农村生产经营体制创新的主要障碍与核心问题-基于四川省典型地区调研资料的思考

我国改革开放初期基于家庭联产承包制建立的“统分结合”双层农村经营体制,“分”之后“小生产”传统农业生产方式得以延续,农村产权制度也没有发生根本性变革,导致现代农业生产要素植入困难,无法顺利实现传统农业的现代化改造.四川农村经营体制创新的实践表明,目前,我国农业生产经营主体日益多样化,农户的农业专业化与兼业化生产经营并存;虽然自下而上的制度变迁方式使农村经营体制创新表现出多样化,但农村产权制度仍然是制度创新的主要障碍.因此,我国农村经营体制创新应坚持“分”,创新“统”;改革的核心问题在于“统”的层面,关键是要全面推进农村产权制度改革.

克服“技术-市场”双重未知风险的新路径:共性技术设计——一个文献综述

首先揭示了企业在处理不断增长的创新动荡和不确定性过程中,会面临“技术—市场”双重未知的情形,传统的风险管理方法会存在局限性,指出共性技术设计是一种新的可能,使企业由决策模式转向设计范式来减少双重未知的风险。然后将创新管理、风险和技术管理、平台和模块化管理、组织能力、设计理论等综合起来进行讨论,构建了双重未知管理的理论框架。最后提出了共性技术设计的新行动逻辑,展望了未来研究中的四个关键问题。能深化与推动风险管理和共性技术设计的交叉研究,拓展了战略管理等理论边界,为后期持续研究奠定理论基础。     

Mathematical modeling and characteristics analysis for the nutation gear drive based on error parameters

We focused on the mathematical modeling and characteristics analysis for the nutation drive based on error parameters. The crown gear tooth profile equation was introduced according to the national standard double circular arc tooth profile and based on the equal tooth strength principle. The nutation drive meshing coordinate system was set up by introducing the cone vertex error, tilt error, nutation angle error and spiral angle error. The tooth profile equations of the double circular arc external and internal spiral bevel gears were further obtained based on the crown gear tooth profile equation concerning above mentioned error parameters. The influences of the nutation gear reducer tooth contact conditions were analyzed with the gear tilt error and axial misalignment error. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by the contact spot test.     

串行同步双缓冲扫描提高平板显示器的显示亮度和传送利用率

This paper presents a serial synchronous scanning mode in flat panel display (FPD) by adding a latch buffer between the serializer and the driving buffer. Comparing with conventional techniques, the proposed structure can efficiently reduce the brightness loss and improve the transmission performance. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the ratio between the lightest weight display time and the relative transmission time is a tradeoff between brightness loss and transmission efficiency.

汉语双音词羡余现象分析

羡余是语言的本质特征,汉语在词汇、句法、篇章等各个层面大量存在羡余现象。通过对汉语词汇中的最基本元素——双音词的羡余现象进行考察分析,可以将羡余成分的界限作出大致的划分,排除几种貌似羡余的情形。双音词两个词素的羡余性可以分为单向羡余与双向羡余。羡余现象产生的原因是语言各机制综合作用的产物。
