融道德教育于高校书法鉴赏通识课中的教学探讨

把古老的道德融进书法艺术鉴赏中,寓教于乐,润物无声,既培养了大学生的道德情操,又提升了大学生的艺术人文素质,也为社会培养了德智体美综合素质全面发展的高精尖人才。     

小学全科教师综合素质培养模式研究

小学全科教师本科专业的培养模式,在我国还处在一个探索阶段,目前普遍的观点是着重在学科上体现"全覆盖",那么在综合素质上要体现"全",就需要建立一套行之有效综合素质培养模式,本文就是从理论体系和实践操作两个方面出发,研究小学全科教师综合素质培养模式。     

General University Requirements at Hong Kong Polytechnic University: evaluation findings based on student focus groups

Under the new four-year undergraduate programme, a general education framework titled ‘General University Requirements’ (GUR) has been developed and implemented since 2012/2013 at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). To evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the GUR in its first year, focus group interviews with students were carried out. In 13 focus groups, 62 first-year students from eight faculties/schools who took GUR subjects in 2012/2013 academic year were interviewed by trained researchers. Results showed that students generally had good perceptions of the GUR in terms of the subject content, teaching methods and the overall effectiveness of the subjects. The interactive teaching and learning initiatives adopted in GUR subjects were particularly appreciated, although students expressed minor concerns on the administration of GUR subjects. The results suggest that the first-year implementation of the GUR at PolyU was generally smooth and successful from the perspectives of the students.     

Inclusion Practices in Elementary Physical Education: A Social-cognitive Perspective

This study explored inclusion practices in general physical education (GPE) from the experiences and perspectives of elementary physical education teachers. The stories of four teachers (two females, two males) between 27 and 57 years of age were gathered using the phenomenological methods of semi-structured interviews, photographs, school documents, and field notes. Bandura’s social-cognitive theory provided a conceptual framework to interpret the findings of this inquiry. Three themes emerged from the thematic analysis: engaging in learning; adapting strategies to meet students’ needs; and moving beyond the educational goals. The findings suggest that inclusion practices (teacher’s behaviours) in GPE were constructed by the dynamic interactions between teachers’ knowledge of disability and motivation to learn about their students (personal factors) and children’s needs and learning goals (environment).     

Programme recruitment and evaluation: the effect of an employability enhancement programme on the general self-efficacy levels of unemployed graduates

This paper reports research that engaged in the evaluation of an intervention programme designed to enhance the employability of a group of unemployed graduates. The evaluation adopted a quasi-experimental intervention research method employing a general self-efficacy scale, which had been validated in prior research. Results revealed that participants displayed higher levels of GSE after engagement in the programme. Results also revealed the effect of ‘behavioural plasticity’ on the intervention experiences of unemployed graduate participants. The findings of this study are discussed in relation to programme design, recruitment and evaluation.     

综合英语人文化课堂教学模式探讨--以综合英语第五册第一课《七月四日》为例

综合英语作为英语专业的核心课程,既要训练学生的综合语言技能,又要培养学生的人文素养。该文探讨提出人文化课堂教学新模式：课堂教学进行人文内容拓展结合课外人文教学的研究型任务拓展,进而深化英语专业改革。     

FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和专项素质作用的Meta分析

目的:系统评价FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和专项素质的作用,旨在厘清FIFA 11+练习的作用价值及方式。方法:检索国内、外数据库中关于FIFA 11+练习对膝关节生物力学特征及专项素质特征的实验研究,根据Cochrane系统评价手册进行文献质量评价,运用Stata15.1版本的结局指标进行Meta分析、敏感性分析、亚组分析和发表偏倚检验。结果:共纳入20篇中、外文献,712名被试者。Meta分析结果显示:FIFA 11+练习可显著提高足球运动员膝关节股四头肌等速肌力[SMD=0.48(0.26,0.71)]、腘绳肌等速肌力[SMD=0.61(0.33,0.90)]、膝关节稳定性[SMD=0.32(0.17,0.47)]动态平衡能力[SMD=0.48(0.33,0.63)]、敏捷性[-0.40(-0.75,-0.06)]和弹跳能力[SMD=0.33(0.19,0.48)],对短距冲刺能力无显著提高作用[SMD=-0.67(-1.43,0.09)]。结论:1)FIFA 11+练习可显著提高足球运动员膝关节肌力、动态平衡能力、弹跳能力和敏捷性;不同角速度、年龄分别是膝关节等速肌力、敏捷性异质性的来源;2)FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员短距冲刺能力无显著改善效果。     

《普通动物学》教学改革探索

普通动物学是生物科学专业的基础课程之一。通过分析当前动物学课程教学现状及存在的问题,从理论教学、实验教学、野外实习和标本制作四个方面对动物学的教学改革进行了探讨,提出了改革措施,旨在进一步提升本课程的教学质量,为后续课程的学习打下坚实的基础。

基于CGE模型的海洋生态补偿宏观经济效应

近年来,海洋经济的快速发展导致海洋生态坏境面临的压力越来越大。为保护海洋生态系统,实现海洋自然资源的可持续利用,亟需建立相应的海洋生态补偿机制,并探索生态补偿的标准问题。本文通过编制2017年中国宏观经济社会核算矩阵,构建中国宏观经济可计算一般均衡模型,模拟了征收不同程度的海洋生态补偿税对经济活动的影响。研究发现：①在征收生态补偿税的情形下,将政府收入增加的部分作为海洋生态补偿的专项资金,能够有效提高海洋生态补偿量。在生态补偿税设置为增值税的5%的情况下,海洋生态补偿量较初始情形相比,提升了4.07倍。②生态补偿税的征收会引起居民收入、企业收入、国外储蓄和国内生产总值的下降,对经济发展产生一定的阻碍作用。其中,居民收入和国外储蓄受影响较大,企业收入和国内生产总值受影响较小。因此,需要制定合理的生态补偿标准和政策,实现生态环境和社会经济的协调发展。
