商业银行操作风险防范的机制研究

通过对操作风险的特点及存在问题的分析,提出了构建商业银行操作风险防范机制的相关措施。希望通过提高从业人员的职业道德水平,强化风险防范意识,有效降低操作风险防范成本,解决内控管理软约束的问题,使风险防范与激励约束机制相匹配。

主要围绕机制设计理论中的目标确定、激励相容、显示原理、实施理论及机制设计的过程进行综述，为机制设计提供一个理论框架，促使机制设计过程的规范化、科学化．     

Community sport and social inclusion: international perspectives

Abstract

This opening article examines the relationship between community sport and social inclusion in research and practice. We discuss the notion of community sport, its multifarious meanings and diverse applications in different parts of the world. We further explore the conceptual and practical links between community sport and different conceptions of social inclusion. In doing so, the article draws together key themes, issues and debates addressed in the collection of articles in this special issue. We conclude by formulating implications and directions for future research and practice.     

科学技术支撑酒店安全的作用机制与保障体系研究

信息资讯技术的飞跃式发展对现代酒店安全管理提出了巨大的挑战,特别是酒店安全问题越来越受到旅游者的重视,由于显性和隐性的安全隐患来源渠道广泛,使得酒店安全控制与管理变得更为复杂和困难,同时也对酒店安全管理的科技支撑提出越来越高的要求。鉴于此,我们应从酒店安全管理实践的角度出发,对酒店安全管理和科学技术支撑的内在共生性进行分析,构建科学技术支撑酒店安全的作用机制模型,并进一步完善科学技术支撑酒店安全的保障体系,以期能够为酒店安全管理和控制提供一定的借鉴意义,从而促进酒店业的健康、稳定和持续发展。     

少数民族传统体育文化资源开发利用的保障机制——以桂滇黔地区为例

由于少数民族传统体育文化保护起步晚和对其保护的公共投入不足,经济发展相对滞后、但传统体育文化资源占优的桂滇黔地区对通过开发传统体育文化具有的经济价值来弥补其保护资金不足有着更为迫切的需求。然少数民族传统体育文化资源的开发利用涉及诸多方面的利益,要实现其开发利用的可持续性,需从法律法规、资金支持、人才培养、规划评估、区域合作等方面建立起一整套有效的保障机制,使其开发利用的综合效益得到充分发挥。     

中小学生攻击行为干预研究的回顾与探索

根据攻击行为的两种发展轨迹,并通过总结国内外6～18岁儿童攻击行为的干预研究,本文从矫正和预防两个角度,试图探索适用于我国中小学生攻击行为的干预模式。

Architecture Singularity Analysis of 4-U■S/U■U 5-DOF Parallel Mechanism

Architecture singularity of a parallel mechanism with five degrees of freedom (DOF) is analyzed. Such mechanism consists of a movable platform connected to the base by five active limbs. Four of them are identical 6-DOF limbs and the last one has the same DOF as the specified DOF of the movable platform. Based on the kinematics analysis, two categories of architecture singularities for such mechanism are proposed. Then the sufficient condition for each singularity is researched. Results show that the mechanism is singular when it employs each category of the proposed architecture, provided that it satisfies the corresponding sufficient condition. It can be concluded that the proposed two categories of architecture singularities should be avoided with the following dimensional synthesis of such mechanism.     

氨基苯酚的干法羧基化反应研究

在密闭的容器中,在0.3-0.5M Pa的CO2压力下,将氨基苯酚和碳酸氢钾按物质的量1∶2混合均匀,在180-190℃加热3-4小时,进行干法羧基化反应。实验结果表明:此法对间-氨基苯酚的羧基化效果较好,其产率可达74%,而对邻-氨基苯酚和对-氨基苯酚的羧基化效果较差;羧化反应机理可能是酚氧负离子与CO2光加成,再按Schm idt进行重排。
