NEGOTIATING POLITICIANS’ RESPONSIBILITIES IN NEWS INTERVIEWS

News interviews are contexts in which political responsibilities are articulated and negotiated. Although the accountability interview is recognized as a commonsense practice in journalism, and the research on political interviews is substantial, it partly remains to explore how responsibilities are negotiated in different forms of questioning in journalism. This study investigates three generic forms of questioning: accountability questioning, the clarifying of promises, and the principal assessments. Key features of the different forms are specified. The empirical study investigates how the questionings are performed in news on industrial crises in Sweden, in the different political regimes in the 1970s and the 2000s. The data consist of 27 news interviews with the formally responsible Ministers. The method is based on Conversation Analysis and includes detailed analyses of questions and answers. The study shows (1) how the forms of questioning differ when it comes to the action agenda and in how responsibilities are invoked and negotiated; (2) how the questionings tend to reproduce particular expectations of Governmental interventions; (3) how increased assertiveness and adversarialness in interviewing coincide with reduced expectations of political responsibilities.     

美国研究型大学慕课商业模式的现状反思——基于加州大学欧文分校慕课教学人员的集体访谈

作为全球慕课运动的急先锋,以加州大学欧文分校为代表的美国研究型大学秉持可持续发展理念,创建了一系列成功的慕课商业模式,实现收支平衡或基本的盈利。不过,美国研究型大学的慕课商业模式仍然面临许多现实困难,亟待有效的解决方案。为此,尝试运用集体访谈来对加州大学欧文分校慕课商业模式进行研究,全面揭示存在的问题。具体而言,主要包括:核心资源的管理有待改进;关键活动的效果面临质疑;客户关系的深化成效有限;收入来源的拓展遭受阻碍;渠道通路的提升存在不确定性;价值主张的彰显尚需明确;客户细分的平衡非常有限;成本结构的优化尚需努力;重要伙伴的关注亟待加强。面对严峻的市场环境,可以尝试构建基于慕课的三层商业模式画布,推进慕课的可持续发展。     

浅谈大学生就业准备

随着社会主义市场经济的发展、人事制度的改革和人才供求关系的变化,在校大学生的就业准备显得越来越重要.大学生应以积极的心态对待自己的就业和发展,并将准备工作融入四年的学习和生活当中.本文针对大学生就业准备过程的几个阶段进行了分析并给出了一些建议.     

著名学者陈平原先生访谈录

陈平原先生是我国当今最耀眼的著名学者,他知识渊博,思想深刻,其研究领域包括了20世纪中国文学、中国散文史、中国小说史、现代中国学术史、文学史/教育史/学术史、图像研究、都市研究等.他独辟蹊径,勇于探索,在他研究的每一个领域都有开创性的贡献,被誉为"开风气的人".2006年2月6日下午,笔者就陈平原先生的研究思路、目前正在研究和近几年要研究的情况进行了采访,并邀请郑欣欣等四位教授、博士从专精学术、人间情怀、课堂讲授和从师印象四个不同角度撰写了研究论文,一同发表,以飨读者.     

Dynamic and shared sense-making in large-scale curriculum reform in school districts

ABSTRACT

Shared sense-making is suggested to be key for curriculum reform. Shared sense-making entails constructing a collective understanding of the meaning for reform, its significance and its implications for schools, through dialogue and negotiation across the levels of the educational system. This study explored changes in hands-on strategies of shared sense-making, and ways of orchestrating curriculum reform work in the districts in Finland, following the introduction of new national curriculum policy. Longitudinal focus group interview data collected from curriculum coordinating groups during the reform work was utilised. The data were qualitatively content analysed. The two sets of shared sense-making strategies were identified in this study, including those strategies utilised by the groups in building their understanding of what the reform is all about, and those concerning the reform orchestration. The strategies employed evolved from simple to more complex, during the progression of curriculum work. Results also showed that the coordinating groups were well aware of their high autonomy and resulting responsibility in orchestrating the district-level curriculum work. However, the advance in shared sense-making strategies employed by the groups indicated that they were highly committed to constructing collective understanding about the reform, its significance and implications for schools through dialogue and negotiation with practitioners.

Lonely or bored: Children’s lived experiences reveal the difference

In spite of the growing body of research on loneliness, the relationship between the phenomena of loneliness and boredom has not been sufficiently addressed, especially in respect to children. The question, “How does the child’s experience of boredom stand phenomenologically in relation to the experience of loneliness?” is explored from a hermeneutic phenomenological perspective. A critical examination of the literature regarding the phenomenology of both loneliness and boredom provides a theoretical background to the study. Elementary school children’s experiential accounts of loneliness and boredom are collected through research conversations. An original interpersonal communication board game is devised and used to initiate these conversations. The themes of loneliness and boredom emerged in a process of phenomenological reflection based on the participants’ lived experiences, the author’s personal experiences, and experiential accounts available in the literature. Distinctions between the two phenomena are derived from the exploration of these themes. Both boredom and loneliness are viewed as important pedagogical ingredients in the formation of the child’s inner self.     

高师数学系开设《数学基础》课的调查分析与建议

高师数学系基础课程改革的成功与否直接关系到我国高素质数学教师的培养质量。调查结果显示：80％以上的学生对《数学基础》课程的开设持肯定态度，但普遍认为该课程较难，应丰富例题、习题，放慢教学进度，增加课时。在开设《数学基础》课时，应注意以下几个问题：课程内容讲解要直观、详细，要适当增加例题数量，使内容有具体感；要使本课程改革与其它课程改革相配套；应加强教师间的合作交流。     

组织进行绩效管理的误区--一次访谈研究的结果

绩效管理是人力资源管理的中心环节,对其良好的管理能实现组织和员工个体的双赢.本文对武汉和北京两地共十家企业人力资源管理部门和有关领导进行了绩效管理状况的访谈.访谈结果表明目前国内组织的绩效管理眄存在一些误区.     

市场经济对师范教育的影响

本文根据“中美师范教育对比研究”课题组从1995年至1996年在全国范围内进行的师范教育调研的第一手资料,从师范院校学生报考师范院校的动机,师范生工作后离开教师岗位的可能性及原因,对提高中小学教师地位应采取的改革措施等方面,分析当前师范报考升温的原因及市场经济对其潜在的影响．并指出随着改革的不断深化,市场经济对高等教育的影响将越来越大,对师范院校也不例外,师范生最终会走向人才市场。我们应清醒地认识到市场供需矛盾的不断转化,促使教育结构更加合理。
