新闻专业技术军官能力生成与培养途径分析

信息化战争背景下,我军军事新闻工作的任务发生重大变化,对军队新闻工作者提出新的要求。本文结合军队实际,把握时代脉搏,根据形势任务对新闻专业技术军官的能力要求,从理论素养、技能训练、军事实践三个方面,提出有一定针对性、操作性、建设性的新闻专业技术军官能力生成与培养建设思路。     

130年前的民生新闻—《申报》的市井新闻

“民生新闻”作为新闻学的一个新名词始于2002年,而事实上的民生新闻早在130年前就已经出现,即《申报》的市井新闻。《申报》作为中国最早也是影响最广的市民报纸,一直以关注百姓生活为己任,其市井新闻也是今日民生新闻之鼻祖。对《申报》市井新闻的梳理以及对《申报》市井新闻与当时上海社会的关系的分析有助于加深人们对当下民生新闻的思考和创新。     

探析应用型新闻人才“校地”合作培养模式创新--以合肥学院为例

在重新审视新闻专业人才培养现状和应用型新闻人才培养模式的背景下,以合肥学院新闻专业校地合作培养模式具体内容为切入点,深入探索合作模式的创新与实践,不仅能促进应用型新闻人才联合培养机制的创新,也能为新闻专业实践教学的改革提供一些经验。     

Engaging the Social News User

One of the most common formats of audience participation in journalism consists of online reader comments in response to articles, weblogs, or online television and radio broadcasts. While initially the audience only commented on media platforms themselves, Facebook made it possible to outsource commenting to a third-party platform. The options users have, the rules commenters are obliged to follow, and the moderation regime they confront, could influence the quantity and quality of comments. In this study, we explore how news media deal with audience comments on Facebook and their own news site, and how this influences the quality and quantity of comments. We compared comments on news platforms and Facebook of 62 Dutch national and regional newspapers, public and commercial broadcasters, newsweeklies, national news programmes, and online news sites. Subsequently, we analysed the content of the comments with the qualitative text analysis tool MAXQDA. The results indicate that news media prefer outsourcing comments to Facebook although commenting on their own platforms is still possible. By discouraging anonymous responses, the quality of comments improved but above all the quantity of comments decreased after outsourcing comments to Facebook.     

The Changing Role of the Local News Media in Enabling Citizens to Engage in Local Democracies

Using Leeds City Council in the United Kingdom as a case study, we analyse comparatively the changing role of local journalism in the public communications and engagement strategies of local government. Drawing on over 20 semi-structured interviews with elected politicians, Council strategists, mainstream journalists, and citizen journalists, the article explores perceptions of the mainstream news media's role versus new modes of communication in engaging and communicating with citizens. We evaluate the Council's perceptions of its online and offline practices of engagement with different publics, and focus in particular on their interactions with journalists, the news media, and citizen journalists. The article considers how moves towards digital modes of engagement are changing perceptions of the professional role orientations of journalists in mediating between the Council and the general public.     

Future Business Innovation in Minority Language Media

This article investigates innovation in the media business models that some European minority-language news organizations are implementing in these times of economic crisis. It entails a shift in the underlying business and service philosophy which interpellates the community and pleads for a change in their mutual relationship. The research is based on the case studies of two private media companies from the Catalan and Basque language media systems that were experiencing economic and financial difficulties. Conducting inspirational advertising campaigns, the news organizations issued a call for readers and non-readers to make a funding commitment to the project, a pledge to provide new revenues and liaisons, while retaining and enhancing the standard income streams. In brief, it is about going back to the basics of active community projects and involvement.     

新世纪新闻学的体系重建与学派拓展

已经有着百年发展历史的中国新闻学,在进入了一个新的世纪之时,需要适应新的社会形势,尤其是要根据新的媒介环境和受众需求加以发展变化。新闻理论的整体性突破和创新首先要从理论的纵深度上尽量向前推进一步;其次要尽量引入新的理论和方法,通过学科交叉开拓理论视野;第三要根据新的媒介发展实际,提出新的概念和开创新的理论体系。尤其要呼唤多元化中国新闻学派的建设,从而彻底打破多年来新闻学的单一框架和体系,实现我国新闻学的真正繁荣,并以完全本土化的面貌以及完全个性化的姿态走向世界新闻学行列。     

广播电视新闻学专业实习现状调查与对策

实践教学是培养学生创新精神和创新能力的重要途径之一,是社会发展的需要。通过对安庆师范学院广播电视新闻学专业2006级学生专业实习现状和2007级学生专业实习意向问卷调查及结果分析,建议在实践环节进行相应的调整,提高学生适应社会实践的能力。
