我国高等职业教育发展的政策支持和办学思路

目前，我国高等职业教育办学经验不足，在办学的政策支持、教学模式、社会评价等方面，还存在着许多亟待解决的问题。加速我国高等职业教育发展的对策包括：政策和舆论支持，建立灵活多样的办学机制，提高教育质量等。     

Creating a distinctive business career outcome programme

This article describes how a small private business school, accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, reengineered its career services programme to become a premier programme in the United States. Drawing on theory of involvement, the research gives business schools a strategy to improve business career placement through capital support, student engagement, corporate engagement, alumni engagement, faculty engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Further, two major outcome categories (i.e. supportive outcomes and end outcomes) are identified and various measures are discussed. Supportive outcomes indicate growth in the number of on-campus business recruiting career events, high internship evaluations by internship supervisors and significant increase in students’ satisfaction with career services. End outcomes provide strong evidence for placement rate success with a 98% career placement rate for the past four years, significant increase on mean starting salaries of graduates across the years following the implementation of the strategic changes, improved quality of positions attained by graduates, and professional success of alumni in their positions. The impact of strategic changes on school ranking, enrolment and donor support are also discussed. The research proposes a model of student career success and identifies various elements influencing the success of such programmes.     

试论PRETCO对高职高专英语教学的反拨效应

高等学校英语应用能力考试（PRETCO）是为反映和评价高等学校专科层次修完英语课程的在校学生英语应用能力而设立的标准化英语水平考试，对高职高专英语教学目的、教材、课堂教学模式、课程内容和结构、多媒体教学的实施等方面，具有正面反拨效应，同时也有一定的负面影响。     

技校学生与中师学生人格特征比较研究

采用卡特尔编制的16PF问卷作为测量工具,对技校生和中师生进行调查,结果表明:技校生与中师生在聪慧性和有恒性人格特征上存在差异;二者在次级人格因素X2(内向与外向)X、3(感情用事与机警安详)和X4(怯懦与果断)上存在差异;二者在应用预测因子Y2(专业成就)、Y3(创造能力)和Y4(环境适应)上存在差异。     

Tenured and non-tenured school principals in Greece: a historical approach

This study deals with the question of tenure/non-tenure of the Greek school principals and its possible impact on their role in the light of the international influences. In developing our theoretical perspective, we draw on the tenure/non-tenure discourse and the centralised bureaucratic and new public management model. After examining the relevant legislation issued from 1836 up to 2015 by following the qualitative content analysis, we find out that in the 1836–1981 period, tenure had become an integral part of the centralised educational system. Since 1981, the introduction of decentralised policies along with the abolition of tenure has resulted in the renewal of the same politics. By linking in a direct way the tenure/non-tenure topic with the international policies, we support the view that in the Greek centralised educational system, school principals have limited power to bring about effective changes at schools regardless of their tenure/non-tenure status.     

转型时期校长决策思维的特点

转型时期，我国各级各类教育都面临着多元文化与多元经济的冲击。在复杂多变的国际和国内背景中，学校的生存与发展在很大程度上取决于校长的管理决策，而校长决策过程中的思维品质又将直接影响决策的效果。要提高校长决策思维水平，必须了解和研究决策思维的特点。该文从决策思维品质的四个方面论述了决策思维所体现的十二个特点。     

中小学教师"校本培训"的内涵、功能、目标研究

传统以课程为葶础。以知识传授为特征的“讲授式”教师培训模式，无论在学历教育还毫在其他各种形式的培训中，其实践效果并非理想。校本培训是中小学教师继续教育的重要形式。是持续提高教师专业化水平的必由之路。本文就校本培训的内涵、功能和目标进行了探讨。     

“高职”英语听力课教学模式改革探讨

本文对外语系自有高职班学生以来所进行的英语听力课的教学改革活动进行了总结和提炼 ,试图找出经验和教训 ,进一步促进我系英语听力课的常规教学及其改革 ,使学生的交际能力得到进一步的提高和发展 ,使他们的英语综合运用能力达到或超过大纲要求。     

设计英语教学例句的"四要素"

英语教学倒句是最常见的语用价值很大的传承媒介，在英语课堂教学中起着非常重要的话言桥梁作用，但是，英语教师对例句所负载的内涵质量还不够重视，而实际上富含科学文化信息的例句可以提高教学质量，所以，设计好英语教学例句意义重大。     

中学优生的时间管理倾向与成就动机的相关研究

本研究探讨时间管理倾向与成就动机之间的关系。对四川成都市两所中学的175名中学优生的问卷调查研究发现：（1）中学优生的时间管理倾向各维度对追求成功动机存在着显著的正相关，与避免失败动机存在显著的负相关（时间监控观除外），（2）中学优生的时间管理倾向对成就动机具有显著的预测作用，表明时间管理倾向可能是影响学生成就动机的一个重要因素；（3）中学优生在时间管理倾向与成就动机上具有显著的年级差异，研究表明初二可能是培养时间管理倾向的关键时期。
