社交媒体用户转移行为影响因素模型及实证研究

[目的/意义]探究社交媒体用户转移行为的影响因素,拓宽社交媒体用户行为的研究范围,以期为相关理论研究提供参考,并对社交媒体运营商提高服务质量、增加用户粘性提供借鉴。[方法/过程]基于期望确认理论、沉浸理论以及信息系统成功模型构建理论模型,重点关注社交媒体系统质量、信息质量、服务质量、沉浸体验以及用户社交媒体使用满意度是否会以及会在多大程度上影响用户转移行为。通过问卷调查法获得数据,利用SPSS和AMOS分析软件进行数据的分析和假设的验证。[结果/结论]通过分析可知社交媒体系统质量、信息质量、服务质量以及沉浸体验对用户满意度具有正向影响,而用户满意度负向影响转移行为。     

基于DEMATEL模型的我国政府信息资源跨部门共享的关键影响因素研究

[目的/意义] 新时代下,跨部门的信息资源共享已经成为加快政府职能转变,提高政府服务效率和透明度的重要事业。明确目前政府信息资源共享有效实施的关键因素,无论对于政府准确把脉行动方向还是学界聚焦政府信息共享的根源性问题都有着重要的意义。[方法/过程] 通过综合集成法梳理出近年来被学界所关注的8个维度的政府信息资源共享影响因素,通过复杂系统DEMATEL模型,构建政府信息资源共享影响因素的关系矩阵。[结果/结论] 经测算,本研究发现11个影响政府信息资源共享实施的关键因素,这些关键因素主要集中在法规政策与标准维度、体制维度、机制维度和技术维度上。     

试析中外信息安全保障体系的演化路径

大数据时代,信息安全保障能力的提升与制度体系的完善,是世界各国奋力攀登的制高点和国家战略。本文运用文献分析法、比较分析法,对中外信息安全保障概念、立法原则及其法律制度的演化路径进行深入分析。信息安全保障是大安全观下对信息内容安全、数据安全、物理安全、网络安全和信息基础设施安全等的积极防御措施;其法律制度建设正在由分散走向统一,由单纯立法走向“立法与实施机制”并进;其保障体系正在形成一个由技术、管理、法制、文化等多元素、跨国跨区域、全方位的主动积极防御整体联动框架。中国特色的国家安全体制机制,以及“总体安全观”下以《国家安全法》为基准的信息安全法律体系正走向健全与发展之路;新型信息安全保障体系的构建正在成为前沿课题。图2。表5。参考文献105。     

关于学习控制的定量分析

本文根据著名教育技术学家瑞奇鲁斯 (C .M .Reigeluth)的影响学习控制的主要因素 ,将其进行量化处理 ,并设计出相应的计算公式 ,然后根据学习控制定量分析调查结果 ,计算学习控制的量化数据 ,利用定量分析的方法 ,指导教师制定和实施相应的教学策略。     

视频组播分层解决方案的研究

组播作为一种节约网络带宽、降低网络负载的有效手段,在视频传输中具有广阔的应用前景。本文针对组播中的会话内公平性问题,深入研究了多速率组播分层解决方案的实现机制,并基于目前的研究现状和进展指出了分层组播现存的有关问题。同时为分析分层解决方案在解决组播会话内公平性问题中的有效性,文中通过网络仿真器NS进行了实验评价。     

广西北部湾经济区财税政策效应的实证研究

通过分析广西北部湾经济区2000-2012年的统计数据,采用IS-LM模型对北部湾经济区的财税政策效应进行实证分析,发现存在财税政策较为固定单一等问题,应继续加强经济区政府部门体制改革及创新;继续加大对北部湾经济区的转移支付力度;积极推动适当调整税收制度的相关工作。     

Teaching skills of student teachers: Calibration of an evaluation instrument and its value in predicting student academic engagement

Student teachers are expected to develop their teaching skills sooner and more rapidly. However, a sound evaluation instrument that can be used to diagnose and monitor the skilfulness level to aid formative assessment of student teachers is still limited. This article is aimed to calibrate and validate a teaching skill evaluation instrument for use in secondary education. A total of 264 student teachers in the Netherlands participated in the study. Rasch and multilevel analyses were used. Results suggest that the evaluation instrument meets the restrictive assumptions of the Rasch model and has predictive value for academic engagement. This adds validation evidence and justifies the calibration of the evaluation instrument to be used for monitoring the development of teacher's teaching skills.     

Business Intelligence Capabilities and Firm Performance: A Study in China

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business practice, inducing the emergence and application of business intelligence (BI) that has promoted the transformation of information techniques to optimize business decision and operation. However, there is a lack of theoretical consensus and measurement of the technology embedded in BI at present. This study exploratively develops the Sense-Transform-Drive (STD) conceptual model of BI based on dynamic capabilities theory and organizational evolutionary theory to explain the core BI capabilities. By using factoring analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, we extract the latent constructs and empirically verify the validity of the STD model and further examine the correlation and mode of interaction of the three core BI capabilities and the impact of BI application on firm performance in the real economy with a sample contextual to Chinese business practices. The study results show that there are direct and high-intensity cumulative positive effects among the structural components of the STD conceptual model and BI-related dynamic capabilities can enhance operating efficiency and firm performance.     

浅谈大型企业信息安全

信息的安全性在大型企业网络建设和改造提升中,得到的关注日益提高。文章主要介绍了作者本人通过在企业中实习,对信息的安全性方面的一点理解和认识,并对企业中信息管理人员如何结合工作中的需求来实现信息的安全性提出了一些建议。     

小学四年级学生对平均数概念理解的发展过程

利用Pirie和Kieren提出的数学理解发展模型,分析了3名小学四年级学生对平均数概念理解的发展过程.结果表明:学生对平均数概念的理解经历了初步了解、产生表象、形成表象、关注性质和形式化等5个水平.在理解发展过程中,当学生发现他的思想和行动与自己所面临的问题不一致时,他就要折返回内层水平来扩展自己目前的活动能力和活动空间.而教师的干预则激发了学生的折返,为学生提供了独立建构或修正个人表象的机会.
