浅析高职公共英语教师的职业发展

近年来,为了适应新形势的需要,各大高职院校都在进行教学改革。公共英语的教学改革也是大势所趋。公共英语教师面临着巨大的压力和挑战,必须迅速更新教育理念,充分发挥自己的主动性和积极性,主动思考和创新,不断充实完善自我来实现自身的职业发展。     

Wearable skin-like optoelectronic systems with suppression of motion artifacts for cuff-less continuous blood pressure monitor

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, an estimated 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, representing 31% of all global deaths. Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure (CNAP) is essential for the management of cardiovascular diseases. However, it is difficult to achieve long-term CNAP monitoring with the daily use of current devices due to irritation of the skin as well as the lack of motion artifacts suppression. Here, we report a high-performance skin-like optoelectronic system integrated with ultra-thin flexible circuits to monitor CNAP. We introduce a theoretical model via the virtual work principle for predicting the precise blood pressure and suppressing motion artifacts, and propose optical difference in the frequency domain for stable optical measurements in terms of skin-like devices. We compare the results with the blood pressure acquired by invasive (intra-arterial) blood pressure monitoring for >1500 min in total on 44 subjects in an intensive care unit. The maximum absolute errors of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were ±7/±10 mm Hg, respectively, in immobilized, and ±10/±14 mm Hg, respectively, in walking scenarios. These strategies provide advanced blood pressure monitoring techniques, which would directly address an unmet clinical need or daily use for a highly vulnerable population.     

Identifying needs and enhancing learning about climate change adaptation for water professionals at the post-graduate level

Using a participatory learning approach, we report on the delivery and evaluation of a climate change and risk assessment tool to help manage water risks within the agricultural sector. Post-graduate water-professional students from a range of countries, from both developed and emerging economies were involved in using this tool. Our approach included participative learning tools – group discussion, software, and risk matrices. The materials developed met the needs of the students, allowing these students to incorporate their learning and adapt the package of materials for use in their home countries. Analysis of evaluations show that the tools and materials are particularly useful and emphasizes the need for sound learning materials and tools, funding to deliver training, and policy support to accelerate education and adoption of authentic climate change adaptation practices. The expected benefits for water professionals about climate change will be translated into improved socioeconomic and environmental outcomes if adopted.     

基于工作过程导向的高职课程改革——以高职环境类专业《水污染控制技术》课程为例

以工作过程为导向进行高职课程改革,关键在于根据工作实境创设学习情境,并依据学习情境整合课程内容,改善教学方法,实现理实一体化.在高职环境类专业《水污染控制技术》课程改革中,针对特定的学习目标,在对工作岗位和行动能力分析的基础上形成课程体系,并按照岗位工作过程合理设置和序化教学内容,同时综合运用多种教学手段和方法,有效提升学生的专业技能和综合素质.     

ZnO半导体光催化处理含酚废水的研究

利用中压汞灯作光源，ＺｎＯ为催化剂，研究了辐射波长、ＺｎＯ－酚悬浮液组成和搅拌方式等因素对酚分解率的影响．ＺｎＯ半导体光催化分解酚的适宜条件为：辐射波长３６０～４２０ｎｍ，ＺｎＯ－酚悬浮液的含酚量＜２００ｍｇ／ｌ，ＺｎＯ浓度３～８ｇ／ｌ，ｐＨ＝５～７，反应温度２５℃～４０℃，空气搅拌．酚的分解机理可能涉及酚与光生空穴反应和酚与辐照过程中产生的·ＯＨ自由基反应两条途径     

玉米淀粉接枝高吸水性树脂的合成研究

对影响淀粉—丙烯酸接枝共聚反应的引发剂用量、淀粉／单体比例、聚合温度和聚合时间等因素进行了实验考察，确定了合成玉米淀粉接枝高吸水性树脂的最佳工艺条件。合成了吸水率为400g．g^-1～600g．g^-1的高吸水性树脂．为其工业化生产提供了技术参数。     

高校青年教师心理压力成因与对策

高校青年教师所处的特殊位置、环境和所担当的特殊角色、使命,使其在社会变革和转型过程中承受着多方面的心理压力,需要社会、学校、家庭和教师本人共同努力,采取切实措施进行有效疏导、调适和应对。     

磁控软起动器在水电厂泵控制中的应用

针对水电厂泵起动过程中采用传统的降压起动方法仍产生较大的起动电流,结合水电厂泵起动控制的特点和磁控高压电动机软起动的工作原理及结构特点,介绍了磁控软起动装置的设计,通过在水电厂泵控制中的应用证明磁控软起动器能改变电动机的起动特性,保护所拖动的机械设备,更能降低起动电流,减小电动机起动对电源系统的冲击,是理想的电动机降压起动选择.     

二溴羧基偶氮胂催化光度法测定水中痕量锰

研究了在NH_3．H_2O-NH_4Cl 介质中锰催化 H_2O_2氧化二溴羧基偶氮胂褪色的最佳条件。λ_(max)=565nm，表观摩尔吸光系数为2．6×10~4 L·moL~(-1)·cm~(-1)，线性范围为0～2．1 μg/25 mL。用于水样中痕量锰的测定，结果满意。     

20世纪30年代湖北的水利建设初探

20世纪30年代湖北发生的两次特大水灾引起了国民政府的反思。灾后，政府通过修复堤防，完善水利机构，颁布水利法规等一系列措施来加强湖北水利建设，取得一定的成绩。其经验是政府始终把水利建设看作一项复杂的系统工程，对其考虑较为全面；动员地方民众，把社会力量纳入政府统一规划，体现出现代政府的先进性，而政府自身施政条件的不足则削弱了其水利建设的成效。
