科研论文颠覆性指数的改进及其影响因素研究

[目的/意义] 解决颠覆性指数在数学性质上存在的不一致性问题，并探讨颠覆性指数在应用中的影响因素。[方法/过程] 首先指出颠覆性指数D的不一致性表现，然后对其改进得到相对性颠覆性指数Rela_D_Z和绝对性颠覆性指数D_Z；最后从引文时间窗、学科差异和文献类型3个角度，分析影响颠覆性指数差异的因素。[结果/结论] Rela_D_Z算法解决了D关于N_R非单调的问题，D_Z算法解决了D关于N_F、N_B不严格单调的问题，从而避免了不一致性；将颠覆性指数的相对性与绝对性两个算法结合，在应用中将更加合理。此外，颠覆性指数Rela_D_Z和D_Z受引文时间窗、学科和文献类型的影响，因此，在应用时应进行必要的处理。     

基于快速恢复的供应链突发事件演化过程分析

以快速恢复为目的,结合供应链突发事件的特点对供应链突发事件发生演化进行分析,将供应链突发事件划分为三个阶段,即预防阶段、控制阶段和应对阶段。最后,对供应链突发事件的整个演化过程进行了总结。     

Sustainability and distance learning: a diverse European experience?

Higher Education (HE) is experiencing disruption from technologies, demographics, the globalising world and longer life expectancy. Historically Higher Education has had a legacy of being seen as the requirement for an educated ‘elite’, there has been a policy ambition set in various countries (including the UK) for it to become the expectation for much wider segments of the population as a whole. As students become ‘everyone’ and learning becomes ‘all the time’ Distance Teaching and Research Institutions have a tremendous opportunity but there are also many disruptions and barriers to overcome. Higher Education institutions have an important role within Education for Sustainable Development and sustainable lifestyles; one of the important goals and targets of the United Nations Sustainable Development goals for 2030. Higher Education can contribute to sustainability in many ways – social, technical and environmental; globally and locally. In particular distance-learning universities due to the flexibility in the learning process, use of technologies, and inter-disciplinary approach to teaching and learning, constitute key factors in education for sustainable development. But what will this contribution look like? In this paper, the responses from senior leaders in four major European distance-learning universities are presented, compared and discussed. The tentative conclusions draw out some strategic imperatives for sustainable higher education in the twenty first century.     

非对称信息下零售商成本扰动时供应链协调机制

建立市场需求为线性需求,包含一个供应商和一个零售商的供应链模型,当零售商成本信息为非对称信息时,研究2种情形的非对称信息供应链协调机制:正常情形下非对称信息供应链协调机制和零售商成本发生扰动情形下非对称信息供应链协调机制.研究表明,当零售商成本扰动小于一个阈值时,供应链系统利用原生产计划可以保证系统稳定运行,说明原有的协调机制具有一定的鲁棒性;当零售商成本扰动大于一个阈值时,要对原来的计划进行调整.最后,通过数值分析研究了零售商成本扰动对订单数量、零售价格、批发价格以及供应链成员和系统期望利润的影响.     

The DisHuman child

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we consider the relationship between the human and disability; with specific focus on the lives of disabled children and young people. We begin with an analysis of the close relationship between ‘the disabled’ and ‘the freak’. We demonstrate that the historical markings of disability as object of curiosity and register of fear serve to render disabled children as non-human and monstrous. We then consider how the human has been constituted, particularly in the periods of modernity and the rise of capitalism, reliant upon the naming of disability as antithetical to all that counts as human. In order to find a place for disabled children in a social and cultural context that has historically denied their humanity and cast them as monstrous others, we develop the theoretical notion of the DisHuman: a bifurcated complex that allows us recognise their humanity whilst also celebrating the ways in which disabled children reframe what it means to be human. We suggest that the lives of disabled children and young people demand us to think in ways that affirm the inherent humanness in their lives but also allow us to consider their disruptive potential: this is our DisHuman child. We draw on our research projects to explore three sites where the DisHuman child emerges in moments where sameness and difference, monstrosity/disability and humanity are invoked simultaneously. We explore three locations – (i) DisDevelopment; (ii) DisFamily and (iii) DisSexuality – illuminating the ways in which the DisHuman child seeks nuanced, politicized and complicating forms of humanity.     

The new Norm

This article examines how one Central Florida newspaper used emerging media technologies to communicate and engage better with a newly active audience during its coverage of two high-profile court trials. Through a series of in-depth interviews with participating journalists, the author demonstrates how the Orlando Sentinel disrupted traditional newsgathering and dissemination methods during reporting of the Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman trials, and in doing so, challenged long-standing gatekeeping media theories and exemplified emerging participatory journalism models. Findings show that audience demands for live and continuous information throughout the development of the Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman stories and resulting court proceedings were a driving force in changing outdated journalism paradigms that led to the adaptation of a new norm by the Orlando Sentinel newsroom and journalists.

针对制造商生产过程中随机扰动问题,构建了一个供应扰动背景下的二层供应链模型。以短生命周期产品为例,分析了供应扰动对于制造商、零售商以及整个供应链的利润影响。通过构建现货市场协调供应扰动模型,揭示了扰动发生时间点以及现货批发价格对于零售商的现货市场策略选择行为的影响,从而识别出在不同情景下现货市场补货策略绩效的差异性。通过研究表明,现货市场协调只能减少供应扰动带来的损失而不能消除扰动带来的负面影响。

Experiencing action evaluation’s cyclic process: partnering conflict,reflection, and action

In this article, the authors describe experiences in and offer suggestions from a course entitled ‘Educational Innovation for Excellence Through Action Research, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Learning’ – an action evaluation (AE). The class was taught using the principles of action research and AE. The authors explore the impact that the course had on the their personal perceptions and classmates’ perceptions of AE, grapple with the criteria for what constituted a shared definition of ‘success’ in the course, and offer a critical lens for viewing educational evaluation as a means to continued self-reflection or reflexivity. The theoretical framework utilized is symbolic interactionism and critical pedagogy. The process of AE, including resonance, positive disruptions, reflexivity, and conflict resolution, is discussed within the authors’ narratives. Action evaluation is revealed as the complex process of joining sometimes apparently disjointed participants as unlikely partners to create change. This study helps to fill a gap of enriching action research with narratives, by exploring AE through reflection, and by creating discussion regarding critical pedagogy and social change. Implications for a wide audience include suggested conflict resolution strategies and examples of evaluation uses for instructors in numerous classes. Recommendations for AE implementation and strategies to promote social change – including core values of democratic participation, community empowerment, and social justice – are also presented.
