“一带一路”背景下我国知识产权输出政策研究

随着我国提出并实施“一带一路”倡议的重大国家战略以来，南南合作框架在总体外交格局中的地位得到了显著提升。虽然，已有不少学者研究指出“一带一路”倡议核心应是“以我为主”地输出产能、资本、技术、标准和服务；但一系列学术问题仍未得到科技政策学的明确解答，即，南南合作框架下的“一带一路”倡议，我国应以什么输出为主、什么输出为辅？应从哪些领域入手才能发挥出中国的牵头优势？通过对1978-2017年我国关于输出的科技政策进行全时段、全样本量的政策文本分析，发现我国低端资源输出科技政策稳占整个输出类科技政策的26%，中端产品输出科技政策约占57.3%，而高端知识产权输出科技政策仅占16.5%。本文的观点是高端知识产权输出在“以我为主”推进“一带一路”国际科技合作中占据关键地位，当前需要加快完善 “一带一路”国际合作知识产权输出的政策体系。最后，本文建议选择基础设施工程建设作为制造业突破口、选择跨境电商网络平台技术作为服务业突破口来完善“一带一路”国际合作知识产权输出的政策体系建设。     

接轨国际惯例与《工程项目管理》教学

近年,国际惯例对国内建筑业的影响加剧和国内建筑市场运行规则的转变,对<工程项目管理>课程提出了更高更新的要求.文章结合工程管理类专业课程特点,针对市场需要和人才培养目标,提出了该课程与国际惯例接轨的系列措施.     

国际金融危机下教育扩张的历史经验与启示

当前国际金融危机对我国教育发展造成了强烈的冲击,同时又带来教育发展的难得机遇。基于经验和事实提出了我国未来教育规模扩张的理论预期,但金融危机下的教育扩张面临教育财政、办学条件和毕业生就业等严重压力。西方国家在历次金融危机中积累了丰富的经验,也有些严重的教训,为我国中长期教育改革和发展提供了一些有益的启示。     

Challenges to Brand Australia: international students and the problem with speaking

Although communication skills in English are important for both their career prospects and the success of their overall study experience, many international students find their spoken English a barrier to employment after graduation. In this paper, we draw on longitudinal interview data from international postgraduates to investigate the individual and social factors that impacted on the development of their speaking skills as they studied in Australia. Our findings suggest that, despite high levels of motivation to improve, they received little instruction in such skills on their English for Academic Purposes programs and had little access to them in the community. We argue that for compelling moral as well as economic reasons universities urgently need to address these issues through both instruction and social integration initiatives if they are to safeguard their lucrative but vulnerable overseas markets.     

基于车辆自动定位系统数据的地面公共交通运行时间可靠性分析(英文)

为了给公交线路车辆调度提供重要参数及给公交运营管理和居民公交出行提供决策依据,应用车辆自动定位系统数据对公共交通运行时间可靠性进行了分析. 基于对公共交通运行时间的统计分析,提出变异系数、分布宽度、运行速度、堵率、规划时间、预留时间等 6 个指标,构建了公共交通运行时间可靠性评价分析框架. 苏州市某公交线路实例分析结果表明,所提出的评价指标体系简单直观,能有效反映该线路公交车辆运行的效率和稳定性,且公共交通运行时间可靠性具有随不同时段变化的特征.     

浅析入世对我国外汇储备增长的影响

分析了我国加入 WTO之后 ,逐步降低进口关税税率、推行意愿结售汇制、实行人民币自由兑换等会对我国外汇储备增长带来的影响 ,并对我国当前的外汇储备规模提出了一些看法     

美国国际贸易人才培养模式初探

随着我国加入世界贸易组织，对人才的培养提出了新的要求，尤其是对国际贸易方面的人才，美国对国际商业人才的培养较为成熟。本文试图就美国的国际贸易人才培养模式进行分析，从而启发我国的国际贸易专业建设。     

新时期中国体育外交政策探析

2018年朝鲜成功开展一次体育外交行动参加韩国平昌冬奥会,向韩国政府表达出善意的政策倾向,朝鲜半岛的紧张局势也因此得到缓解,体育外交的政治收益又一次得到验证。以新时期体育外交为研究对象,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法研究新时期开展体育外交活动的政治诉求,如何推动中国的外交事务和体育行业的发展。研究认为：体育外交能够以相抵柔和的方式表达政治意见或者政治态度;中国优秀传统文化、中国传统体育项目需要传承和发扬光大,需要适合根据国际文化变化做出调整,更需要加强对外交流;国家领导人或者体育明星在体育外交中塑造国家形象的功能不容小觑;积极培养能够在国际体育组织任职的人员、积极参与国际体育事物能够缓解中国在体育界话语权薄弱的问题。     

Why do christian churches,and not universities,facilitate intercultural engagement for Chinese international students?

The paper offers new, significant insights into the Church engagement experiences of Chinese international students in the UK. Based on a mixed-method research and focusing on a group of international Chinese students participating in local Christian churches, it explores the motivations (for), dynamics and types of connections students establish and maintain with the church communities, and the implications for stakeholders in facilitating intercultural engagement with the local community. The limited cross-cultural interactions alongside other structural and contextual factors often deprive meaningful engagement between international students and host nationals within the campus. According to the research participants, internationalised university is promising and promoting intercultural experiences but not delivering them. Chinese students of usually non-Christian background gravitate towards Christian churches as alternative places to gain desired intercultural experiences. The findings encourage universities to reflect on the quality of intercultural engagement for international students and draw from the reciprocal and respectful intercultural connections that some students discovered through engaging with Christian churches.     

Making American Friends: The Effects of Musical Tastes and English Proficiency on Chinese International Students’ Social Networks in the United States

This study investigated the relationship between Chinese international students’ social networks in the United States and their musical tastes. Based on concept of homophily, this study used a self-reported Social Network Analysis (SNA) survey to examine whether sharing similar musical tastes affected Chinese international students’ relationship, their musical tastes, and music consumption. The results showed that having high musical taste similarity predicted closer relationship between respondents and their alters, and higher likelihood of new music consumption. This study also found that frequent American English-language songs listeners were more likely to have Americans in their social network than less-frequent American English-language songs listeners.
