为探讨罗格列酮和运动对糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用,选用3~4周龄NOD小鼠作为实验材料,分别施加罗格列酮和中等强度有氧耐力运动。通过观察小鼠外在表现、体重和腹部脂肪变化以及胰腺病理切片,检测血清胰岛素水平、血液生化指标,显示罗格列酮和有氧运动对糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱具有良性干预作用。 相似文献

补脾活血中药对小鼠运动时物质代谢机能的影响 总被引:24,自引:2,他引:22
利用补脾活血中药灌服小白鼠结合游泳训练,实验结果表明,6周游泳训练对小鼠的血清睾酮水平没有显著影响,训练结合补脾及补脾活血中药的灌眼,可显著提高小鼠血清睾酮水平;服药组可显著提高小鼠肌糖原含量,加速肌糖原的恢复;服药组使小鼠血清β-脂蛋白、总胆固醇、游离胆固醇含量显著低于训练及安静组。揭示服药可明显改善机体脂蛋白和脂代谢能力;眼药组可使血液脂肪酸(FFA)含量及FFA/白蛋白比值显著低于训练及安静组;服药组可显著降低血清胆红素、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性,揭示服用中药可明显改善肝脏物质代谢能力,加速肝功能的恢复;在所有服药组中,补脾活血组效果较单独补脾和活血组为好。 相似文献

BackgroundDiabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by defects in insulin production and activity. During disease progression, changes in lipid peroxidation cause structural modifications via production of free radicals. Fangchinoline is a well-known alkaloid present in Stephaniae tetrandrine S. Moore, which has demonstrated antioxidant, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory activities.ResultsThe present study analyzed the anti-diabetic and antioxidant effects of fangchinoline in male rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes. Rats were divided into the following groups: normal control, diabetic, diabetic + fangchinoline 100 mg/kg, diabetic + fangchinoline 200 mg/kg and diabetic + glibenclamide 600 µg/kg. The treatment was administered orally for 45 consecutive days. Lipid peroxidation was substantially increased by >50% in the serum, as well as the liver, kidney, and heart tissues of diabetic rats. However, fangchinoline supplementation significantly reduced lipid peroxidation to near normal levels. Reactive oxygen species levels were substantially increased by >500% in the serum, as well as the liver, kidney, and heart tissues of diabetic rats. Fangchinoline supplementation reduced reactive oxygen species to near normal levels. Fangchinoline supplementation significantly improved superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, and reduced glutathione levels in diabetic rats. Total hexoses, sialic acid, hexosamines, and fucose were increased in diabetic rats, whereas fangchinoline supplementation significantly reduced these total hexoses, sialic acid, hexosamines, and fucose to near normal levelsConclusionsSupplementation with fangchinoline led to significant attenuation of the levels of lipid peroxidation, ROS, and glycoprotein components such as total hexoses, hexosamines, sialic acid, and fucose, while improving antioxidant marker levels.How to cite: Xia J, Huang W, Zhou F. This study examined the effects of dietary α-tocopheryl acetate supplementation on antioxidant enzyme activities and fillet quality in commercial-size Sparus macrocephalus. Three hundred fish [main initial weight (350±12) g] were divided into three groups (E250, E500 and El000) and reared in 9 cages. The fish were fed for 8 weeks with three diets containing different levels of dietary α-tocopheryl acetate (289, 553, 1069 mg/kg). Over the experimental period, fish were fed to satiation and reached a final mean weight of (465±28) g without significant body weight difference and proximate composition difference. Fillet α-tocopherol was significantly (P〈0.05) different between groups, reaching levels of 14.2, 22.1, 30.9 pg/mg fillet for groups E250, E500 and El000, respectively. Total serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased significantly (P〈0.05) in fish fed the diets high in α-tocopheryl acetate, but serum glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity was unaffected. In storage on ice, fillets of fish fed the diets high in α-tocopheryl acetate exhibited significantly lower (P〈0.05) levels of oxidation. These results suggested that increased dietary α-tocopheryl acetate could increase its flesh deposition, increase the activity of SOD and prevent lipid peroxidation ofSparus macrocephalus fillets in retail storage on ice. 相似文献

利用水培方法,研究了不同锰浓度(0、0.003、0.03、3、3.0、30mg/kg)对浙春2号和浙春3号大豆膜脂过氧化和POD(过氧化物酶)和CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性的影响。结果表明:高锰(30mg/kg)和缺锰胁迫将显著增加了质膜透性,大大降低了POD和CAT的活性;而适量的锰(0.03—3mg/kg)对于提高POD和CAT的活性,降低质膜透性都有积极的作用。2个大豆品种对锰的反应存在一定的基因型差异,浙春2号对缺锰和高锰胁迫的抵御能力大于浙春3号。 相似文献

过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)是参与调控脂代谢、抑制炎症反应和促进脂肪细胞分化的重要细胞核受体.而低氧运动可通过激活一系列分子应答机制,促进机体不同组织PPARα表达及其介导的信号分子通路重新整合,从而改变机体脂代谢体系.利用文献资料法,梳理低氧刺激对机体PPARα表达影响的相关研究,总结不同组织PPARα对其低氧运动产生代偿性适应的可能分子机制,旨在更好地解释低氧环境下运动机体PPARα在调控脂代谢中的作用. 相似文献

以40名退休女教师作为研究对象,随机分为两组,进行为期10周的太极扇锻炼,探讨太极扇对中老年女性心肺功能及脂代谢的影响。实验结果显示,长期进行太极扇运动可以提高心肺功能,提高心血管的机能;可以减少脂肪在血管壁上的沉积,使血脂得到有效改善,对预防心血管系统的疾病具有重要作用。 相似文献

本文运用文献资料法、实验法对从事太极拳锻炼的老年人血脂含量进行测定,探讨太极拳对老年人健身作用的生理机制。结果表明:经过长时间太极拳锻炼的老年人整体血脂状况均有所改善,且效果明显。通过锻炼,老年人高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平升高,达到预防动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的效果等作用。 相似文献
