developed by Michigan State University, this curriculum is a “quality” curriculum, since it is closely aligned with the curriculum of the six leading TIMSS math countries. Five-year test results are presented for two cohorts totaling over 13,000 students, all from four “early adoption” urban districts where 68% of the students were economically disadvantaged. Included are two cohorts of English learning immigrants totaling over 4,400 students. Performance was found to be statistically superior to similar (control) districts which continued with the old 1991 curriculum and textbooks (0.003 < p < 0.015). The focus of this paper is on the transition from far-below to above average learning performance of these students over the 1998–2002 period.

媒体语言多重话语形式并存的文化思考

在科技高速发展的今天,媒体和媒体语言一方面对我们日常生活的影响越来越大,另一方面,社会生活和文化的改变也反映到媒体语言中。媒体的发展带动了媒体语言的丰富,进入新媒体时代,媒体语言不再只是单纯地运用语言,而是出现了以字母词、缩略语、方言、新词新语、模仿港台腔等多重话语形式并存的现象。本文从社会语言学及文化语言学角度对媒体语言中多重话语形式进行文化思考。     

Severe developmental language disorder — Reading and spelling

Linguistic awareness i.e. the ability to identify phonemes, to segment words into syllables and to rhyme is highly correlated with reading/spelling proficiency. Children with severe developmental language disorders DLD (syntagmatic type) have been shown to specifically lack linguistic awareness. Two non-identical twin boys with severe, specific DLD were studied longitudinally with respect to their linguistic, neurolinguistic and pragmatic development. In spite of poor linguistic awareness, the boys acquired normal reading/spelling skills. This might be due to the early and massive language training they were given. However, the boys differ considerably in some aspects of reading and spelling performance. These findings are discussed with reference to their different neurolinguistic and pragmatic profiles.
