本实验分别在大鼠长时间衰竭跑后即刻、半小时、1小时、3小时及24小时同时检测了血清睾酮、黄体生成素、睾丸组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶。结果表明,大鼠衰竭跑后30分种,伴随着睾丸组织MDA含量的明显升高及SOD活性的显著降低,血清T水平也明显降低。分析认为:长时间衰竭跑后血清T浓度的降低与LH的水平无依从关系,但很可能与缺血——再灌引起睾丸组织氧自由基剧增及脂质过化损伤,从而降低了酶的活性和抑制了T的合成有关;氧自由基清除剂能减轻和预防该损伤,并能有效地抑制运动后血清T的降低。 相似文献

目的:制定个性化的步行运动方式,探讨步行锻炼对血压及血脂代谢的影响,为科学制定高血压运动处方提供依据。方法:经严格筛选,最终有104人完成了整个干预过程。其中,男性27人,女性77人,平均年龄56.77+5.40岁,制定个性化的运动方案,采用步行锻炼的运动方式,观察步行锻炼前后血压和血脂变化情况。结果:1.经12周步行锻炼,受试者收缩压、舒张压、脉压差显著降低(P<0.001)。2.总体上总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、TC/LDL-c具有下降趋势,但无显著性意义(P>0.05);高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)显著性上升(P<0.05)。步行锻炼前血脂异常者,锻炼后LDL-c、TC/HDL-c显著性下降(P<0.05);TC、TG、HDL-c趋向正常的比例增加。结论:(1)制定的运动处方可行。(2)12周步行锻炼后受试者血压下降显著,血脂代谢改善。 相似文献

绿柱虫γ-内酯二萜(简称C)显著降低脑缺血组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,从而发挥其对脑缺血再灌注损伤之脑组织的保护作用。对脑组织的保护作用还与它能显著抑制血小板聚集有关。结果表明,C对缺血脑组织的保护作用可能在于它能拮抗Ca~(2 ),从而减轻再灌注时Ca~(2 )所造成的损伤。 相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to compare acute changes in oxidative stress and inflammation in response to steady state and low volume, high intensity interval exercise (LV-HIIE). Untrained healthy males (n = 10, mean ± s: age 22 ± 3 years; VO2MAX 42.7 ± 5.0 ml · kg?1 · min?1) undertook three exercise bouts: a bout of LV-HIIE (10 × 1 min 90% VO2MAX intervals) and two energy-matched steady-state cycling bouts at a moderate (60% VO2MAX; 27 min, MOD) and high (80% VO2MAX; 20 min, HIGH) intensity on separate days. Markers of oxidative stress, inflammation and physiological stress were assessed before, at the end of exercise and 30 min post-exercise (post+30). At the end of all exercise bouts, significant changes in lipid hydroperoxides (LOOH) and protein carbonyls (PCs) (LOOH (nM): MOD +0.36; HIGH +3.09; LV-HIIE +5.51 and PC (nmol · mg?1 protein): MOD ?0.24; HIGH ?0.11; LV-HIIE ?0.37) were observed. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) increased post+30, relative to the end of all exercise bouts (TAC (µM): MOD +189; HIGH +135; LV-HIIE +102). Interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-10 increased post+30 in HIGH and LV-HIIE only (P < 0.05). HIGH caused the greatest lymphocytosis, adrenaline and cardiovascular response (P < 0.05). At a reduced energy cost and physiological stress, LV-HIIE elicited similar cytokine and oxidative stress responses to HIGH. 相似文献

目的:探讨灯盏花素治疗冠心病的疗效机理.方法:用灯盏花素治疗冠心病伴高粘滞血症患者40例,与用复方丹参注射液治疗的同样患者40例进行对比,两组疗程均15天.对血清脂质过氧化物(LPD)含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、血脂、血液流变学指标进行检测.结果:患者症状、心电图、血脂、血流变、LPO、SOD,治疗组较对照组改善明显.(p<0.05).结论:灯盏花素降低冠心病者血液的高粘滞状态,提高抗氧化能力,有效改善其症状. 相似文献

