发明实施：创造过程的延续扩展

发明实施是发明由构思转化为产品、流程的过程。智力活动具有创造性和重现性双重属性,大脑内思维活动和受思想支配的人的活动两种形式。发明实施是一个创新过程,是创造过程的延续与扩展。否认发明实施依赖于人的智力活动和对“智力活动的规则和方法”不授予专利权,其原因在于将a mental act翻译为智力活动不妥和专利立法指导思想模糊不清。专利法修订应取消“智力活动的规则和方法”不授予专利权款项,发掘每一个员工的创造力。     

基于MAS系统的动态web服务组合形式化建模研究

动态服务组合是解决SOA和SOC的重要方案之一.针对动态服务组合的实现,把MAS技术应用到服务组合中.首先对MAS和web服务组合的本质进行分析,讨论了MAS和web服务组合的关系.其次,构建了基于MAS的web服务组合框架,命名为CSMWC,并用Jade实现了该框架.此框架初步实现了语法级别的动态服务组合,并为语义级别的动态服务组合打下基础.为说明构建框架的正确性,应用pi演算对构建的MAS体系结构进行形式化描述,同时对web服务组合中重要的性质如动态性、适应性进行了推理.最后给出了应用基于pi演算的验证工具Pi4SOA进行验证的过程.

Efficient volume preserving approach for skeleton-based implicit surfaces

This paper presents an efficient way to preserve the volume of implicit surfaces generated by skeletons. Recursive subdivision is used to efficiently calculate the volume. The criterion for subdivision is obtained by using the property of density functions and treating different types of skeletons respectively to get accurate minimum and maximum distances from a cube to a skeleton. Compared with the criterion generated by other ways such as using traditional Interval Analysis, Affine Arithmetic, or Lipschitz condition, our approach is much better both in speed and accuracy.

Abstraction and consolidation of the limit procept by means of instrumented schemes: the complementary role of three different frameworks

I investigate the contributions of three theoretical frameworks to a research process and the complementary role played by each. First, I describe the essence of each theory and then follow the analysis of their specific influence on the research process. The research process is on the conceptualization of the notion of limit by means of the discrete continuous interplay. I investigate the influence of the different perspectives on the research process and realize that the different theoretical approaches intertwine. Moreover, I realize that the research study demanded the contribution of more than one theoretical approach to the research process and that the differences between the frameworks could serve as a basis for complementarities.
