竞技武术套路运动的国际现状分析——兼论中国竞技武术套路运动发展对策

武术运动作为除奥运会以外世界各大体育赛事的正式比赛项目,已被越来越多的国家和地区所重视。同时,随着国际赛事的频繁举行,竞技武术套路运动在国内外也得到了迅速的发展。研究和分析近两届世界武术锦标赛,在对武术运动国际化发展持乐观态度的同时,分析竞技武术运动的国际环境,提出保持和进一步发展竞技武术套路运动优势的对策和措施。     

Digit ratio (2D:4D) and performance in elite rugby players

Abstract

The relative length of the second and fourth digits (2D:4D) is a putative marker for prenatal testosterone. Low 2D:4D has been reported to correlate with high performance in sport in general. Here, for the first time, we examine the relationship between 2D:4D and performance in elite rugby players. The 44 players (28 forwards, 16 backs) were drawn from the Ospreys Rugby Union Club and 44 age-matched controls. The measures of performance comprised age-adjusted number of international performances (caps) for Wales, a comparison of coaches' first-choice League team with others, and the number of tries scored by backs in club matches. Compared with controls, players were larger and had lower 2D:4D for the right and left hand. With regard to number of caps, players with low 2D:4D in their right hand and low right 2D:4D compared with their left (right ? left 2D:4D difference) had high numbers of caps. First-choice players did not differ significantly from second-choice players in their 2D:4D but they did have a lower right ? left 2D:4D difference than second-choice players. Low right 2D:4D and low right ? left 2D:4D difference were significantly linked with large numbers of tries. We conclude that low right 2D:4D and low right ? left 2D:4D difference are predictors of high rugby performance.     

国际乒联频繁修改规则的批判性反思

采用文献资料等方法,梳理国际乒联21世纪以来的规则改革,反思其存在的问题。21世纪以来,国际乒联在器材、技术和赛制等方面进行了一系列的改革。一系列规则改革在技术上使得运动员技术选择和使用随意性增大,比赛胜负的偶然性增大;在国际乒坛秩序上产生了正、反两方面影响,一方面改变了中国队"一家独大"的局面,国际大赛的奖牌分布趋于多元化,另一方面,使得运动员打法逐渐呈现单一化趋势。同时国际乒联频繁修改规则还存在规则修改程序正义性、规则相对稳定性,以及权力行使过于随意等问题。要维系国际乒坛秩序的良性发展,国际乒联还需出台具体的规则改革制度,保证竞赛规则的相对稳定性,并合理行使规则修改的权力。     

瑞士法框架下体育仲裁“裁决修正”探讨

瑞士联邦最高法院将裁决修正适用于国际仲裁的先例,使得这一原本属于瑞士国内法上的救济手段可以适用于国际仲裁中,体育纠纷大多属于国际仲裁的范畴。结合孙杨案件,对瑞士法框架下的体育仲裁"裁决修正"进行了探讨。研究认为,在瑞士法院的司法实践中,仲裁程序涉及刑事犯罪或裁决作出后发现新的民事证据,当事人均可申请瑞士联邦最高法院或其他各州地区法院修正仲裁裁决。刑事犯罪由于具备较强的司法公信力,容易在"裁决修正"中受到法院青睐,应当坚持刑事证据优先的原则。针对发现新的民事证据,需要满足时限条件、勤勉义务、重大影响和法律利益四项条件;同时排除一些禁止性规定才可能得到法院的支持。孙杨案件若以裁决修正理由继续上诉,获得胜诉判决的可能性基本为零。     

通过绿色教育促进国际理解的实践和研究

随着社会的发展，开展“国际理解教育”是学校发展的必然趋势，而将环保教育有意识地与国际理解教育相结合则是上海市第三女子中学目前努力探索的重要课题。在一系列教育活动中，学校以环保课程为依托，以学生环保社团为组织核心，与国际环保组织“Roots ＆ Shoots”、市内各类环保团体形成活动链，积极开展各级各类环保活动，在活动中为学生搭建通向世界的桥梁，加深学生乃至社会对环保的认识。     

关于国际贸易专业应用型人才培养模式的探讨

本文分析了当前国内职业技术院校国际贸易专业人才应用型培养模式的不足，探讨了人才培养模式的改革，并根据高职生源、高职的办学条件和市场的需求，归纳、总结适合高职国际贸易专业的人才培养模式。     

Nonnative English-Speaking Professors’ Experiences of English-Medium Instruction and Their Perceived Roles of the Local Language

This study examines the experiences of nonnative English-speaking faculty instructors teaching subject courses in English-medium instruction (EMI) at a Korean university and reveals the perceived roles of the local language in the context. The data consist of questionnaire responses of 91 Korean professors and qualitative interviews with 15 who had answered the questionnaires. Findings showed that the participants perceived the local students’ performances and the amount of interaction between local and international students negatively. Their perceived need for the local, Korean language correlated negatively with the interaction between Korean and international students. In the qualitative interviews, the local language in the EMI context, despite the full-fledged EMI policy being implemented top down, was represented as crucial for social and instructional purposes and for their own time management. These perceived roles were found to be associated with their multiple identities, as instructors and researchers, required and practiced in the context. The findings are discussed to provide information on how to support an EMI policy for internationalization of higher education, especially in non-English-speaking societies.     

Exploring the challenges experienced by international students during work-integrated learning in Australia

This study explores the challenges experienced by international students during Work Integrated Learning (WIL) in Australia. Student participation in WIL not only enhances individual student employability but also the attractiveness of Australia as a study destination. WIL, in particular work placements, is in high demand by international students who seek to gain relevant experience in their host country and increase their chances of employment post-study. Data were gathered from employers, academics and students on the challenges faced by international students during the WIL experience and how WIL is currently being managed for the international cohort. Stakeholders identified a number of challenges which impact on student performance and the success of their WIL experience. These include cultural differences, inflated expectations, difficulties managing assessment tasks, relatively weak language skills and an imbalance in the support needed by international students in comparison to what is on offer. Stakeholder strategies to manage these challenges are discussed.     

21世纪初来华研究生教育发展状况与对策研究

大力发展来华研究生教育是提高留学生教育层次的主要抓手。新世纪以来,来华研究生教育进入快速发展期,体现在发展规模、生源地、接受地、专业分布、经费资助等诸多方面。通过历史与国际比较,可以总结当前来华研究生教育基本特点,寻求科学发展对策,预测未来发展趋势。
