论美国区际法律冲突解决方法之借鉴

区际法律冲突来源于一国之内不同的法域,但是在我国则形成了一国两制三法系四法域的特点,这种特殊的区际法律冲突影响着我国区际私法的发展,影响着我国区际法律冲突的解决。文章通过对美国区际法律冲突的解决办法进行分析,提出了适合于我国的区际法律冲突的解决办法。

康托实数集合不可数证明中的四种错误探析

从逻辑、无穷观、极限论和证明的思路及具体的操作过程,分析了新发现的康托在实数集合不可数证明中所存在的四种错误,得到＂由于与现有经典无穷理论体系、经典极限论和经典数量体系密切相关的数学基础理论中所存在的缺陷,康托在这类证明中无法回避这四种很严重但却很隐蔽的错误＂的明确结论.特别是其中的逻辑错误使这样的证明无意中成了一种典型的数学魔术.     

WPT-based modal control on distributed structures with MRF-04K damper

The magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper-based semiactive control systems have received considerable attention for protecting structures against natural hazards such as strong earthquakes and high winds. In this paper, a novel modal controller using wavelet packet transform (WPT) is proposed for the vibration control of distributed structures. In the proposed control system, the WPT method is utilized to decompose the acceleration measurement and select the modes containing most of the WPT energy component as the dominant modes. Then, a modal controller is designed to control the dominant modes and the optimal active control force is solved. Finally, Clipped-optimal con- trol law is adopted to determine the voltage applied to each MR damper. A Kalman-filter observer, which estimates the full controlled modal states from local accelerometer feedbacks, is designed for rendering the controller to be more applicable to distributed structures with a large number of degrees of freedom. A numerical example of a stadium roof structure installed with MRF-04K damper is presented. The effectiveness of the controller is evaluated under both Tianjin and El Centro earthquake excitations. The superior performance and adaptability of the controller for versatile loading conditions are demonstrated through the comparison with traditional truncated modal controller.     

Resistance partial factor and reliability of cast ball-and-socket support joint

Considering the uncertainty of material performance, geometric characteristic and analysis method, the analysis of statistical parameters of the resistance of cast ball-and-socket support joints and the reliability analysis are carried out by JC method (improved first-order second-moment method) based on the relevant experimental data. Results show that the resistance partial factor of the joint increases with the increase of the reliability index. The resistance partial factors are suggested corresponding to the reliability index under different load combinations. Moreover, the suggested resistance partial factor is adopted in reliability design, and it is found that the reliability index of the joint is larger than the target reliability index. The optimal load combination is the one in which live load plays an important control role. Finally, based on the suggested resistance partial factors, the reliability analysis of cast ball-and-socket support joints of a project is conducted.     

Numerical Model of Storm Surge and Inundation in Bohai Bay

A two-dimensional numerical model of extratropical storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay was built based on the unsteady flow Navier-Stokes equations. The model included two sections, one was for the simulation of storm surge tidal level and the other for the simulation of storm surge inundation in the coastal area. While simulating the storm surge tidal level, the alternating direction implicit (ADI) method was applied to dispersing and solving 2D storm surge equations. In the simulation of storm surge inundation, the 2D unsteady flow equations were dispersed and solved using the structureless grids of finite volume method (FVM). A coupling calculation mode of the process of inundation and storm surge tidal level variation was proposed, therefore the storm surge inundation process and area could be calculated while simulating and forecasting the process of storm surge tidal setup. Furthermore, an extratropical storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay were simulated using this numerical model. Simulation results are in good agreement with the measured data, which shows that this numerical model provides a new method of simulating and forecasting storm surge and inundation in Bohai Bay.     

一种加快的CV模型分割方法研究

CV模型是一种有效的活动轮廓分割模型,其缺点是分割速度慢.用OTSU法预处理后的区域边界作为CV模型的初始轮廓线,大大提高了分割速度,且该方法能克服传统CV法难以分割壁较厚的内部空洞的不足.在CV模型的能量函数中引入惩罚项,使得CV模型在演化过程中无需重新初始化,进一步提高了分割速度.实验表明改进后的CV模型与传统CV模型相比分割速度有了较大提高,且分割效果更好.     

“和谐”词义考

考证历代文献可知,＂和＂的本义指唱歌时候声音相应,引申为不同事物的协调统一。＂和谐＂首先被使用在音律上,用来指乐器和音律的协调相应,也指自然万物的协调统一。古代对乐理与自然和谐的阐释,被进一步引申,应用到家庭和国家等社会政治领域中,其词性有名词、动词两种：作为名词是指各种事物＂各安其位、不相凌越、各得其理、相互配合、相互回应＂,作为动词是指使家庭、社会、国家和谐。     

基于MATLAB的结构可靠度分析方法研究

基于结构可靠度分析方法—JC法、蒙特卡罗法和响应面法的基本原理,利用MATLAB软件对算例编制了相应计算程序,并对计算结果进行了比较.计算结果表明,利用MATLAB可以编制结构可靠度分析程序,计算结果较快,数据合理,并为复杂结构的可靠性分析提供参考.     

影响聚式酶链式反应实验效果的基本因素

研究聚式酶链式反应(PCR)实验中影响其扩增效果的多种因素,寻求反应体系中理想的各因素浓度配比。选取含5+10优质亚基的小麦品种为材料,以特异扩增1DX5基因PCR实验为例,从模板DNA、引物终浓度、Taq酶、二价镁离子、4dNTPs混合液、缓冲液浓度几方面入手,通过设计梯度实验,研究不同因素对PCR扩增效果的影响。结果表明,反应体系6个基本因素,缺少任何1个都扩增不出产物。在反应总体积25μL的PCR反应体系中,模板DNA选用32 ng/μL,Mg2+终浓度2 mmol/L,Taq酶1.2 U/25μL,引物0.8μmol/μL,4dNTPs0.3 mmol/L,缓冲液1×buffer最为合适,能扩增出理想的结果。