It has been proposed that oxidative stress plays an important role in male infertility. The aims of this study were to compare
seminal plasma levels of 15-F2t-isoprostane (8-iso-PGF2α), malondialdehyde (MDA), and total (sum of free and bound) homocysteine
(tHcy) from normozoospermic vs. asthenozoospermic men, and to examine the relationships between tHcy and lipid peroxidation
products. The study was a case-control study with a simple random sampling. The case group was consisted of 15 asthenozoospermic
males. This group was compared with 15 normozoospermic men. Seminal plasma levels of 15-F2α-isoprostane and tHcy were measured
using commercially available enzyme immunoassay (EIA) kits. MDA levels were determined by the thiobarbituric acid (TBA) assay.
The Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare two groups. Coefficients of correlation were calculated using Spearman’s correlation
analysis. All hypothesis tests were two-tailed with statistical significance assessed at the p value <0.05 level. MDA levels
were higher in asthenozoospermic subjects than in control subjects (0.72±0.06 μM vs. 0.40±0.06 μM; p<0.05). No differences
were seen in 15-F2α-isoprostane levels in asthenozoospermic subjects and controls (65.00±3.20 pg/ml vs. 58.17±4.12 pg/ml;
p>0.05). Interestingly, tHcy levels were to be slightly higher in asthenozoospermic subjects than in controls (6.18±1.17 μM
vs. 4.8±0.52 μM). Sperm motility was inversely correlated with seminal plasma 15-F2α-isoprostane and MDA levels, respectively
(p<0.05). In summary, seminal plasma levels of 15-F2α-isoprostane and tHcy showed no significant difference between normozoospermic
and asthenozoospermic men. Sperm motility was not correlated with seminal plasma levels of tHcy. No relationship was found

Background Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) contributes to 15.6% maternal mortality in India. In Behrampur, Orissa, maternal deaths
due to PIH was 32%, which is twice the national incidence. Hence in this population, some factors associated with severity
of PIH were studied. Serum lipid concentrations and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were correlated with severity of PIH and
birth weight of the neonate.
Patients & Methods 70 primiparous PIH patients and 20 healthy controls were studied. Serum lipids and MDA were estimated. Maternal blood pressures
and birth weights of the neonate were recorded.
Results and Conclusion Serum cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, VLDL and MDA were significantly elevated in primiparous PIH patients when compared to
control subjects. Average birth weight of babies born to mothers with PIH was less than those born to control subjects. The
most significant factor was that in this geographical area, 26% of the primiparous patients with PIH were below 20 years of
age while only 15% of the controls were less than 20 years, indicating that younger maternal age was a contributing factor

Thermal injury is associated with biochemical changes. The present study was undertaken to investigate relation of oxidative
free radical generation and related biochemical parameters in burn trauma. The specific aim was to compare the levels of serum
lipid peroxide, Ceruloplasmin and Uric Acid in burn patients during treatment with Silver Sulfadiazine Cream and honey therapy.
It is a single blind prospective controlled study involving comparison of biochemical changes after treatment with silver
sulfadiazine and honey treatment in burn injury. In burn trauma, there is excessive activity of free radicals at the site
of injury. This is reflected in elevated blood levels of Lipid peroxide, Ceruloplasmin & Uric Acid. Honey therapy was was
shown to decline the levels of serum Lipid peroxide, while there was mild increments in serum Ceruloplasmin levels whereas
there was no significant effect on serum Uric Acid levels as compared to silver sulfadiazine treatment. Honey therapy seems
to accelerate the process of healing. It has positive effect in reducing oxidative stressful state in burn trauma than the
silver sulfadiazine treatment that results in rapid wound healing. 相似文献

This study was carried out to see the effect of the aqueous extract ofOcitum sanctum Linn (Tulsi) with Vitamin E on biochemical parameters and retinopathy in the streptozotocin-induced diabetic albino male
rats. Adult albino male rats weighing 150–200 gm were made diabetic by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in the
dose 60 mg/kg in citrate buffer (pH 6.3). The diabetic animals were left for one month to develop retinopathy. Biochemical
parameters like plasma glucose, oral glucose tolerance and glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c, were measured along with lipid profile, and enzymes like glutathione peroxidase (GPX), lipid peroxidase (LPO), superoxide
dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) in normal, untreated diabetic rats and diabetic rats treated
withOcimum sanctum L extracts and vitamin E. Fluorescein angiography test was done for assessing retinopathy. Results on biochemical parameters
were analyzed statistically by using ANOVA followed by Dunnet's ‘t’-test. A p-value of <0.05 was considered as significant.
Evaluation of biochemical profile in treated groups showed statistically significant reduction in plasma levels of glucose,
HbA1c, lipid profile and LPO, and elevation of GPX, SOD, CAT and GST. Treatment of the diabetic animals withOcimum sanctum and Vitamin E, alone and in combination for 16 weeks showed reversal of most of the parameters studied including plasma glucose
levels. Angiography showed improvement in retinal changes following combined antidiabetic treatment. 相似文献
