微型小说的绿色通道

凸显强烈生态忧患意识的生态微型小说的出现,为方兴未艾的微型小说走出了一条健康的"绿色通道":揭示现代社会文明的进程与自然之间的矛盾冲突,谴责人类破坏生态环境的野蛮行径,呼吁人们善待自然;摒弃"人类中心主义",渲染人类与自然和谐共处的美好境界,唱响生态保护的赞歌;展示资源匮乏的苦痛与无奈,讴歌节约能源、保护地球资源的善举,为可持续发展推波助澜。微型小说应该成为环境文学的轻骑兵,应高扬生态的旗帜,树立生态伦理信念,不仅洞察当今困扰人类的生态危机的严重局势,而且为解决这一危机积极地寻找出路。

Climate beliefs in an oil-dependent economy: Norwegian pre-service science teachers’ attitudes towards climate change

Abstract

A large proportion of people in western societies do not believe in the concept of human-induced climate change (HICC), and oil-dependent economies might be expected to have more climate contrarian populations than others. Recent recessions in the Norwegian oil industry caused an influx of dismissed oil engineers into Norwegian science teacher education. With their background in the natural sciences and associations with the oil industry, this group of pre-service teachers might express mixed attitudes towards HICC and how to approach this subject while teaching. A survey of students attending a one-year course for qualifying people with a university degree in science as science teachers was conducted. Association with the oil industry covaries with climate skeptic thinking and reluctance towards teaching about HICC in these groups of students. This suggests that a green shift might create an influx of climate contrarian views into schools in oil-dependent economies.     

论“绿色原则”在民法分则草案中的规则设计

以《民法总则》建立的民事活动中应当有利于节约资源、保护生态环境的"绿色原则"为基础,作为原则性规定,"绿色原则"的精神势必表现于民法典的各分编中。经过两次审议的民法分则草案在物权编、合同编、侵权责任编中,分别在《物权法》《合同法》《侵权责任法》的基础上沿袭或增加关于节约资源、保护生态环境的规则设计。"绿色原则"入民法是一项重要立法举措,但是在各分编体现"绿色原则"的规则中还存在"绿色"条款不健全、系统性欠缺等有待改进的问题。     

Influence of green tea polyphenols on mitochondrial permeabi lity transition pore and Ca2+ transport

The authors investigated the influence of green tea polyphenols (GTPs) on the liver mitochondria permeability transition pore (PTP) opening through mit ochondria swelling and change of mitochondria membrane potential. The data showe d that GTPs had obvious protective effect on the Ca2+-induced PTP opening in a d ose-dependent manner detected by mitochondria swelling. The results were obtain ed by measuring the change of mitochondria membrane potential through Rh 123. Further experiments were conducted to examine the detailed influence of GTP s on Ca2+import and export of mitochondria. The results showed that GTPs h ad rem arkably inhibitory effect on the Ca2+-induced Ca2+ import in mitoch ondria; and t hat they could accelerate Ca2+-release from mitochondria. Our data provid e an al ternate interpretation of the potent protective function of GTPs on cell against apoptosis.
