智能仪表课程教学研究与探索

智能仪表是一门综合设计实践类课程。为了提高教学效果,营造良好的教学氛围,必须开展科学的教学方法和手段的改革,从而激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的实践能力。

通过对材料力学直梁弯曲正应力实验的介绍,分析了所用三种测试仪器的特点,重点介绍了智能仪表在该实验中的应用,说明了智能仪表的应用使实验技术发生了巨大变革.     

Understanding outcome-based education changes in teacher education: evaluation of a new instrument with preliminary findings

Outcome-based education (OBE) is a current initiative in Hong Kong universities, with widespread backing by governments and standards bodies. However, study of students’ perceptions of OBE and validation of understanding these perceptions are lacking. This paper reports on the validation of an OBE-specific instrument and resulting preliminary findings. Instrument responses (n = 89) were analysed using Rasch and exploratory/confirmatory factor analyses. Both approaches identified two dimensions (i.e. evaluation and comparison). Challenges and modifications to the instrument items and their relationships to constructs are discussed. Preliminary findings suggest students did not perceive significant differences between OBE and traditionally organised courses. Lack of explicit discussion of OBE with the students may have denied students the ability to make fully informed evaluations of OBE innovations. Implications for instrument validation and evaluation of initiatives in an OBE context are discussed as is the broader issue of transparency in teacher education curriculum design and implementation.     

Assessing mentoring in organizations: an evaluation of commercial mentoring instruments

The purpose of this article is to inform readers about the types of instruments available for assessing and improving mentoring in organizations. Extensive review of the psychological, business and medical literature was conducted to identify commercially published, practitioner‐oriented instruments. All of the instruments that were identified – including the Alleman mentoring activities questionnaire, Mentoring in the moment, Mentoring skills assessment, and Principles of adult mentoring scale – are evaluated herein. Each instrument’s target audience, raters, subscales, response options, psychometric properties, and relative strengths and weaknesses are described. Although these instruments are reported to be used extensively, evidence of their validity is not always available. This review presents information that, in combination with first‐hand inspection of the instruments, should enable practitioners to differentiate between instruments that may be a fit for their needs from those that are not. Furthermore, it may introduce academic readers to instruments that are not covered in the scholarly literature in spite of their common use for non‐research purposes.     

Confirmatory factor analysis of achieving the beginning teacher standards inventory

The purpose of this study was to examine the factorial validity and reliability of the Achieving the NASPE Standards Inventory (ANSI) that assesses pre-service physical education teachers' perceptions of achieving the National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) beginning teacher standards (2003). Four hundred fifty-two pre-service teachers from 15 Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) programs voluntarily and anonymously completed the inventory. The hypothesized measurement models were analyzed by means of a confirmatory factor analysis. The Goodness-of-fit statistics indicated that the modified 3-factor model with 38 items represented a best fitting model with the data. The scores generated by the total and the 3 subscales of the 38-item ANSI demonstrated a high level of internal consistency.     

简易自动电阻测试仪的设计

文章介绍了一种简易自动电阻测试仪,可用于电子产品制作中电阻元件分类回收及筛选。本设计选用STC89C52型单片机作为主控芯片,介绍其硬件电路组成及软件系统的主程序流程,具有制作简单、性能可靠等优点。测试结果表明：该简易自动电阻测试仪测量结果符合设计要求,测量误差5％,为设计目标范围。     

陕西省大型灌区目前存在的问题及发展思路初探

大型灌区是发展农业的重要基础设施,对区域经济的发展、生态环境的改善、构建社会和谐稳定有着重大的现实意义。笔者针对陕西省大型灌区目前存在的水资源严重短缺、工程设施严重老化失修、灌区用水总量减少、灌区信息化管理系统尚未健全等问题进行阐述和总结,初步提出了大型灌区可持续发展的思路。     

植物保护实验教学中心仪器设备配置、管理与有效利用

仪器设备是高校实验教学中心提高实验教学质量,培养学生科研创新能力的硬件基础。仪器设备的合理配置,可以充分发挥实验中心培养人才的功能,使教学与科研双管齐下。仪器设备管理工作应加强队伍建设;做好仪器设备档案管理,健全规章制度;配备完善的维修体系,提高使用效率。建立开放性实验室,实现仪器设备资源共享。     

大型仪器设备的开放共享与本科生的创新能力培养

高校的大型仪器设备资源丰富,但是由于种种原因得不到有效的利用。本科生的创新能力要在科研工作中得到锻炼和发挥,大型仪器设备资源可以为本科生科研能力培养提供一个坚强的资源后盾。两方面的有机结合,既可以解决高校大型仪器设备资源的有效利用问题,又可以提升本科生的培养质量。     

高校重点实验室大型仪器设备网络管理的探讨与实践

仪器设备的高效管理和维护是实现重点实验室科技创新作用的基础。针对大型仪器设备人工管理存在的问题,以广东省食品质量安全重点实验室为例,开发了基于B/S的三层架构的大型仪器设备网络管理系统,包含大型仪器设备的信息管理、开放预约、统计报表等功能。实现了高校教学科研仪器设备远程监控和网络化管理,满足了信息采集的实时性和快捷性,促进了测试工作的程序化进行,成为保证仪器设备的可持续运行的有力举措。
