The Concept of Record in Interactive, Experiential and Dynamic Environments: the View of InterPARES*

This article presents the concept of electronic record as articulated by the first phase of the InterPARES (International research on Permanent Authentic Records in Electronic Systems) Project (1999–2001) and discusses it in light of the findings of the second phase of the Project (2002–2006). While InterPARES 1 focused on records produced and/or maintained in databases and document management systems, InterPARES 2 examined records produced and/or maintained in interactive, experiential and dynamic environments. The authors describe the characteristics of these environments and of the entities found in them in the course of case studies conducted on systems used for carrying out artistic, scientific and e-government activities, and propose the new concept of record that InterPARES 2 is eleborating, which expands on that formulated by InterPARES 1.The authors would like to thank InterPARES 2 research assistant Randy Preston for his careful editing and constructive criticisms. 数学化对学生学习数学概念的影响——以“小数”概念学习为例

"数学化"这一概念最初是由荷兰数学家和数学教育家弗赖登塔尔(H.Freudenthal,1905—1990)提出的。"数学化"既是数学教学的过程,也是数学教学的结果。以"小数"概念学习为例,将数学化的过程呈现在数学概念的教学中,第一次学习是水平数学化,即由现实问题到数学问题的学习;第二次学习是垂直数学化,即由具体问题到抽象概念的学习。在这两次教学实践过程中,生活经验、模型支撑、多种表征都对学生"小数"概念数学化有一定的帮助。     

From exemptions to censorship: religious liberty and victimhood in Obergefell v. Hodges

This article analyzes the Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, showing that a subset of the dissent constructed devout religious groups as victims to rearticulate power relations between the state, LGBT groups, and religious entities. This rearticulation is possible as a consequence of ambiguity in the legal concept of religious liberty, which is explored in depth. That ambiguity is employed to mount an argument against the decision, moving LGBT individuals from oppressed to oppressor of religious groups. The study contextualizes this inversion against the material and symbolic conditions of both the LGBT and devout Christian communities in the United States.

外来术语的引进与学术本土化——以softpower的汉语翻译之争为例

外来术语的引进不仅仅是一个简单的翻译问题。softpower这一术语进入中国之后被翻译为“软实力”、“软权力”和“软力量”，甚至引起了学者间的持久争论。从术语学的角度看，对softpower的翻译违反了术语的单义性和单名性原则，没有充分考虑来源语中该术语的概念体系和目标语中该术语的概念体系，以及这两个概念体系之间的对应。从翻译学的角度看，解构主义给翻译的异化原则提供了理论支持，使译者对来源语术语的忠诚度减弱，自我创作成分增加。从意识形态的视角看，学术本土化为通过术语翻译的方式进行所谓的创新提供了道义支持。
